"The best of all gifts around any Christmas tree: the presence of a happy family all wrapped up in each other"

It's Christmas day!!! Merry Christmas, world. I woke my friends up as I wanted to wish them and open my gifts with them.

"Nishi! Simmi! Wake up!!!" I shouted in their ears.

"Ah~ what's the matter with you, why are you shouting?" Simmi asked annoyed by my too much energy.

"Stupid it's Christmas, how can you forget that?" she was going to say something when Nishi and Simmi both realized it and shouted "It's Christmas"

"Merry Christmas" we greeted together.

"Let's open the gifts" Nishi squealed.

We agreed and started opening our gifts. First one to go was Simmi. From Nishi she got a beautiful scarf and I gave her a bracelet. 

Her eyes lit up seeing the gifts. "Thank you, the scarf is so soft and the color is just perfect for me and the bracelet, so magnificent. I am going to wear these today with my Christmas dress".

"That's why we gave you the gifts stupid" We laughed at my statement.

"Cherry, open your gifts" Simmi said excitedly. I was thinking why was she so excited for seeing my Christmas presents...

I started opening them one by one. The first one was from Nishi...it was...a diary, not a simple one but a very special one. It had Jungkook's picture on the cover. It was a beautiful diary, she knows I love keeping diaries. Simmi...she gave me a pair of Sneakers!!! These grey colored sneakers with the colorful patterns...I wanted it since such a long time...

"It's beautiful, thank you Nishi for the diary. This is the best diary I've ever seen. Simmi I am shocked that you still remember these sneakers. We thought you had a bad memory. Thanks to both of you. I love you idiots"

"Nishi open yours" it was Simmi again.

"Okay" she said and started opening her gifts. She first started opening my gift. It was a pair of gloves designed like cute pandas. And Simmi's gift was a bracelet. She seemed to really like the gifts.

"These gloves are so adorable and so soft. The bracelet, my goodness, it's so beautiful. Thank you. You guys are the best". 

We group hugged each other and got up from bed. We got fresh, showered,wore our Christmas dress and started making our breakfast. While doing our breakfast we discussed what we need to do today and shared our works. So, according to the plan, Simmi and I will prepare the cake while Nishi makes the apple donuts. After that we'll prepare the muffins together. For the chicken nuggets and hot chocolate, we will make them in the evening.

While Nishi was preparing the apple pulp, Simmi and me went through the recipe of black forest cake. Yup, we wanted a black forest cake on Christmas as usual. We started beating the mixture of the cake adding lots of butter into it. On the other hand, Nishi was preparing the mixture for the donuts and cooling down the apple pulp which she heated with granulated sugar and cinnamon. The smell was mesmerizing. 

Our cake mixture was ready and we just had to put the cake in the baking tray and put it into microwave. We finished with our job and started helping Nishi.

Soon we were finished with both the baking and only decoration was left. Simmi and Nishi wanted to decorate the cake so I went for the apple donuts decoration. I caramelized the sugar and added chopped cherries to it. After cooling it for a minute I decorated the caramelized sugar and cherries artfully on top of the apple donuts. I really loved décor work, especially when it's about food.

It took our whole morning. So, we just ordered food and enjoyed it in the pine woods. The fresh cool air was refreshing. We sometimes used to spend time in these pine woods when I used to live with my friends, before moving to Seoul.

In the evening:

We prepared the chicken nuggets earlier in the afternoon as it was a lengthy process. Now we just had to prepare the hot chocolate.

We went to the kitchen, took out the ingredients we needed and started preparing it. But, just then the doorbell rang. Who can be here at this time? I went to open the door.

I just opened the door that I heard a group of 7 people singing Merry Christmas to me... It was BTS!!! I smiled at them and welcomed them in.

"Merry Christmas to you too...please come in" after they all settled on the couch in the living room I said, "Thank you for freeing your time and coming here" I bowed down to them and they reciprocated it.

"It is our pleasure" Kookie said and handed me a bouquet of flowers. Our eyes met, and for some unknown reason I was blushing. I felt so happy that we met after such a long time...uh-oh...wait...it's not even a week.

"Cherry, who's it?" Nishi shouted causing me to turn back. Her jaw dropped to the floor once she saw who were sitting there. She came back to her senses and remembered her manners and bowed down to them while saying...

"Anneyong Haseyo oppas". In response they too stood up and bowed to her.

"Anneyong". They chorused.

"Please have a seat, would you like to have some coffee?" Nishi asked politely.

"No. Thank you. We would like to get fresh first. Can we shower?" Rapmon hyung said.

"Sure, this way" she showed him the washroom. 

After that she dragged me to the kitchen and suddenly gave me a hug. 

