"Hai" Sahaj squealed with a broad smile.
It took some minutes for Ragini to actually accept the fact that this guy in front of her.
Yup, Sahaj was her classmate during her UG. He was a huge trouble maker. And he hated her for no reason, tried everything to put her down in a way that she doesn't actually have any best friends. All thanks to him!!!

Sahaj: seems you are in huge train of thoughts about me.
Ragini:you, here?
Sahaj smiles:scared?
She found his smile very creepy. But, she wasn't scared at all.
Sahaj:I guess you don't know I am handling Darjeeling company. I am the CEO of Darjeeling branch.
"Through Nepotism" she thought. Now she actually get it. He was the niece of Reena Roy, the Managing director.
Reena is childless and married to a foreigner, who lost his life some year back.
Currently he came for the project. As tomorrow there would be sending the project to head quarters. One out of the 5 branch project would be selected.
Ragini:oh well, nice to meet you!!!
Sahaj:sure... well May be I would be transferred here soon. Pray that we work together.
Ragini just smiled:excuse me... I am getting late.
She moved. While he moved in front of her:wait.. don't you think you should please your boss.
That's when Samar came. He was noticing him. Somewhere he too found him creepy though he don't know him personally.
Samar:excuse me Sir...
Sahaj:yes,excused.
He was oggling his eyes at Ragini.
Samar:Ragini, let's go.

He asked Ragini.

He looks at ID card :Samar.
Samar:currently we aren't your subordinates.  But when we become one. You can expect it. Let's go Ragini!!
Sahaj:mind your tone I won't take 2 seconds to throw you both out.
Ragini just panicked as she didn't wanted Samar to face trouble because Sahaj's sole intention was to just degrade her.
Samar:you...
Ragini interrupts:I am sorry sir...and I am sorry on his behalf
Samar :Ragini... are you....
Ragini just blinks her eyes at him.
While he was just angry.
Sahaj:any way ..you both I am going to keep my eyes on you both. One more mistake and termination letter.
He moved.
Ragini:sir, if you don't mind can I say something?
Sahaj moved.
Ragini:keeping your eyes on us. Don't forget you have some responsibility to show towards your current branch.
As she looked at the employees who were lost and asking around for the head quarters.
Ragini:and about the future. You never know what's in the store!!!
He glares at her while Samar smiled and the left from there.

Priya:you mean to say that creepy guy is going to taking over.
All other looked worried.
Samar:yup. That's what we heard. And the first to be fired would be me and Ragini for sure. If that happens.
They looked at Sanskar's cabin as he didn't arrive yet.
Priya:I met him. That guy in one kind of piece you ever met. I would resign then working under him.
Samar:I am the new recruit what will happen to me?
Ragini:That's why I told you to be calm.
Samar:Between you knew him from before.
She nods:He was my classmate.

Arshi:that creepy guy?
Ragini nods.
Priya:am sure he wouldn't be an easy going guy.
Ragini:I do not want to remember.
Niel: yeah... Sir is not here yet and we should not judge the situation since there was no official announcement.
All just accepts to him.
Arshi:I hope it's not true ....but imagine today we get an official announcement...
All looks at her.
Arshi:guy I said just imagine.
Samar:Ragini and me looking for new job. And my dear Ragini we will join the same company.
Priya:guys. You don't have to.if your project is selected ...
All looks at her.
Niel:I guess the result would be out in an hour.

After a hour....

Samar was looking at the mail. If you see any announcement of the project.
Ragini pats him:Samar.. let's work together no matter what. Even if we are thrown out?!
Samar:hey.. don't scare me
Ragini laughs: that's what you told sometime ago.
And she leans on the chair closing her eyes.
Samar:but.... Look how you're resting.
She looks at him:I am tensed instead. If we don't crack then that creep would show off even if he didn't crack. He just loves me failing
Samar:is that so?
She nods being annoyed.
Samar:stay by my side.
Ragini:you will protect me?
Samar:no,I will stay alert and let you runaway whenever I see him.
She looks at him for a moment:forgot? You too should run now.
Samar:obviously I will be joining.
And both bursts into laughter.
Priya moving towards them:you guys are setting up a true friend goals.
Samar:she has the issue now after eating my money....
Ragini looks confused:what money?
Priya laughs:all thanks to you Samar.
Ragini:am I missing something interesting?
Samar:yeah... And a very big thanks to you.
Ragini: huh? Are you mad?
Samar:yup... That's why I lost my money.
Before she could ask further.
All sees Sanskar and Anuj entering the office
They got serious as they know the result now.
Sanskar pats on to Anuj's shoulder: it's okay. You did a great job.
Anuj nods stretching his lips with a disappointment in his face.
All just gets sad.
Sanskar:you are taking up lot of work from now on as a senior executive.
All just looks on for a moment. As both laughed
Sanskar: congratulations guys you did it.
Samar:sir.. this is so wrong you cannot break my little by your oscar winning performance. And Anuj sir I did not expect you to do this to your saathi sipahi.
All laughs at him.
Sanskar notices Ragini who was hugging Arshi and they were congratulating each other.

