Everyone looked at Manorama in disgust but her attention was on Lavanya.

" Hello hi bye bye...... How dare you. " Mami yelled.

"She dares because she is my sister and the aunt to our babies. " Arnav barked scaring Mami who was shivering. And she went and hid behind Anjali who had just joined them. Everyone was throwing daggers Mami for what she just said.

"I don't want to see the three of you at the party tomorrow...... Understood?. " Akash exclaimed. Making Anjali and Nani curse Mami for opening her mouth. Anjali was about to speak but Payal beat her to it.

"You are invited to the party. "

Payal said shocking the others, they were about to retort when Payal raised her hand stopping them.

"I don't want a situation whereby their absence will ruin our babies first birthdays....... But mind you three, I will make your lives hell if you dare do anything to ruin our babies party. "

Anjali, Nani and Mami nodded promising to be on their best behaviours. They all went back to eating and after a couple of minutes Madhumati came there to help Anita take care of the kids while the young adults went to work to organize things needed for tomorrow's party.

Arshi and Payash entered the building and went straight to it textile department to choose the fabrics for their babies outfits and also choose some already made designs since there was no time for making new ones because of the upcoming fashion show. Since Lavanya's presence was impromptu, Nk offered to share their studio with her. After Lavanya settled down Aman's pulled Nk aside.

"What are you up to NK? " Aman asked suspiciously

" Nothing. " NK replied pretending not to know what he was talking about.

" Go ahead and pretend..... But know one thing..... Lavanya will always love Karan and am telling you because I know you are in love with her and I don't want you to get hurt. " Aman said.

" He doesn't deserve her and I will make her forget him with my love..... I know she needs time but I will never give up on her. " NK exclaimed before walking away from Aman to join Lavanya and Aman left to the venue for the birthday party to check on the decorations .

Both men during their conversation was oblivious of Karan standing behind them listening to their conversation. He matched to the studio only to find NK hugging Lavanya.

"Get you hands off my wife. " Karan yelled causing them to break the hug. Karan then charged towards NK but was blocked when Lavanya stop him blocking him from getting to NK.

"Don't you dare touch him.... " Lavanya yelled. Karan was about to speak but was cut off by Lavanya.

" What is your name? " Lavanya asked making both men confused but nevertheless Karan answered.

"Himesh Singh Grover. "

"Wrong Mr Grover your name according to the law is Karan Singh Grover....... And I Lavanya Kashyap married Himesh Singh Grover and according to records he is dead making me a free woman...... Therefore I'm not you wife Mr Karan Singh Grover..... Dare you interfere in my life and I will have you arrested...... " Lavanya said making Karan hurt and it pained Lavanya seeing him like this but she can't forget what his actions caused her.

" Look I don't want to be rude but I don't what anything coming to spoil the moment so please stay way from me...... We will talk after the fashion show....... And one more thing, whom I choose to date or be with is none of your business. "

A Karan with teared up eyes nodded and left. And Lavanya watched him disappear with sadness.

She turned and smiled at NK who knew her smile was fake but didn't what to open up old wounds. Within a few hours the outfits for the kids, cakes and decorations was almost done. A tired Arnav entered his office after having lunch with Khushi only to meet Garima sitting in his office with a cup of coffee in her hand.
Arnav was shocked to see her there but composed himself and Wales over to his chair and sat down.

"Mrs Gupta....... How may I help you? " Arnav asked.

"Am sorry for everything I did...... Believe me I regret everything..... And because of that I lost my daughters..... Please forgive me" Garima answered with remorse.

"It's okay..... I understand and trust me I hold no grudge against you..... You did what every mother would have done to protect her children and coming to Payal and Khushi... They love you and are only mad but don't give up because I know they will forgive you sooner than you thought. " Arnav said, trying to comfort her and she nodded.

"My grandkids birthday is tomorrow and Shashi told me you have already started the preparation...... Is there anything I can do to help? " Garima asked.

"No need...... Everything has been taken care of and the only thing you need to do is to show up looking your best..... Okay. " Arnav said and she nodded, she then stood up moved closer to Arnav who also stood up from his chair and face her. Garima then cupped his face in her hand and said.

" You are a good man and please don't let anyone make you believe otherwise....Okay."

