As I lay in bed, I tried to evaluate how I felt .I knew that whenever Adam was near me I felt this connection, this pull towards him.

That just the thought of us never being together made me very unhappy.

That don't matter who my soulmate was I don't think there is anyone who could make me as happy as Adam did.

The rain started to fall again, turning the earth to mud, blurring the window.Lightning lit up the sky so often that sometimes, for a minute  or more, it looked like daylight outside.

I jumped up as the door flew open, Kyle walking in with a tray in his hands.

"I've brought you some fruits, so eat."he ordered walking over to the bed and handing me the tray.

"I don't want any."I protested.

"You must eat or I shall force you."he threatened.

"I would like to see you try."I spat out loosing my patience.

Everything after that happened so fast.He pulled me out of the bed , hard, so that I stumbled and fell onto the floor.He walked closer to me and I took that as my opportunity to escape, grabbing a lamp from the table I thrashed it against his head.

I didn't waste time for him to recover, with one swift movement I ran out of the door, locking him inside , running out into the rain.

I kept moving until I hit a rock hard chest.I looked up in shock and I almost sighed with relief as I saw my favourite pair of green eyes in the world.

I couldn't stop myself as I grabbed onto his neck, holding on tightly, I felt him wrap his arms around me and bury his head in my neck.

"Adam."I cried, it was all I could say.

He had come for me, I couldn't believe it, he had found me, I knew he would off!

"I'm so glad I've found you Krysta—"

Adam stopped short as we both heard clapping behind us.

I felt Adam stiffen and we both turned to see Kyle looking at us in amusement.

"The perfect couple."he said smiling ,I felt like slapping that grin out his face.

Adam held me tighter for a second and then let me go, pushing me behind him.

He threw a punch at Kyle but he ducked it.Adam moved fast as he lunged for another attack and I heard Kyle shout out in pain .

Kyle swung at him but he dodged it, he seemed to fall backward and that's when I realised the knife in Kyle's hands.

"Noooo!"I screamed out.
