Maria was woken up by a loud sound of falling books outside her room. She got off her bed and groggily checked the incident outside. 

"Can you keep it down a little" she said while rubbing her eyes.

Maria was answered by a black haired man, who had a stern face and a pair of glasses."I apologize for the noise ms??" the guy looked at her.

"My name's Maria..."

"Ms. Maria. But as an excuse for my friend's misbehavior, it's almost time for breakfast."

Maria still has the effects of the sleep in her, because of that she had a hard time processing what she heard "So it wasn't his fault?? But his friend's?"  Maria looked down and sure enough a boy was gathering the fallen books. 

The boy had a shaggy hair, and his features were perfect. But there was something in him that Maria didn't like. Then he looked up, his yellow eyes glistening."You know you could help me out here Rence. "

"I would but it's your fault for stumbling, and causing the books to fall."

The guy sighed. " Right, it was a mistake to ask anyway." then by the time he was finished he stood up and looked at Maria. " Oh, I'm sorry did I wake you up?"

Maria grunted. " Isn't that obvious?" 

The guy had a confused face. "But, I thought everyone is suppose to gather for breakfast."

This woke Maria up. "What? "

The guy with glasses gave Maria a paper, which she received in return. " That's the schedule for today."

Maria was even more confused. "  Wait it only says here breakfast in the main hall..." then suddenly her eyes went circles. "I-IN 10 MINUTES?! W-WE HAVE TO GET READY!!!" she ushed the paper back to the glasses guy and closed the door behind her.

The two guys stared blankly at the door.

"What a weird girl."

"Agreed."

"GUYS WAKE UP!! WE'RE ALMOST LATE FOR THE MORNING ASSEMBLY!!"

no response.

Out of options Maria used her powers, and controlled the pillows on their beds. She ordered them to hit her friend's faces til they wake up. Daniella even fell from her bed

"What's the big idea???"  Angelica said, rubbing her head from the pain.

"It's 8 minutes away from the morning assembly!!"

This time Lucilla fell down from the bed too, causing all of them to look from her direction. "What?! Let's get ready then!"

The girls had their own business fixing themselves for the morning assembly. Maria barely noticed the glowing light behind her. It was Mara. 

"Hey Maria-"

"Not now Mara! We're late!!"

"but I don't think-" Mara was about to poke Maria but then she missed. Maria faced the others with her book in the bag. 

"Are you guys ready?"

"Yah"

"I'm done."

"Same here. "

Maria went to the door " Let's go."

And then they were gone.

Mara looked at the used to be open door with a irritated look. She looked behind to see the other souls.

"So gullible... " Ella sighed

"I wonder if they're gonna be ok?" Lucia held her hands like she was praying.

Gela sighed and didn't say a word.

Mara looked at the door once more. "Well knowing them, they'll survive this place."

The girls kept running, that's when Daniella realized something. She  stopped"Wait which way is the main hall?"

The girls also stopped running. " I thought Maria knows?"

"What the heck no, I was just following you Angelica."

"Then where the heck are we runnning?" Lucilla asked, they're becoming more agitated by the minute. 

Suddenly Maria saw a girl by her age pass by."Uhm excuse me! Which is the way to the main hall?"

The girl glared at her, and then laughed mockingly. "Why don't you use your identification?"  the she continued walking.

Daniella got more angry "What the hell is  wrong with this school?!"

Angelica smiled "Calm down Daniella."

"How can I calm down!? We're late for a morning assembly, a morning assembly that wasn't even informed to us by Ms.Glace-"

A timid boy stopped and noticed the trouble. The girls began shouting at each other. He approached them."U-uhm...Is there a problem here?"

"Great what now?!"Daniella asked

The boy felt threatened and stepped back. "U-uhm..."

Maria couldn't afford to lose their only help. "I-I'm sorry, my friends and I are a little lost. Could you help us?"

"S-sure where do you plan to go anyway? "

Maria scanned the boy. It didn't seemed he was going to anywhere, he had no books whatsoever. Though he seemed to be carrying a doll. It was a girl doll with black hair. Maria looked at the appearance of the guy. He had neat black hair with a few blue streaks.

"We're going to the main hall."

"Ah, that's pretty far away."he went beside Maria so he could give the directions more clearly. "From here go straight then you'll find 2 hallways, go left. Keep going then when you reach an intersection go right this time. Keep straight then you'll be at the main hall."

Daniella remembered it all. "Thanks a lot for your help!  C'mon we're gonna be late for the morning assembly. "

This caused the guy to give out a sound. "Morning assembly??"