"Nishi, are you overwhelmed?" I asked in a caring manner. She was silent. And this is rare. After some time she parted the hug and told me...

"I couldn't believe my eyes, Jimin just looks so good in real life, any camera can't capture his beauty. Thank you Cherry, for you today we are celebrating Christmas with BTS" Nishi said lovingly to me.

"Are you two done?" Simmi asked us who was watching us over all this time.

"Umm....Yeah. Let's go" I said as I knew Simmi meant that we should go out and talk to them.

One by one, they all got showered and came back to the couch. I kept the beautiful flowers in the vase. I placed hot chocolates on the table for them...everyone else took theirs and Jungkook was the last to arrive. He sat down on the couch and I handed him the hot chocolate.

"Thank you, Noor" he said smiling at me. The color of the hot chocolate was just as same as his eyes... melting brown... This is the second time he took my name but this time it sounded much more beautiful than the last time...maybe because we have only a few inches difference between our faces right now? I felt my cheeks heating up. I smiled at him and moved away.

"Thank you for the warm welcome" Suga hyung said.

"It's our pleasure" Simmi said finally coming in front of them.

"This is my friend Sofiah and this is Nieva. They are my best friends and my family too" I said waving my hand at them.

"Hello, Sofiah and Nieva. We are glad to meet you" Jiminie hyung said mostly to Nishi.

They just smiled. After introducing ourselves properly and talking about all the regular stuffs like schooling, job, studying...BTS and my friends became frank because at first my friends specially Nieva was really awkward.

"This place is beautiful, in the middle of the pine woods, I really like places like this and friends like this. I have never seen such loving friends who live like a family", Tae hyung said referring to us.

"Thank you, we are much more encouraged from you. The bond that you all share being a group of 7 people is much more special than ours. You have more responsibilities than us. I hope you always stay together", said Nishi. We have discussed this before, about the beautiful bond between BTS.

I went to the kitchen to bring some cookies for them. Simmi followed me. I told her we should get them some cookies and she agreed to me. After a moment she said, "I think, we should give their Christmas presents now". That was indeed a good idea. I gave her an 'okay' sign.

"Hyungs, here are the cookies that we prepared together. Hope you like them. I have added a lot of Choco-chips to them". I said smiling at them and holding the plate for them for taking cookies.

While Nieva and Sofiah returned with their gifts. They looked at each other not expecting the gifts.

We handed them their respective gifts. They opened their gifts an everyone started praising us.

"This cardigan is so nice, I love green, you probably knew it. Thank you" Hobi hyung said being pleased.

"Thank you for the muffler, I didn't bring one with me this time. I am glad its pink" Jin hyung said being relieved.

"Ah~ this is really cute, a hoodie. Thank you, pretty girls", Jimin hyung said flirtingly but we knew he meant well.

"This is thoughtful of you. I love books. Thank you" Rapmon hyung said.

"Woah~ I am in love with this jacket. Thank you. This jacket is really cool. I am going to wear this on my way home" Suga hyung said looking at it with 'it-is-awesome' eyes.

We were pleased that they were liking what they received.

"Timberland? Thank you. Kookie has all the timberland shoes. But I didn't have one. And now finally I got this. Now I can rest in peace", Tae hyung said making us all laugh.

"Oh, I am really grateful to you for adding another white shirt in my wardrobe. I actually I have lots of white tee, but shirts, they are less in number". With Kookie everyone completed their thanksgiving.

"We have also brought gifts for you, just wait up", Jin hyung said.

We looked at each other, we weren't expecting this.

He handed us our gifts smiling at us. He is really like a mum. We opened our gifts. It was Nishi first who screamed like she has seen a cockroach.

"Wings sweatshirt!!! Thank you, thank you so much. I am sorry for shouting like that" Nishi said apologizing.

"Woah~ this is HYYH sweatshirt. Thank you. This is amazing", I said observing my gift.

"Love yourself: Her sweatshirt. Thank you. These gifts are thoughtful and creative too". Simmi was the last one.

After we completed our thanksgiving. Kookie silently approached me and whispered... "What do you think about an evening walk Miss Noor?"

"That's great idea" I loved such walks and since I am at my home I know which is the best place to take a walk now.

We informed everyone that Kookie and me, we are going for a walk.

"Take your hoodies, don't catch a cold" Tae hyung said. We obeyed him.

"Don't stay there forever, come home early" Nishi said teasingly.

We bid them goodbyes and went for the walk. I was silently thanking Kookie for the chance he gave me to be alone with him. I am blushing hard right now...

For those who don't know Korean. 'Anneyong' means hello. 'Oppa' means brother from a female speaker. So, that's what Nishi said. Merry Christmas in advance... Uh... it's more than a month even now.
