"Sadness flies away on the wings of time"

      "Wait, wait, wait, wait!" Hoseok tells and the other one just takes another sip from his drink. "Let me to understand. Taehyung confessed to you, and even more! He kissed you but your stupid ass ran away after that?" he continues and the younger one moves his glance to the table, ashamed. 

     Yeah, he really did that. 

      "I didn't call you to tell me what I already knew. " the little one revolts quietly and his friend hardly refrains from laughing.

      "But you said you didn't know where you was last night. Then how did you get home? " the older one asks him again, and this time, Jungkook's ears turn even redder.

      Yes, after Taehyung kissed him and confessed in front of him, he wanted to leave as soon as possible, so he started walking in the opposite direction. But he didn't knew where had nowhere to go. So the CEO drove him at his house, even if everything was more than just awkward. While Taehyung drove the car to his house, the younger one pretended to be asleep- he didn't want to talk with him after all that happened- even if he really felt like the CEO looked subtly at him a few times. So yes, he tried to run away from him, but he had to be drove home by him. Great, right?

    "Taehyung drove me at home." the bunny boy whispers, starting to play with his fingers.

     He really wanted to talk to Hoseok. He really wanted to tell him what had happened and ask him for some advice. So he skipped the last course, and asked his friend to leave work as well. And how Hoseok is a really good friend, he did it, without asking what happened at the phone.

     "Whoa, I just can imagine how awkward was the air." Hoseok comments and the other one just nods. "But Jungkook, I have a question though." he says after and the bunny boy turns his attention, to him.

     "What question?"

     "You really think at Taehyung just as a friend?"

      "I-"

    Jungkook blinks a few times, not knowing what to answer at the moment. If he thinks at Taehyung -basically his boss- just as a friend? Hell, why he just can not tell "Of course, I see him just as a friend, nothing more" ? Maybe... he doesn't see him just in this way? And yeah, he knows is wrong as fuck. But still, he can not help. 

     Taehyung is perfect, everyone would fall in love with him. Wait... he really thought about this? That everyone would fall in love with him? If he had to be honest with himself and Hoseok, it would be fair to admit the truth he tried to avoid. To admit that his gaze began to see Taehyung more than just a friend for some time.

      He should recognize how hansome the CEO is, but nevertheless never brag about his physical appearance. He should recognize how modest the older one is, even if he has a lot of money. How funny, smart and how beautiful his smile is. But his most important aspect, the quality that Jungkook first saw, was his kindness. The fact that he was there, while the bunny boy gave in, and took him in his arms, not caring about anything. The fact that he let him cry, and began to tell him exactly what he needed.

"Shh... I'm here, Kookie. You can cry, you can stop pretending."

       And Jungkook did that. He stopped pretending. He fell into tears when the CEO hugged him warmly. And maybe everything was much too fast, much too strange at first, but still, everything seemed natural, normal. Taehyung was there for him, with him. 

     He was there for him even when Jungkook told him what is happening in his life. When he told him about his parents, how weak he sometimes felt or how useless he felt. But Taehyung's thick voice managed to dispel all his fears, all his uncertainties. His words managed to jump over all the walls that the bunny boy had built. And these are imprinted in his mind.

"You can trust me. It may sound strange, we have known each other for a few days, but both Yoonhyo and I have become attached to you, Jungkook. So you can tell me what's hurting you, what's pressing on your soul. I swear I won't look at you any other way after I hear. "

"Kookie, we will always encounter thousands of steps in this life. Some will pick us up, and some will tear us down so much if I don't think we'll ever be able to pick up again. And we will say that it is unfair, that life intentionally hurts us. But do you know something? I once read that the greatest pain is given to the strongest people. "

"Jungkook, all the humans struggles with the demons within them. But we can all choose whether we want to fight alone, or have someone by our side, so as they can help. And maybe it's weird, because we haven't known each other for a long time, but Jungkook ... can you please let me ... be the one to stand to your right, to help you?"

     So maybe... 

     "Why did you fall in the thoughts, Jungkook? " his friend's voice takes him out of his dream state, then he looks at him.

     Hoseok looks at him amused, with a grin on his face. The younger one feels his cheeks hotter, then straights his voice. 

     "I... I fucked up everything, Hoseok. I was scared and confused, and I freaked out." the bunny boy complains and his friend just giggles. 

     "So I guess I received my answer." he jokes then glance in a more serious look, at the other one. "Jungkook, if you really think about him more than just as a friend, you should talk with him about last night." he suggests after and the younger one seems to think a few seconds.

      "I... I don't know what to say, Hoseok. I haven't liked anyone so far. And don't you think everything is too fast? I've only known him for a month, isn't everything a little strange? "

     The older one smiles sadly at his best friend, then takes a sip from his coffee. Then he places the cup on the table and turns his attention back to him.