Angelica turned around. "Yes, you weren't informed too?"

"There's gonna be a morning assembly in the main hall. A guy said that it's on everyone's schedule."Maria explained.

The guy laughed with a pity look on his face. "There's no such thing... "

"How can you be so sure ?" Daniella asked.

"Well today is when the new students would settle themselves in their rooms. There's nothing to be done much til tomorrow."

Blood drained from Maria's face "What??? You were just not informed!"

The guy was running out of options convincing the four girls. "Well I mean if it were a special assembly wouldn't the school make sure ALL of the students were informed?" 

This struck Daniella in the head. "He's right..."

Maria noticed the guy was looking for something. "Uh can you girls stay still for a minute." then he stared at Maria's chest.

Angelica went red. "Wh-where are you staring at?!"

But the guy didn't answer, he just kept staring at Maria's chest level part of her body. The girls were starting to have weird suspicions about the guy.

Angelica decided to try once more "Hey did you hear me?"

But the guy still didn't answer. This time Maria got the gist of it, and covered her chest. "W-what are you looking at?!" still no response. 

Daniella whistled and smirked. " What happened to him?"

Hated being ignored, Maria slapped the guy. "At least respond to us, pervert!!"

SLAP

"ooww!! " the guy touched his cheek to ease the pain, then he stepped backward due to the impact. " What was that about?!" 

"What were you staring at?!" Maria held her chest tighter, as she got more red.

" What?" then the idea hit the guy."N-NO! IT'S NOT LIKE THAT! I WAS JUST-"

Daniella smirked and moved closer to the guy. She looked at him in the eye " Just what?"

"I was just viewing the past.." he finally whispered.

This got the others curious. " The past??"

The guy looked at Maria. " By identification, I think the girl meant your necklaces. "

Lucilla didn't get what he said. " Necklaces?"

The the guy pointed a crystal located at his clothes. "You know, what your parents gave as a symbol of acknowledgment that you're a magicalitie. "

"Oh!" but then Angelica stopped. "Wait parents?"

The guy shook his head. "The point is, you can use your identification as a map for this school. This school is pretty big anyways, a map is necessary at all times. I'm not surprised you'll get lost the next time."

Daniella nodded. "But how do we activate the map?"

He removed the crystal from his clothes, then raised it. "Just let it know that you want a view of the map-" the a hologram of the school appeared. "-then it'll show you. "

Maria removed her necklace, then she remembered the main hall. The necklace showed her the image. "Is this??"

The guy smiled. "Yup, that's the main hall. " he looked at the image. "I guess I better get going. " then he started walking away.

"Ah! Before you go, what's your name?"

The guy smiled. "Just call me Ace."

"THANKS ACE!" Lucilla waved her hands goodbye. 

Ace smiled and waved back. "My pleasure!!" he shouted back. 

Maria smiled as she saw Ace walked away and disappear. She was grateful to encounter a good guy like him. Then he remembered the two guys from earlier. "Guys we still have to find those obnoxious bastard" Maria clenched her fists. 

Out of nowhere Angelica screamed out of frustration. "Agh!! I can't believe I forgot something so important!!"

"What is it?"

Angelica rummaged through her bag, and showed her rose. "this... I want to know where's the main hall." and as always, the petals fluttered off one by one and drifted through the wind. 

"Hurry!"

When they arrived Maria took a good look at the place. It was like their normal cafeteria except there were few chandeliers in the ceiling. The side was decorated by tall windows and you can see the outside of the school. The main hall was packed with many students, but not the whole school body. It was very spacious indeed for a morning assembly. But there were no teachers. "Now where are those jerks" she couldn't contain her anger. " I am so giving them a piece of my mind."

"Maria calm down"

"why would I Lucilla? First they create noise outside our room, then they make a fool of me!" 

"Maybe they're over th-" Daniella bumped into someone out of nowhere. "Oh my gosh!" The first thing Daniella noticed, is the deep blue of the boy's eyes.

"It's fine I wasn't carrying anything anyway." 

Maria turned around to see what's the fuss about. This new guy had a messier brown hair, but it seemed natural due to his get up. 

"we apologize!" Lucilla bowed

The guy laughed. "It's fine!" suddenly he noticed Maria paying no attention to him. She seemed to be looking for something else." It seems like you guys are looking for something."

"Not something." Daniella crossed her arms. " Someone."

"Oh? Do you know their names? Maybe I know them."

