(Serena)

I hear the alarm clock going off it is Monday morning again I hate Mondays. I look at the clock it is only 6:30am why did I get up so early. I get out of bed and look out my window, it is snowing outside great, not looking forward to it. I go to my closet to put on my warm blue sweatpants and a long long sleeve black shirt. It is 7am now I check my phone and see a text from Darrin.

"Can I walk you to school?" The message reads.

"Sure, meet you at 7:30am at my house." I reply.

30 minutes later, I hear a knock at my door. I run downstairs to answer the door.

"Oh hi Darrin." I smile.

"Hi Serena, what's up?" He asks. Trying to smile at me.

"Not too much." I lie, I can't really tell him what's really bothering me even though I am probably going to see that Ash guy today. I hope he is not in any of my classes. Why does life have to be such a pain. Darrin and me head out the door towards school. I intertwine my hands with Darrin as we walk.

"I cant wait to meet this Ash guy, he is apparently really famous." Darrin comments.

"Well who cares." I mutter under my breath.

"What was that Serena?" He asks.

"I did not say anything." We continue to walk in silence until we get to school. We start walking to English class.

Bam.

Someone runs into me an knocks me over to the floor. Darrin comes running to help me up.

"What was that far." I yell, until I see the boy with black raven hair. Oh no not him.

Darrin walk up to him. " Hi I am Darrin what is your name?" I just glare at my boyfriend. Why is he being so nice to him.

"My name is Ash Ketchum, nice to meet you. He looks over to me.

"Omg I have heard so much about you Ash." Darrin is very excited.

"Who might you be pretty girl?" He asks with his  toothly grin.

"U-Um, Serena Yvonne."  I blurt out. I should have not said that.

"Nice to meet you." He smiles.

"Darrin we are leaving." I grab him by the wrist and pull him away to class. I look back and see Ash just standing there staring back at me.

"Serena what was that for?" He asks sounding defeated.

"Well I don't want you being friends with him. I am worried he is going to take my away from you." I nervously reply.

"Your my girlfriend, why would that change." He looks at me worried.

"Let's just head to class." I pull him into the classroom."

"Good morning class we have a new student starting in our class today. His name is Calem. Please be nice to our new student." The teacher announces.

I sit down beside Darrin. I see this Calem looking at me funny. I turn my head away.

"What is your name gorgeous?" Calem whispers.

I don't want to respond but whatever. "My name is Serena." What a jerk I hate him already.

"Are you ok Serena?" Darrin looks over at me.

"Fine I guess." I put my head down on my desk. If my day could not get any worse. Some stupid guy saying I am beautiful. I don't want that.

The class ends pretty fast I hear the bell ring. I run out of class and down the hallway leaving Darrin behind. I can't deal with this. I run to the girls bathroom go into the stall and slam the door. I start crying right away.

(Darrin)

I slowly walk out of the classroom. Calem walks up to me.

"Serena will be mine. He whispers in my ear.

"She is my girlfriend, don't you go near her. He grabs Calem's hand and twists it.

"That hurt." He flinches.

"That is a warning, next time it will be worse." I sneer at him and walk away.

"I will get Serena no matter what." He mutters.

I better find Serena before this gets ugly.

(Ash)

I walk to my next class which is science. I find my seat and sit down. I see this white blonde girl walk in and sits down beside me.

"Hey there handsome." She winks.

"Hi, my name is Ash Ketchum." I smirk.

"I am Lillie, do you have a girlfriend?" She grabs my arm.

"U-Um I don't." I blush, I have to get away from this crazy girl.

"Well you could be my boyfriend." She gives me an evil grin.

Get me out of here. The class goes by fast but that Lillie girl has not taken my eyes off me. The bell rings, I try to run out of the class but Lillie is holding my hand.

"Let go of my hand Lillie." I try to keep calm.

"No sweetie, your mine." She is grinning, and giggling.

"Fine you win." I sigh in defeat.

(Serena)

I hear someone knock on the bathroom stall.

"Who is it?" I start to get nervous. I should have stayed with Darrin.

The door slams open. I see the boy with black hair. Calem, oh no I have to get out of here. He grabs my hand, and shoves me against the wall.

"Hi there Serena." He smirks evilly.

"Let go of me." I try to scream, he start to pull my shirt up.

"DARRIN HELP." I yell as loud as possible. Someone comes running in the bathroom. He shoves Calem off me.

"Listen here Calem, don't touch her again or I will beat the crap out of you." Darrin glares at him.

Darrin pulls me out of the bathroom. "Serena what happened?" He looks very worried.

"C-Calem tired to rape me." I start crying. Darrin pulls me into a hug. We hold on to each other for a while.

"There there Serena sorry I let this happen to you. I should have been there." He looks down at his feet feeling defeated.

"Darrin listen to me, I love you but you cant always be around to protect me." I give him a peck on his cheek. 

"I still feel like it is my fault." He starts to get teary-eyed. 

The hall monitor interrupts us. "You two lovebirds better go back to class. Or I will give you both detention."

"Ok." We both say in unison.

We walk hand in hand to the classroom.