     "Are you sure these are the reasons why you are insecure about how you feel? " the taller one asks after, then a another silence comes between them.

      "I don't want to lure him into all my mess. I'm broken, Hoseok. And I don't want him to know more than he already knows. " the younger one answers honestly and then sighs again.

      "But broken is beautiful sometimes, Jungkook. Why don't you let him be the one to fix you? "

      Jungkook's heart heats up instantly, while in his stomach some strange tingling begins to tickle him. And he understands. His soul, heart and brain want to let Taehyung be the one to really fix him.

    "Come on, Kim. It's just Jungkook. " the CEO mumbles under his breath, trying his best to look as relaxed as he can. 

     He then opens the door and when he sees Jungkook sitting at the table as usual, he feels his cheeks become a little warmer. Dang it! He is a whole damn mature man, but he feels like a teen right now. He has a reason, at least.

     After confessing last night and kissing him, he didn't think he would be rejected. It's not like he has a very good opinion of himself, but he thought Jungkook felt something for him too. But after the bunny boy left immediately, he realized how wrong he was. Hell, he didn't even thought that maybe Jungkook wasn't attracted to men! More than likely he kissed a straight man!

     "Ăăăm... good evening, Taehyung." the younger boy's voice makes him come out of the state of meditation, then swallows in sec.

     Woah, he can really pretended that nothing happened.

     "Good evening." the older one reply at his turn in a calm tone, then takes a sit on a chair, in Jungkook's right.

     He starts eating and has no way to talk to Jungkook, as if nothing has happened. Hell, it ruined everything! Why the hell did he do that last night?

      "How... how it was at work?" the younger asks and the other one moves his glance from the plate, to him.

      "It was... good." he answers simply then returns his attention to the food.

     A few seconds pass, and no one says anything. The air is extremely awkward, and Taehyung can't wait to get through tonight. He is really tired, both physically and mentally. He really needs some sleep. 

      "Taehyung... I want to talk about last night." the sentence makes the CEO stay with the fork in the air, then puts it back on the plate and takes a deep breath.

     Why was he expected that the air could not be even more embarrassing than before? It is clear that it can be much more embarrassing.

     "Look, Jungkook, I am sorry." the older one says and the other one looks at him intently. "I shouldn't have done what I did last night, but I couldn't help myself. It's your fault too, you know? You are far too beautiful, cute, funny, smart, you are loving, warm, strong and ... just perfect. " he continues and the younger one turns even redder than before. 

     "Taehyung, I-"

      "I know it was a bis mistake." he interrupts him and gets up from his chair, and Jungkook follows example. "I didn't even ask you if you were attracted to men. It was an impulsive decision, but-"

     "Taehyung!" Jungkook yells with a small smile on his face, and his cheeks red. "I... I am attracted to men, and I like you too." he says after then moves his glance to the floor embarrassed, while the CEO can swears he dreams at the moment. 

   Wait... What did Jungkook just said?

      "You... You like me?" the older one asks, voice half full with hope, and half with confusion, then the other one nods, biting his lower lip.

     He approaches Taehyung a few steps away, then looks at him directly in the eyes, though he may feel that his works don't take long to explode.

    "I ran last night just because everything seems too ... fast, too unreal." he starts while the older still try to understand if this shit is real, or he just imagine. "I realized I had been looking at you more than a friend for some time. You're the one who taught me that I don't have to hide my tears, or throw fake smiles, to be strong. You taught me it's okay not to always be okay." he continues and the other one looks at him with a faint smile, while his heart is at the edge to jump from his chest. "I wouldn't have thought you could love someone you've only known for a few weeks, but it seems like such things can't be calculated. So yeah... I really like you." he finishes then tries his best to not ran away, because hell, he feels he i about to pass out in every moment. 

     Taehyung says nothing for a few seconds, then slowly touches Jungkook's face with his hands, and smiles even louder when he feels how hot his cheeks are. So the bold Jungkook can be also shy. The duality is really wow. 

    He looks into his star-filled eyes, then leaned in slowly, this time without restraint, then pressed his lips to the younger one's. The kiss is even sweeter than last night, because now Jungkook is kissing too. The kiss is not hurried, it is not wild, but tender, full of warmth and promise. The promise that Taehyung will be with the bunny boy from now on wherever he goes, or no matter how hard everything is. That he will make sure that no one is hurt, and that everything will be fine.

     When he breaks the kiss, sparks and flames come off at the same time, while Jungkook smiles, despite the fact that he feels a little shy at once. Taehyung then kisses his forehead slowly, then takes him in his arms and hugs him as if he still believes that everything is just a beautiful dream. He closes his eyes and a wide smile appears on his face as he whispers in the younger boy's ear:

     "From now on, I'll take care of you, I promise."
