Sallee Mam made me cook so many cakes and I screwed them up.

I will fail today. Oh no why is this cake tasting sour...did I just add salt...no ways...

Why are people chasing me ...

Oh god...I crashed into someone...

Oh god... Those eyes... Ra... Raghav... what's he doing in London....

Why is he feeding me rasmalai...

I hate him...I must run...

But Raghav is hugging me...he's holding me tight...

Uhhh...my head felt extremely heavy... I felt a little pain in my throat...

I felt like someone was shaking me...

That's when I opened my eyes...

It looked like an unknown place...I see White screen...light blue painted room... Where am I???

Just then I saw Shilpa standing in front of me...

'Ships'

She jumped to hug me...

'Oh my god what's wrong with you Ships.. where am I...'

'Thank God you are fine Dumbo...I was so scared' said Shilpa...

Just when I was trying to understand what happened...I saw him wearing a white shirt, messy hair stand there and look at me...

Raghav it was...

He looked tired...sad...

Guilty!!!

That's when I recalled about what happened few minutes back...

'How's ajjo...who is with him...is he better...how did the surgery go...' I asked...

'He's doing better... Surgery was successful... Naman is with him' Shilpa answered...

I looked at Raghav who was unable to face me...

I looked into his eyes...

I remembered the moment he hugged me...my entire body got goosebumps remembering that Sudden jolt he gave to my body... however I didn't know what happened next...

I understood I was in a hospital...

'Why am I here' I asked Shilpa...

'Ask your so called husband!!!' she replied...

Raghav stood there like a monument...I looked at him. He was clearly unable to face me.

Oh God... not again....we just got through an embarrassment session now this...I thought to myself.

Shilpa looked at me looking at Raghav...
She probably understood that I needed to talk to him in private...

She got up from there and walked past him not before giving him a death glare and finally left the room.

There was absolute silence in the room now.

Raghav's POV:

She is sleeping peacefully in front of me...Her wheatish skin had a shimmering glow when the evening light fell on her face...it was probably 4 in evening now...she is under good medication and slept well
.. She looked beautiful while asleep... Her silky straight hair was all over the white pillow... Doctor had checked upon her bp and confirmed it's all good... Doctor left and I was sitting next to her on the chair...

Thinking about what happened last night... Ajjo in ICU post a surgery... Siya in hospital who fainted post my shameful rant and unacceptable behavior...

Life was peaceful till yesterday and today it's all a mess...

Just then heard her mumbling something and her legs were moving restlessly... Seems like Siya was in a bad dream... I wanted to wake her up but I was too scared of what I caused her recently..I ran outside the room only to call for doctor..just then I saw Shilpa outside the room...

I asked her to check...

Just then I heard Siya call my name

'Raghav...leaaaaaaave ....me'

Ohhhh...

She's dreaming about??? Me???

The next minute I heard her moan...

She moaned ???

Shilpa looked at me and I tried to look away...

Then she tried to wake up Siya slowly...

She initially took time to register and understand where she was and what she was doing..

Then she slowly looked at me...

Shilpa still looked pissed at me and thankfully now left the room after shooting daggers from her eyes.

Silence pondered in this room.

'Is Ajjo better now?' she asked

I hummed a yes.

Then again there was silence in the room...

'How are u feeling now' I asked her hesitantly

'Hmmm...good.. thanks' she replied...

I was finding it tough to face her...

Finally I spoke out

'Siya.m.....im....im sorry'

She looked at me and said

'Its ok...And anyways I must have noticed if Ajjo had the medicines...just giving it to him wasn't the right thing to do...After all it was his BP tablet' she said

'No no.... We are glad he missed it...if he had it then we would have lost him...he was on wrong medication' I spoke all at once...

She was shocked...

'Oh God....but I was told it's doctor prescribed...'

'Yup...the doctor...I don't know how but... Ajjo was on wrong medication'

I didn't know what to say ..even Siya was shocked but maintained silence

'Im glad he is doing better' she said..

Again there's silence...

What's with this silence...

I slightly rubbed my forehead... That's it I thought...

'Siya ....' I went to her while I noticed she already tried to get up from her bed...

But she lost balance...

Next minute I see she was in my arms...I held her by her back and forearm...

'Why did you... You still have the medicines effect on you' I said making her sit...

Our eyes met for a minute...

