ADAM'S POV:

"Dad they don't know what they're talking about."I pleaded.

He was acting cold ever since he had heard the news.

"Be honest with me  Adam, do you love that girl?"he asked looking at me as if I was someone else.

I couldn't answer, how did I tell him that I loved Krysta?That would only prove that everyone else was right,that I was the prince of good vampires.

When I didn't answer he walked closer to me and looked me straight in the eye."Do you love her?"he asked again, more roughly this time.

"Yes, but that doesn't mean—"

I started but he raised his hands silencing me.

He turned away from me and walked out of the room, leaving me standing there all alone.

I looked over at Dylan but he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off.

Now even my own family didn't want to accept me!

What should I do now?

There was only one place I could go that will make me feel better.The castle's garden.Yes, that's where I had to go, I was always able to think properly there.

I ran off with inhuman speed, loving the feel of the wind whipping against my skin.It was not long before I reached my destination and sat down near the lake, looking at my reflection in the water.

I don't know how long I just sat there staring at the water, I looked up into the sky and smiled at the moon and stars, it shone brightly tonight, looking ever so beautiful with its precious light.

I turned my head raising up swiftly at the sound of something behind me.

My eyes widened, the beautiful creature, the stallion, she was back!

I hadn't seen her for days ever since the last time Krysta had came to the castle disguised as Karlina.Why was she here?

"Hi girl."I whispered soothingly , not wanting to frighten her.

I took baby steps towards her and when she didn't move I ran my hands over her .

"I guess even you are angry with me huh girl?"I asked feeling miserable.

"No Prince Adam, no one is angry with you but I've come here to have a word with you, help you understand things."

She spoke again and I was just as shocked as the first time I had heard her spoke.

When I didn't say anything she continued in her heavenly voice.

"I know you hate the turn of events and you're scared of change.You're also confused about everything but you have to dig deep inside you and realise the truth.You cannot turn away from this, it is your destiny.It has already been written and it shall come to past.You ,Prince Adam are the son of King Charm and Queen Lilina, you must learn to accept this fact for there is still plenty to deal with.You will face many troubles and this is only just the beginning.You mustn't waste any time, time is running out."

I couldn't believe it, even the stallion believed I was the Prince of good vampires.

"I can see you still refuse to believe you are Prince Adam of good vampires but I'm positive you have accepted your love for Krysta.Are you willing to give her up for your stubbornness?" she asked.

"I will never give her up but I'm not her prince charming."

"Very well, you leave me no choice.Look into my eyes Prince Adam and see what I've seen."

I did what I was told and stared into her eyes.

My breath hitched at what I saw, my eyes widening.

Krysta.She was crying on her bed, saying that I didn't love her.That I didn't accept her.

My heart ached at what I saw, I wanted to comfort her so badly.If only she knew how much I really loved her.I loved her more than anyone and always will.

"Is that her now?"I asked softly.

"That was her only a few minutes ago and she still is hurt but she isn't giving up.She is very special.You shouldn't make any rash decisions that would cause you to loose her."

I closed my eyes , remembering the crushed look on her face, I was the one who had brought her that pain!

I opened my eyes and the stallion was gone.I knew what I had to do.
