Sanskar looks at Karan:such a talented proposal. You don't know to recognise people here seriously.
Karan who was still looking into the file.he still could not believe this was made by Raman:I never knew he was this capable.
Sanskar:yeah or else he wouldn't have directly come to me.
Karan:bro though whatever it is I still can't believe it.
Sanskar:so I am taking him into my team.
Karan:do the good job. Already he is so irritating.i can't throw him out so you do this.
Sanskar:this is why your department is in bottom.
Karan:At least now there are chances to improve. Some oldies in my department plays dirty politics despite knowing that I can't do anything.Reason,lack of evidence.
Sanskar:so you mean to say.he did not do this...
Karan:no..I did not mean that. May be he seriously wants to join your team. But many people in my department has the ability to steal other's project. I am not saying he would do that.

And they moved to continue playing tennis.

Sanskar:you are confusing me. Anyway I will look after that later.transfer him here.
Karan:as you wish.

Karan:between..what happened about the blind date?
Sanskar:forget it.
Karan huffs:I don't know where your future wife is...?
Sanskar:think about your married life..instead of mine.
Karan:between don't marry..look at me only.you can never have a window seat either it would be train or flight.
Sanskar:I think it's okay to let some things go for your love.
Karan smiles:yeah..though she is excited to watch out and I am excited to watch her excitement.

Ragini enters her office after 5 days of her grandmother's demise.
And sees the lot of changes. She heard about the transfer of Raman from a colleague but she did not paid any attention to it.

And all thanks to politics and building relationship. A non deserving person was the manager again.all thanks to Raman.
But transfer process was still not over.he was still there.

Ragini enters Raman's cabin: Congratulations sir I heard about your transfer.
Raman:Thank you Ragini. And also I got sad listening about your grand mother.it was okay if you wanted more break.
Ragini: it's okay sir.
Raman: I kept a party tonight.if you are okay with..
Ragini:no sir if you don't mind.
Raman:I understand..

Ragini was sitting on her desk doing the pending work of past 5 days.when she got the call from the another company where she applied for the job.and they invite her for an walk in interview.
All her prioritiesed standards matched there.she wanted to try it.
She wanted to grow.though she is late to realise but she can't grow here.

Taking a break in between she went for the interview where probably she knew she would get the job.
And as her thought she got the call regarding the same.
She types her resignation letter.and thinks to submit the next day.

After work she moves out only to see a familiar guy with a laptop bag hanging on his shoulder.Yes, it was Sanskar talking with Karan.
She remembered about her dadi's words.
That he would come looking for her. Fact that for the first time she saw him here.
She thinks to greet him. But before she could move.he left.
She greets Karan and was about to move.
Karan:Ms.Ragini can you please come to my cabin.
Ragini:me sir..
Karan:of course you.there is no other Ragini here.
Ragini nods.
She was bit confused as twice she went to him directly with her proposal but he asked her to go to Raman first.and why now?was there any problem?

Karan:Ragini...look at this proposal copy.
Ragini takes it.
From word to word it was familiar.because it was written by her.
Karan:I know I wasn't much of a help before.
Ragini:is there any problem sir..? it's my proposal I had written it long back for Agarwal food industry project.some months back.
And they heard the knock.it was Raman.
Raman:Ragini why are you saying my proposal as yours.
Ragini looks on shocked:but sir.
Raman: it's fine as long as when you were working under me.but now I don't...
Karan:Raman please be silent. Ragini is that true what you are saying.
Raman signs her to No.
Raman: don't ask her.ask me since it's mine.
Ragini was really worried over the situation.being and introvert she couldn't actually fight for it. But...
Ragini:it is mine...
Raman:how?tell me do you have any proof.
Ragini:if it's your proposal when did you start writing it.
Raman:I Started in August 21 I completed in September 4th but I didn't submit that's the problem that's causing ruckus here. If you have written it there should be some proof in your computer right.Prove it.
Ragini looks at him for a moment.
Karan smiles being disgusted about Raman.without the proof he can't take Ragini's side.as so sure about him while bringing the topic of computer he actually hinted about that if there's any proof I have destroyed it.
Seeing her silent.Raman smiles:see..if she can prove I will happily give my transfer to her.

Ragini:sir,if you don't mind can you please let me use your office mail?
Karan looks at her.as she looked calm.as yes he saw tension in her 10 minutes back.
Karan:of course.
He stood opening up his office id.
And she searches the mail of August month.
She had given him half submission in July.it was her dream proposal so she directly went to Karan but he asked her to go to Raman since he was her boss.
Ragini:sir this is my first submission in month of july.if you remember,I came to you with proposal.if you see it clearly it has the same words.my first submission was on July 30. And my second submission was in August 14th.
Karan remembers the since he was in really bad mood those days when Raman and some people accused him with some fake allegations to remove him from position,so he didn't pay attention to her.
Ragini:I have marked it. Please look into this sir. If there is nothing else I would like to leave.
Karan nods to her.
Raman was sweating he really didn't knew she consulted Karan with proposals.
She didn't even look at Raman once and left from there.
Karan looks into the mail.
Raman:I will be back in 5 minutes.
Karan looks at him and he moves out.
He smiles continued with a laugh.