'Siya... look...I know..I fucked up...I'm sorry...I must not have blamed you like that...I didn't mean any of that...it was in a fit of anger.. I'm not by myself since then...pls forgive me' I said all at once.

She looked at me and didn't say anything...

'Will you... pls give this a chance...'

Then she silently nodded her head.

I felt like a big stone was brought down my shoulder.

Now I must make up to whatever mess I created but yup... Not now...I must give her some time...us... some time...

Mom dad were back from Switzerland... Luckily Siya was home by then...

I requested Shilpa to keep an eye on Siya's business till then and asked my PA/financial advisor to hire a manager for Siya's... In a day there was staff to look after Siya's business till Siya got enough rest.

Ajjo was brought home in a week's time...He had a decent recovery...
This week was pretty tough for me...

There was too much pressure building up from client to go to Goa to sign the deal but I didn't want to go....

With Siya just recovering and Ajjo coming home...

My priority was my family..

Harshita was stuck in London unfortunately with a major deal there....

I was juggling things here and there...

Mom would take care of Ajjo and Siya both. We lied to mom dad it was all marriage stress that ended up with Siya's bp fluctuations.

I would try to keep calling Siya multiple times a day to keep a check on her...

There was still a odd hesitation between us since the showdown...and since I hugged her... atleast I thought so...

Initially it was all physical attraction that kept me shy away from her and now it's guilt.

I mostly came home at 12 due to work pressure and left early hence wasn't able to give her enough time.

She hadnt changed and slept with her reading glasses on and a book in her hand that now landed on her chest... she looked extremely cute... She had a cute pout on her face...her pink plump lips were extremely tempting...

But the adrenaline rush in me was craving her...I slowly took her glasses and kept it on the side table... picked the book from her hand... covered her with the comforter ...but my heart wanted to feel her face...

I Slowly tucked a strand of hair that was on her face behind her ear.... I stroked her red cheek with my index finger.... her cute pointed nose...I had a smile on my face...

But her lips...

How soft do they look...

Are they this soft??? Shall I touch them once???

I wanted to touch them...

I moved my fingers to her lips...just that minute my heart said

'Stop ittttt Raghav... she's sleeping... Isn't it inappropriate for you to touch a girl when she's asleep'

But my brain shouted 'Damn it she's your wife'

My heart argued 'So what???? She's sleeping and it's wrong'

'ITS WRONG!!!' my brain and heart agreed at this point finally.

I took a step back that's exactly I when I received a call...

I picked the call and immediately started clenching my fists in anger...

'Why the hell are they so hellbent to meet me??? Everything can happen on video conferencing...this is lame'

I yelled at my assistant/Advisor

'Sir.. the owner of the land is an old man..he has his own mindset about Goa, family and emotions....He is selling it away only to make sure his grandchildren have enough finance to buy their home in The U.S...and to add on Karmarkar is trying his best to purchase it...but Mr Noronha wants to give you both of you a fair chance...it's our last chance Sir...else we will loose the deal'

'No no...no ways.... impossible....there's so much gone into this...I can't afford to loose this....that's our first ever resort... And that place has a private beach space too...it's not very far from the railway station and not too far from airport too...I can't loose this deal....'

In the bathroom...

Ahhhhhhhhh....Siya.... what an embarassment you caused to yourself.

Why didn't you think Anu could be Anupam ...why was Anusha Anusuya Anu roaming in your head all this week...

Ahhhh... Damn...I still remember him picking his calls and walking away silently...

One day when he came back from work at night and when he went to shower leaving his phone on side table I pretended to sleep and I noticed Anu calling...

WhatsApp call showed picture of a woman

Who is she??? She's pretty...

Girlfriend!?!?!!

Another one?!! My blood boiled at that thought.

Just then I heard bathroom door knob click...I pretended to sleeping.

Since then I started observing him...no wonder he's ignoring me..

I cursed, cried at my fate. I decided to confront him... anyways I had no hope with this marriage anyways...

Let me just deal it in a matured way ....

A tear fell from my eye thinking about how things change gradually..just 2 weeks from now we had some romantic moments and now he is.

I cursed him everyday...I even envied Aditi thinking she escaped...

And today when I heard about booking a flight.. i thought he's going on a vacation with her...I couldn't take it anymore...he had issues in going on honeymoon with me and now he's going somewhere with this Anu to hump her when I stay here at his place being a trophy wife....