Maria shock her head. "Sadly no, I just met them this morning and I was in a rush." then she got a glimpse of a familiar figure. "It's them!!" then without a second thought Maria ran towards the glasses guy.

The guy gave the other three a confused look. Angelica decided to laugh it off. "haha...She's pretty passionate." 

"I think we should follow her." Lucilla whispered.

"You! How dare you lie to me!?" Maria pointed at the guy with glasses. " You imbecile! Have you guys got nothing better to do!?"

The other guy laughed. " Woah you actually fell for that prank!?" then his laughter didn't stop. "Didn't your mother tell you about not trusting strangers?" he kept laughing between his sentences. "Or was she as gullible as you?! HAHAHAH!!"

The guy with glasses put his hand on his friend. "Now now calm down." then he faced Maria. " And you, my name is not imbecile. Call me Clarence, that's my real name." 

By this time the others have reached Maria. Daniella heard their conversation, and Maria just gave Clarence a look. 

"She was not asking for your name dumb ass. " Daniella pointed out

Clarence pushed his glasses. "I see you brought back up huh. I was not answering a question lady, I was simply correcting her mistake ."

Daniella scoffed." Again, nobody cares." then she took a step closer.

Lucilla felt a chill down her spine " EEI! What is Daniella doing?!"

The girl leaned towards Clarence, so close that one more movement they could kiss each other. But neither of them flinched. Both glared at each other. "So why don't you apologize to my friend huh?"

The guy that was with them earlier started to sense something was out of hand so he put himself in the middle of the two with a smiling face. " Now now let's all chill shall we?"

"These guys disturbed us. And what's more they mocked my friend!" Angelica decided to explain the situation to the new guy. 

He turned around with a smile once more. And with a calm tone he said. "Now... it's not my friend's fault your friend got fooled now is it? It's your fault for getting fooled. "

The girls were speechless. Especially Maria. 

A fourth guy approached Clarence and the others. "Yo guys! "

"Where were you Peace? " laughter filled their space.

"Sorry." Peace showed a cup. " I just grabbed a drink. I was kinda thirsty and-"

And in one swift moment. The cup was out of Peace's hand and the water inside went straight to the face of the guy that was with the girls earlier.

Clarence and the other guy was alert once they processed what happened. "Lex, are you okay!?" the guy who was laughing looked mad and glared daggers at the girls. " What's the big deal guys?!" 

Peace who just arrived and didn't understand a thing, looked at his cup. "But I haven't drink my water yet..."

Lex smiled irritably  at the girls. "Apologize.Now"

Maria realized what she did and was shocked by what happened. "I-"

But Daniella cut her off. She signed Maria to stop and confindently looked at Lex. "It's not my fault my friend did that, assuming she did." her smile never shone brighter than before. " It's your fault for not defending, right?"

A nerve was hit and the one of the guys raised his fist towards Daniella. But her moves were swift. She took a step back and opened her book. " Cast: Shield!!"  And the attack was blocked off.

"What the heck!?"

Lucilla started to panic. "W-what should I do!?" then she realized most of the students have formed a ring around them. "EI! Are we fighting!? " 

"So that's how you want to play huh?" Lex stretched his hands and shock them . "I'll give you a fight."

"This could end if you would just apologize!" Maria shouted. 

"Why would we?"

Daniella chuckled. "Dumb asses would always be dumb asses. "

"Why you little!-"

"What is happening here?" 

The students looked at the source of the stern voice, and there they met Ms. Elysia. And her face was not pleased. "Mr. Pendleton, I hope you're not starting a rumble?"

"N-no ma'm. "

Then she turned her head towards the girls. "You four again. What happened here?"

Without being nervous, Daniella explained the situation. "A case of bullying ma'm."

"Apologize."

"Tch."

Ms.Elysia raised an eyebrow. " Am I hearing a complaint Mr. Wise?"

"No ma'am."

"Then APOLOGIZE."

And with that the quarrel finally ended. The students went back to what they are doing and as soon as Ms. Elysia decided that the fight was settled she went back to her room. 

"That was intense!!" Angelica exclaimed. "Let's do that again!"

"NO!" Lucilla made an X with her hands and kept shaking her head. "NOT DO THAT AGAIN. I was so scared you know?"

"Why are you scared? They're just a bunch of dumb asses." Daniella scoffed.

The girls were about to leave when-

"Garden, 4th at night. We'll talk there. " 

Then the guys walked to the opposite direction.

" Hmph. Looks like they want to have a fight with us."

"Let's not waste our time with them. " then Maria left to get her breakfast.

And that was the start of an adventure.