He moves to Ragini who was waiting for lift.
Raman holds her arm tightly which made her wince.
Raman:what do you think,you will snatch my position..?no,low class girl like you can never.
She did not reply anything instead tried to free her arm.
Ram:count your days.tumhe chain se rehne nahi doonga.
She freed her arm forcefully.
And moves to stairs.she literally runs down.
While Raman was tensed.

Karan over a call: it's clear.
Sanskar:he did make a mistake.where he couldn't clear her name on one paper.
Karan:I will look after him. Let her join your office from tomorrow.because as long as I know him.he would try to harrass her.
Sanskar:no problem!!!

Ragini was alone in the home since her father went to Rameshwaram to do a Pooja in her dadi's sake which was her last wish.
Her brother went back as he had the exams.

Raman bangs on the door.
Which really scared her
Raman:Ragini. Open the door.
It was clear that he was drunk.
She doesn't move.she would definitely not open the door for him.
While he tried to break the door.
Her hands literally shivered but still she pulls the sofa and placed it near the door and went inside the room and locks it holding a stick.
She cried in a fear..

But after an hour he left from there.

She was about to move out of the house to office when she Raman there.
Raman:what happened?after successfully ruining my career.you're gonna step on my position.
Ragini clutched her hands as he got closer to her.
Raman:you know what I cannot tolerate?
Ragini looks at him.
Raman:someone so low like you,stepping over me. It would be better that you resign. I would not like you to work there.if you don't want this torture!!

Karan:why do you not want to work there?
He asked her being astonished
Karan:everybody here wants to work under CEO.
Ragini:I...I was supposed to resign today.i have accepted a job offer.
Karan:cancel that...this is the peak of your career.
Ragini:Thank you for considering me sir.but I am sorry she pushed her resignation letter
Karan:this is utterly foolish decision!!!
Ragini did not react anything.she did not wanted any kind of harrassment.she found it was better to leave the job.

She was about to go.
Karan:did Raman harrass you or something?
She did not reply.
Karan:so I guessed it right. Don't worry about him.i am keeping an enquiry on him.I will make sure he won't disturb you.
Ragini:sir if I say I don't want to work here.it would be a lie.but I don't want to take troubles.he came to my home last night when I was alone. it would just sound filmy if I say I am strong in this matter.i am not and I can't.....
Karan nods

Sanskar:but we can help her out. We can take up a legal option..
Karan:till when..?
Sanskar:till she needs.
Karan: it's impossible..but let's assume we took legal action and all and after few days he would easily come out and what if he starts to disturb her again.its not easy as you think. But one thing I want to admit.ladki mein kuch baat tho hai.. to be real she is being realistic. Who wants to invite trouble.
Sanskar just stretches his lips:can I once talk to her?
Karan:I would say, just buy her proposal.end of the topic.
Sanskar:how can you let go such a talented employee...
Karan:bro this is the life rule...I can't do anything about it..
Sanskar:but still I want to talk to her once.
Karan:anyway she is on the notice period for month.
Sanskar nods.

Ragini was working in between those people who really think that she spoilt Raman's career.80% of people there were his minions. She would be listening some strange taunts or mocked for unknown things.
She just put the ear phones and continued to do her part of job
When someone stood in front of her and knocked on to her table.
She turned.she never saw him this close to her.of course she had idolised him. She immediately removed her earphones and stood.
While few of her colleagues were shocked finding him there.some were jealous.
Sanskar:hai Ragini,Sanskar Maheshwari..
He forwards his hand.and she shaked her hand with him.
Ragini:hello,Sir.
Sanskar:if you don't mind can we talk?
Ragini was hesitant but still nods.
He signs her to move:meet you at the entrance.
She moved and she turned and moved out from there.

While sanskar looked at a girl there who commented some minute back not knowing he was present there. "I guess Ragini charmed CEO.that is the reason Raman sir was removed.she flaunted her beauty. That's all"where as few others laughed and had other unwanted things to comment about her.
Girl was pretty scared of his stare.
Sanskar moved to her:you were saying something. You guess what?Ahh... Ragini charmed CEO.am I right?
Girl:am really sorry sir.
Sanskar:of course she charmed me with her talent.first ever person from this department. Where as I got numerous complaints from this department and also Raman was removed because he stole the proposal of Ragini.and here guys despite knowing the truth wasting the time spreading worst rumours.
Karan who came looks at the scenario.
Sanskar:Mr. Mehera wipeout this department.appoint the new one's.
Everyone stood shocked:Sirr!!!
Sanskar: it's an order!!!
Karan desperately wanted this and finally got the chance.he is going to keep the people who are genuine about the job.