Samar:and Anuj sir. When will be the trip help?
Anuj looks on. He obviously didn't wanted him to say in front of all these people. He can't sponsor for everyone.
Sanskar:how about this Saturday?
Anuj looks at him.
All just rejoiced.
Sanskar pats his shoulder: it's on me.
Anuj:sir.
Sanskar: don't worry. Now just celebrate.
And they were celebrating.

Sanskar:guys... I had an announcement to make.
All just looks on. As arshi said.... They can't even imagine.
Sanskar:what happened?
Arshi: actually sir they will kill me if you announce that?
Sanskar:announce what?
Arshi:sir we heard that you will be transferred and Sahaj Agnihotri will take over.
He raised his eyes with a smile and being surprised:who spread this rumour,come out now?
Samar immediately pushed Ragini ahead:sir... Her, it's Ragini, she spread the rumour.
She turns to him:what?

Sanskar:Ms.Ragini .. you want to send me off this badly...
Ragini just waved her hands in no:no no... Sir I did not...
Priya:Samar.. why are you blaming her now?
Samar laughed and Ragini just passed him a look.
Samar: it's actually we met Sahaj Agnihotri this morning and he himself told us. And he himself spread this rumour. Thank God it's a rumour.
Sanskar:he himself did it?
Samar nods.
Sanskar:anyway I was going to say that... Day after Tomorrow there's an office party which you will get an invite soon and also Well I was saying work load is off from our shoulders at least for few days but next month there's new project to work on so I would tell you to take rest and I would also tell you to not do any overtimes until then. And take care of your health.
All nods to him.

Later...

Ragini was walking out with Samar and arshi talking about the project which succeeded.
Samar: I am going to take a day off tomorrow. I am going to sleep tight until noon.
Arshi:can I do the same?
Ragini:can I also?
They laughs: let's do it..
Arshi:hey.. how about we 3 plan for lunch tomorrow and after that we can hang out.
Both:sounds great.
Arshi:then plan done.
They see Sahaj talking over a phone.

Samar:now I think we don't need to runaway.
Ragini:yeah.
Arshi:but he is so handsome.
Samar:she finds every other guy handsome.
Arshi:but none is handsome as my sahil.
Both looks at each other:she finds opportunities to praise her boyfriend everyday.
Ragini:he must be lucky.
Samar:very lucky.
And they laughed a bit.
Arshi: it's a fact.he is handsome and more than that he is lucky to have me. Between I will let you meet him tomorrow. And I am telling you even before tum log uspe nazar mat laga na. Woh mera Jaan hai.
Both nods:hum tho nazar lagayenge.
Arshi looks at them both who had serious expression and they end up laughing.

That's when Sahaj comes there:hey Ragini...
Ragini felt irritated but still controls her desire of banging his head on to the wall.
Samar was in similar feeling. They look at Arshi who also had same reaction, though she didn't meet him earlier. May be that's why their vibe match and spend most of the time together in office free times.

Sahaj:i heard your team grabbed the project. But it's ain't that big of a project. I don't mind losing it to you guys.
Ragini:ohh..but I also heard that it's a rumour that you would be replacing our present boss.
Sahaj: that's ain't a rumour.
Samar:oh okay..
Sahaj:do not doubt on my skills.
Trio nods.
Ragini:if you don't mind it's our off duty hours... So
They just move without even waiting for him to nod at them.

Sanskar who was behind them witnessed this. He heard about Ragini and Samar's encounter with Sahaj from Priya.

Sahaj sees him:hai...
He forwards his hand to Sanskar.
Sanskar smiles shaking his hand with him.
Sahaj: Congratulations.... On winning over the project.
Sanskar:Thank you.
Sahaj: actually I have requested with the official letter asking to takeover this branch to headquaters. So I will be stepping over here soon...
Sanskar:but I didn't get any official announcement yet...and it's my off hours.. so I would take my leave.
Sanskar moved while Sahaj got annoyed over the fact that he got ignored here as well.

Ragini was standing at the bus stop...
And she spots Sanskar who just reached over other side of the road.
And she just crossed the road and looked around for a second and sits inside the car.
He drives...
Sanskar:you know it's a bad idea to hide about our relationship...
Ragini:but until then we can hide... It would be very awkward around if they see me as your fiance way so soon.
Sanskar:soon? There's only 7 months...
Ragini interrupts:I know...
He just left out a breath:as you wish...
She smiles.

