I screamed and kicked hoping someone would hear me..

"Stop kicking and stay quiet!"Dylan shouted as he threw me on the bed.

He didn't waste any time as he pinned down both of my hands with one of his and leaned towards me..

I turned my face away causing him to kiss my cheeks instead, he took his other hand and held my face in place..

I could feel tears welling up in my eyes..I didn't want to be kissed by Dylan!

"What on earth is going on inside...!"Came Adam's sweet voice from the doorway.

His words trailed away as his eyes rested on the sight in front of him, his eyes narrowed and darkened.

"Get your hands off her!"Adam said with a growl.

Dylan looked at him as if he were mad but stepped away from the bed, I quickly jumped out of the bed and ran into Adam's outstretched arms,he held me closely to him as he whispered soothing words to me.

"What is your problem dude, you never had a problem when I spent time with the babes!"Dylan scoffed.

"She isn't like the rest of the girls you've been with and you were forcing her,she is my maid and I expect you to respect her!"Adam's voice was sharp as the crack of glacier ice.

"Fine but next time tell your maid my room is off limits!"

Adam stiffened at his words but quickly walked out off the room with me trailing behind him.

We were back in his room and he turned to look at me slowly.

"Are you okay?"he asked sincerely.

I could barely speak so I just nodded my head.

"I'm very sorry about my brother , that's how he is but what were you doing in his room?"

"I got lost, I couldn't remember which door you said to turn to and I ended up in his room "I replied softly.

"Its okay, just stay away from my brother, he isn't really one of the nice guys and thanks for cleaning my room!"he said with a smile.

"You don't have to thank me, its my job you know!" I teased.

He laughed at that and turned to look at me with a mischievous grin..

"Let's go for a walk!"

"Where?"I asked nervously.

"I'm not my brother you know, I won't harm you!"

He wouldn't harm me but I still didn't trust myself around him, especially not when he was being this nice.

"I know, I just was curious as to where we are going!"

"Its a surprise!"he said grinning at me.

He looked so cute when he smiled, it always gave me this warm feeling inside.I wanted to see more of the shimmering light , not the dark side of Adam!He seemed so kind and friendly like this, I liked this side of him!I wanted to make the light grow until the dark disappeared.

My whole being was singing with elation, a surprise!Adam wanted to give me a surprise, I couldn't help but smile at that thought.