Ragini was standing near the entrance.
She don't know how would she react in front of him. What would he wants to talk to her!!!

Sanskar came there: let's move to my office
Ragini looks at him and nods:yes sir.
Sanskar:I heard from Karan about Raman harrassing you. Don't you think you should take the help from police.
Ragini :no sir..I just want to end all this...
Sanskar:so you have decided that you will not work with my team.
Ragini really wished for this day but she couldn't say anything.

They stepped inside the office.
It was very pretty.every employee there has a bright smile on their face.the way they interacted with sanskar seemed more friendly. To be Frank it didn't seem like a work space. But people there were very intelligent and smart. Yes,he got her there to get tempted to stay and not leave the job.and his plan was working too.

Sanskar took her to the 8th floor.
It was his team there.
Sanskar introduces her to his team.while they welcomed her warmly.
He points to an empty desk:if you wish to stay,it could be your desk.
While his team members being friendly insist her to stay.as Sanskar already informed them about Ragini.
Ragini was quite confused now.
Sanskar:Ragini if you trust me I will help with Raman's matter but instead I would want you to do the job here.
She really understood why he was a CEO at such a young age, apart from being highly educated and talented. Like the way he treat the employees there..it just reflected on those people there.he valued them.

Sanskar was waiting for lift.
"Good Morning.Sir!!!"he turned and saw Ragini with a bright smile.he smiles back.
"I want to be part of your team!!!"
He nods.
"Welcome Ragini" he says with a smile.
"Glad that you changed your decision."
Ragini smiles
"Don't worry about Raman. He won't bother you!!!"
He asked his legal team to look after him.and also filed complaint on him for harrassing his employees. Which made Raman to beg for forgiveness from Ragini and asked her to help him by taking back the complaint.

Working for few days there she felt like she was some royal person. As everyone treated her much much much better with what her previous colleagues treated.
With all their help she could manage to learn the work early.

Samar was a young employee there who happened to join there just an year before. While he just didn't got much to mingle with Ragini.
Where he plans to prank her with others.
"Ragini"he called her.
While she turns to him.
"You don't know to respect the senior?"
Ragini immediately stood.
And he sits on the chair.
While everyone controls their smile.
"You didn't greet me all these days.so I happened to come by myself."He told her.
Ragini actually didn't knew him properly but saw him twice.she thought he might be some person belonged to management.
"Sorry sir"
Sanskar comes.when all sign him to be silent and watch the show.

"I know you just try to impress Sanskar sir since he got you here.what about me, you should impress me as well?"
"Sorry sir.i didn't knew about you before. I apologise!!!"
Sanskar turns his face and controls his smile since her expression literally made him to..no offence!
"Go get me a coffee!!!"Samar ordered.
"In 5 minutes sir" she replied.
"Make it 2 minutes" he ordered again. "I hate waiting"
She nods and goes to make the coffee.

"She is so innocent" Priya, Sanskar's team member commented.
"See I should have been a actor"Samar complemented himself.
"I am watching that!"sanskar told when Samar immediately stood.
"Sir I was just pranking her.nothing else!!"
That's when she came and all got silent.

She was about to give coffee.
"Don't you know there's Sanskar sir.give it to him first!"
Ragini bites her lower lip. She was really scared with the scenario.
Where people there couldn't hold their laugh.
She looks at them.
Samar:impress sanskar sir first.
Sanskar: that's the reason her proposal is going to launch and not yours Samar.
Samar curves is lips:I will try to get the best proposal very soon sir.
Sanskar:am waiting.
Samar nods while everyone laughs.
Where Priya tells Ragini about the prank.
Samar catches both of his ears:I am sorry.
Ragini smiles as she felt it was too real.
Samar:if you have finally got the coffee..gimme!!!
He grabs the coffee from her and goes to his seat.

Later at the lunch break.
Ragini preparing a file.
Samar pokes her.
She turns to him and stand immediately:sorry sir I didn't realise your presence.
While everyone there laughs as she was teasing him as well.
Samar got embarrassed:okay...well I was going to say tonight I am going to throw a party as my belated birthday party.so you must come.
Ragini smiles:okay.
Samar: don't forget to bring my gift.
Ragini:sure.
Priya:he is giving the party after 3 months finally...where as he told he would be throwing party on his birthday before 3 months of his birthday.
Samar mutters to Ragini:you know budget problem!
Samar smiles:between please don't continue my show!!!
Ragini smiles.