Sanskar:between I heard you guys are planning for the outing tomorrow...
Ragini looks at him for a moment.
Sanskar:what happened?
She looks straight away from him and mutters: it was supposed to be a sick leave.
He looks at her controlling his smile:all 3.
While she avoids facing him: it's a viral infection.
Sanskar:oh yeah?
She nods still not looking at him:Yeah..
He laughs.

Sahaj was walking around a huge dining where a lady was sitting eating her dinner.
Sahaj:bua.. are you even listening?
And the lady was MD of Arya foods and Technology, Reena Roy.
Sahaj:why was my request rejected?
Reena smiles: let him handle for some more time.
Sahaj:I can do better.
Reena:Sanskar is doing better Already.
He did not reply.
Reena:why are you suddenly want to take this branch. You know this branch is the source which covering up the loss of other branches? I cannot let you take his hard work and have the credits.
Sahaj:you think of me like that?
Reena: yup ... Or else there is no other reason.
Sahaj: there's a reason. There is someone I like working under him...
Reena looks at him for a moment.
Sahaj:transfer her into my branch.. make her go with me to Darjeeling.
Reena: just yesterday I saw you breaking up with a girl. You broke someone's heart.
Sahaj:that was just a fling. I can't do anything if she took serious.
Reena:I am not helping you into this... Good night
Finishing her food she walked but stops and turned to him:between what's her name? Who could make you want to change your branch?
Sahaj smiles:Ragini Sharma....

Sanskar was passing by when he heard Priya:3 people who sit together got the fever all together.
Niel:I think it's a planned leave.
He smiles nodding his head and moves to his cabin.

While trio were having lunch at a food court of a mall.
Samar:we did not see that handsome guy. Did you see Ragini?
Ragini nods with him:nope I didn't yet.
Arshi:stop it. When he will come then you will see...
Samar:waiting.
Arshi:between I have surprise for Ragini?
Ragini:me?
Arshi:Yes... Actually my Aman has best friend named Dhruv.
Ragini:So?
Arshi: actually he is also a nicest guy.
Samar:so?
Arshi:and he is single..
Ragini;so?why is it surprise.....
She then actually realised where the topic was reaching...
She immediately waved her hand in no:no no... I am happy how I am.. I don't wanna meet anyone...
Arshi:why not?you are young and beautiful. If you find a solace in each other you can marry...

Samar:though I would have opposed.. but when I think of you then I think you should get a partner now.

She was about to stand when they held her from either side.
Arshi: what's the problem?
Samar:exactly.
Ragini panicks; the problem is.....
Samar:no matter what the problem is... Let's meet this guy now... We are not getting youarried right now. It's just a casual meet.

She inhales a deep breath thinking of some excuse...
But they did not let her escape.
And the nightmare arrived along with Aman. There was a guy Dhruv.
Ragini consoled herself:why are you panicking.... It's a casual meeting... It's ain't that I am cheating or anything. It is just the situation...
They casually talk introducing each other.
Dhruv was passing glances at Ragini.
Samar bends towards Ragini and mutters:I think he liked you.
She mutters immediately:and I didn't...

That's when she noticed Sanskar entering food court with Karan and some others. Seems it was some official meeting. Yup, how can she forget some of their food products were kept free sample, it was the previous year project which is getting launched here in the mall.She literally forgot to breath now.
Ragini:guys...
She points to sanskar.
They immediately bends down after noticing Sanskar.
While Aman and Dhruv looks confused.

Samar:arey why are we hiding.
He was about to stand.
Ragini slaps on his head:we are on sick leave you idiot.
Samar rubbing his head:sir won't mind it. In fact I already knew this. I thought I will say I came on behalf of company to encourage our product as an audience.
Arshi:me too.
Ragini looks on. That means only she was a fool.
Samar benda to her :you should focus on dhruv.
Ragini:shut up.

Samar directly went ahead to meet sanskar.
She literally face-palms..
Dhruv:are you okay Ragini?
She looks at him and accidentally drops the juice on herself.
While dhruv immediately pulled the tissues for her.

Samar:sir.. we came to encourage...yup after consulting the doctor.
Sanskar nods with a smile:Samar.. what you take me for?
Samar scratched his head.
Sanskar sees the scenario where Dhruv was passing tissues for Ragini. He took her phone from her as she was cleaning.
Samar:sir that's Dhruv... Actually he's a nice guy. I and arshi planned to fix Ragini with him.
Sanskar:ohh..
He passed a look to Samar:so you do this on a sick leave? So you guys are taking me lightly.
He was triggered for sure.
And he marched towards Ragini.
Samar bites his lower lip:I think.... I did take him lightly..
He hits on his forehead.
