The door knob clicked and Raghav came in while seeing Siya applying moisturizer on her hands sitting by the stool infront of the dressing table.

There were so many thoughts running in her head which was broken in a fraction of second seeing Raghav walking towards the changing room to change into his track pants.

She had already switched from the heavy jewellery to a chic modern Mangalsutra and switched to a simpler saree considering there are still some guests at home and that 'practically' she's still Raghav's new bride...Siya went out to be with Raghav's close nit relatives and family mostly who were supposed to leave that night post dinner and had small talks with them...Siya wanted to be sure no one felt left out and wanted to wave s bye to a few of Raghav's aunt's who were very sweet to her since last 2 days she was in this house...while Raghav still sat thinking about everything that happened today. Soon he saw Siya come back. She didn't look at him and in no time she slipped into bed.

Raghav felt the heat in Siya's eyes today...she wasn't the cool cat she was yesterday...

Raghav was in two minds if he should confront her or not...he understood that she heard him say about the Switzerland trip.

However Raghav decided to play with fire and decided to confront the lioness infront of him...

Raghav: Ahmmm...Siya.... I wanted to talk to you... can you please come to balcony please.

Siya quickly interrupted
Siya: Sorry Raghav...I'm tired...it was a long day

Raghav: Siya....I...I know what you are upset about..I am not...

Siya snapped back at him saying
'Listen Raghav... I am not interested...can we please cut it for now... I need to sleep...I have to get back to my business tomorrow...my main bakery is been handled by Shilpa alone for last one week...I need to really see what's happening there... Sorry... Goodnight.'

She quickly pulled over the comforter and pretended to sleep.

Raghav didn't get enough time to confront Siya...

He understood that he taking the call of their Switzerland trip had pissed off Siya...but he wasn't actually planning for anything like that ..he was a man of his words and wouldn't force Siya into anything..but he still doesn't know what came into him seeing Aditi clinging onto Naman's kurta that minute...he just wanted to tell Aditi that
'He doesn't care anymore...And that he had moved on...He also had someone ...he's not a desperate ex fiance anymore'

Raghav's POV:

I don't know why I did that...

What came into me

Was I jealous???
No...
Jealous of whom? My own little brother?

Then why did I do that...To just prove a point?

That too to Aditi ... who in mere 3 weeks of time will enter this house as my sister in law? She will be my brother's wife...

I'm supposed to deal this in a mature way... Aditi is your past now...

Siya is your present now Raghav...You can't hurt a innocent girl who has not done any mistake here... She's just tied to you by destiny.. accept it!!!

She's getting grinded in your one sided stupid love story.

I have to talk to Siya tomorrow and apologize.

He felt better once he confronted his self conscious and knew he'll feel good tomorrow once he apologizes to Siya...

Thinking about this he went to sleep on his couch. In no time sleep occupied his tired eyes that were begging to be closed...

Next day morning Raghav woke up to his alarm only to notice Siya wasn't on the bed... he thought he missed his chance...so he poured himself a glass of hot water from the kettle and as usual and went to the balcony to soak some sun... surprised to see Siya all dressed up in blue denims and a white shirt...hair tied up to a pony and she was sipping her morning drink (as he didn't know if it was coffee or tea) ...he saw her take a small walk in the rose garden by the pool...

That's it...she hasn't left...I must confront her...

In no time he went down...

Siya was looking at the various roses , touching a few of them softly while a thorn pricked her..
Ouchhhhh

She noticed a sharp thorn pick her...but before she could check on her hand... another hand picked her hand in his hands and tried to pull out the thorn...

Siya quickly pulled back her hand

'What do you think you are doing' she said in a tad bit louder tone...

'That thorn'...he was cut by her sharp reply

'There are plenty in my life...this won't harm...' she said harshly

But a stubborn Raghav took her hand back in his hand and pulled the little thorn out.

There was a little bleeding...Now don't think I'm going to suck that blood in my mouth like a bollywood movie..he cracked a PJ .. laughed hysterically...only to realize she was still giving him a stern look and in no time she started walking away...

Raghav ran to stop her...

Siya...STOP... please... I am sorry...

Raghav: I know you're pissed about the Switzerland thing...I know I must have asked you before announcing...I'm...

Siya:You think I'm upset that you didn't ask me? Huhhh... I'm not a child Raghav who needs chocolates and candies to be pleased...I am pissed because you did that to show off to the world... To Naman...
To Aditi!!!

Raghav was shocked...How the hell did she .....he thought...

Siya: You are thinking about how I know right??? Raghav... You're eyes say it all... Your eyes still search for Aditi... You want to belong to her... Yesterday as well you wanted to just 'Show off' that you don't care...that you've moved on...you have a trophy wife now!!!

Raghav didn't have a word in reply...As whatever she said was truth.

Siya: Raghav...look... I know.its not easy for you... So is it for me... Life is not a piece of sweet cake that you swallow through easily...life is instead a high protein bar...you need to chew it... Swallow it and make sure you work out well to digest it. It's been most unfair to you...all thanks to my sister.

But now there's no point...

She's going to get married and come in this house in less than 3 weeks...in next 2 weeks her wedding preps will begin...
And the third week onwards you have to see her romantically involved with your brother in this house... You will not even have to look for her...she will be everywhere but with your brother...and you're heart must be ready to take it...
So get stronger Raghav...

And about me feeling bad...look...I am not angry with you for staring at 'Another woman' ... She laughed...

Raghav looked at her and was surprised...

She nodded her head again and said 'Yupp... I'm fine...I'm not upset about that...I'm aware of your feelings for Aditi and I know just because this (she pointed her Mangalsutra) is tied across my neck I would turn all possessive and jealous in one night and you forget my sister and fall in love with me🤣 that's not going to happen until we are into a Tv soap opera..but yes I'm pretty much pissed about the Switzerland thing...

I am pissed because you are trying to show off to people and giving them all unnecessary vibes...

Why should you do that? Stop giving people a piece of our lives to chew into...I hate that.

I know you did that to show to my sister...but you think she cares??? At the max to compete with me she might end up taking a world tour for honeymoon to show her superiority...I know her from childhood... that's all she'll do... She doesn't love you... that's the truth.

She loves Naman and it's best you accept it asap. It's good for your relationship with your brother n his would be wife.

And about me... I am matured enough to understand your emotions...so relax...but next time please don't say or do anything to just show off... Infact someday you even want to hold my hand...hold it when you feel like and not just to show the world please!!!

Raghav was embarrassed...

That's a quality I hate in people around me... please don't fake anything for world's sake.. I prefer to keep our relationship as honest as possible infront of the entire world... ofcourse what happens in our bedroom is our personal space but rest please... kindly don't try to fake this marriage please even though we end up taking an entire lifetime to adjust or even if you think that this won't work out it's fine...I want it to be real.