Arnav nodded and hugged Garima who happily reciprocated, she then broke the hug after a few seconds and then thanked Arnav for forgiving her. She was about to open the door to leave when Khushi entered to see her mother there. She was shocked but quickly masked it with an angry face, Garima moved closer to high her but she moved away to Arnav, a move which hurt Garima but she remembered what Arnav said and left knowing they will forgive her but needs time.

"What did she want? " Khushi asked with a pouty lips and a frown oh her face. Arnav pulled her into his arms and caged her and then pecked her lips

"That's between us Mrs KKGSR. " Arnav answered which annoyed Khushi who pulled him by his collar and kissed him passionately in an attempt to seduce him to tell her the truth but Arnav reciprocation made her forget everything and both kept kissing each other as if their life depended on it.

Their kiss came to an abrupt halt when they heard a continues knock on the door. They did want to stop but had to and an angry Arnav matched to the door only for him to open it to find Sheetal there. Arnav barked at her to leave but Khushi stopped her and let her in.

A crying Sheetal then apologized to Arnav but her refused to forgive her and he left the office. Khushi then consoled Sheetal and asked her to give Arnav sometime and then Khushi left following Arnav.

Sheetal sat on the chair sobbing for what her greed and stupidity had caused Arnav to hate her. Aman who was watching everything as the door was opened went in and told Sheetal to listen to Khushi's advice and she nodded and that was when Aman invited her to join her for the party but she refused and after a lot of convincing she agreed.

The day went by smoothly without no more problem.

The next day the entire family in RM woke up early and wished the kids a happy birthday. They helped each other bath thier kids and run off to take their baths and dressed up and then rushed to the kids room and also dressed them up. And then moved the the place Lavanya has hired for the private celebration for the kids. When they all got there they were amazed by the decorations and thanked Lavanya for a job well done.

And with knives in each hand cut the cake together and feed them a piece of the first slice and the others clapped and immediately after that the kids also started clapping and giggling.

The party started with music and everyone was dancing including the kids when all of a sudden Arshi disappeared. Khushi with a teary eyes started looking for Arshi together with the others when they heard a distressing cry only to look up and see her struggling to get out of Urvashi's arms.

Anita immediately left the party and went out not wanting Urvashi to see her and called her husband. Khushi rushed to her and took her away from her arms and she immediately stopped and reached out to Arnav who was standing closer to Khushi. He gladly took her in his arms and kissed her forehead and Arshi started playing with the button on her father's top forgetting what she just gone through.

Arnav adjusted Arshi in one arm and pulled a crying Khushi with the other and kissed her forehead whispering sweet things into her ears to calm her down.

MJ was creepily looking at Khushi which didn't go unnoticed by Urvashi who was fuming but masked it with a fake smile and Arnav who tightened his hold on Khushi not liking the way MJ was staring at Khushi. Urvashi who hasn't still given up her hope of wanting Lavanya to marry Arnav took advantage of the situation and said in disgust.

" Khushi... How can you be so careless as to leave you daughter like this. "

Khushi hid her face in Arnav's arms and started crying more making Arnav cling his jaws in anger and his eyes spitting out fire and the others were also the same. Arnav was about to yell at her when Lavanya beat her to it.

"Enough mum....... How dare you take to Khushi like that....... It's either you apologize to her now or I will have the guards drag you and dad out. " Lavanya barked making MJ and Urvashi shocked and they knew better not to provoke Arnav especially in his current state. MJ pushed Urvashi to apologize to Khushi not wanting to miss the opportunity of getting close to Khushi.

"Am sorry Khushi.... I didn't mean to say that. " Urvashi said cursing Khushi in her head and vowing to take revenge.

" It's alright Aunty..... " Khushi said.

"Okay guys we have a party to get back to. " Nk said breaking everyone's reverie and they all went back to partying.

Khushi was uncomfortable with the way MJ was looking at her and she moved closer to Arnav and wrapped her hand around his torso and he also wrapped his around her slender waist.

But he sensed she was tensed and thought it was because of Arshi's disappearance but he noticed Khushi looking at something and followed her gaze and saw the source of her uneasiness and it was none other than MJ.

He fisted his hands which didn't go unnoticed by MJ who immediately averted his gaze and walked away. They then went to join the others when all of a sudden they heard Lavanya squealed with joy and run to hugged Durga who had just arrived to the party and he also reciprocated and kissed her forehead.

Everyone looked on surprised as they realised she knows him and so does he.
Lavanya then dragged Durga to the others and was about to introduce him when Garima beat her to it and muttered "Durga"
