***Amogha's P.O.V***

  "Sorry baby but we should go ahead with dinner, else it'll get cold" Sid said and held out his hand for me. I took it, expecting him to lead the way but what he did was totally unexpected...  

Sid lifted me up bridal style and walked on the path leading to another room. He carried me so effortlessly, as though, I weigh nothing! I put my arm around his neck and started caressing his hair, while my eyes were taking-in the beauty his face. 

"Do things like that and maybe we'd have to change our menu for dinner" Sid said not looking at me.

"What do you mean?" I asked him, surprised.

"Staring at me so intently and caressing my hair, acting so cute....I might have to eat you for dinner then" Sid said and winked.

I only had time to wonder what he meant when he moved his face forward and pecked my lips.

Just when I'd thought I was done blushing for the day, he made me blush!

I playfully hit his chest and said "So you picking me up like this isn't making me feel anything huh?" sarcastically and pouted.

"Well, in that case, we could have each other for dinner" Sid said huskily, stopping abruptly.

I blushed even more and tried glaring at him, but couldn't, obviously!

Sid just grinned and pecked my lips again before indicating me to look front and I followed his gaze...

Again, there were candles everywhere, dimly lighting the room, roses on every vase and rose petals scattered on the floor.... at the corner of the room, there was a table for two, which was surrounded by candles ( as shown in the picture above)

I was speechless again, as Sid carried me in and put me down on one of the chairs. He straightened up and then kneeled down, putting his hand forward. 

IS HE GOING TO PROPOSE TO ME?

I hesitantly put my hand in his, still dazed thanks to my surroundings.

"How does my lady like the set-up?" he asked as he brushed his lips on my hand. Goosebumps erupted all over my body when he said 'my lady'.

I blushed again as I said "Your lady loved it. It is so beautiful!!" to which he grinned.

"Wait" Sid said as he left my hand and walked away to a corner table and switched on the stereo, which started playing soft romantic music. MY MAN!!!

Sid then pulled a trolley near the table and started serving my favorite alfredo pasta onto the two plates, placing it infront of us. He then took his seat infront of me and smiled at me.

"I'm sorry Sid but I'm too damn hungry to talk about anything. Can I start eating?" I asked him to which he chuckled and nodded his head.

Without wasting another second, I dug in. I moaned in delight as the delicious pasta entered my mouth. My husband is one hell of a cook!!

I know I'd probably be looking like some pig shovelling down food as though I've not eaten for days, but what can I do?? I've not eaten anything since breakfast today and my husband is such a terrific cook!!

I moaned with every bite of pasta. "Thish ish verry goodd" I said, my cheeks still bulging with food. Sid chuckled.

I swallowed the food, licking the corner of my lips for the pasta sauce and said "No seriously this is so damn good!" and took another bite of pasta and moaned.

"You do know the effect of those moans on me, don't you?" Sid said huskily.

Swallowing the food in my mouth,I gaped at him - what did he mean?!

But before i could think further, Sid bent towards me and pecked my lips, taking me by surprise. I was blushing and looking at him as the sat down when the prominent bulge in his pants caught my eyes.

Oh damn!! I blushed and Sid chuckled.

"Well, I think the next time you moan, it'll be my name" Sid said and winked and I dropped the fork to my plate, blushing of course.

I tried to act as if I'm mad at him and glared at him but the way he grinned didn't allow me to do anything. Instead, I just looked down and picked up my fork and started eating again, not moaning!

A couple of minutes later, I looked up to find Sid staring at me, with some mixed emotions in his eyes. 

"You okay Sid?" I asked him, putting my hand on his.

"I wasn't..but now I am" Sid said and smiled warmly at me.

"Why aren't you eating?" I asked him as I finished my share of food. 

"I was rather enjoying the view in front of me - my beautiful wife enjoying her food" he said and I blushed again.

Man this guy sure knows how to make me blush!

"and her beauty intensifies when she blushes like that" he said and I blushed even more. Gosh!

"What's for dessert?" I asked him, in my attempt to change the topic and let my face get back to normal.

"Well..." he said, with a mischievous glint in his eyes, and got up. Oh boy!

He took my plate and placed it on the tray and kept a smaller plate in front of me, covered by a stainless steel lid.

I looked up at him curiously and he lifted the lid to reveal choco lava cake - my favorite!

"Did you prepare this?" I asked him, astonished.

"Of course! I can do anything to see you happy" he said and kissed my forehead, taking me by surprise.

I beamed at him and got up from my chair and hugged him tight. He hugged me back. The smell of his cologne, mixed with his body odor were driving my senses insane!! I broke the hug, trying to come out of the trance of his amazing smell!

"But there's only one here. Where's yours?" I asked, while he still held me by my waist, my hands rested on his chest.

"You have that then I'll have mine" he said and winked. What does he mean?

I shook my head and sat down, drooling over the cake before diving in!

"Mmmmmm it's sooooo good" I moaned, after taking the first bit of cake. It truly was amazing!

"Don't moan Ammu, you're making it difficult for me to wait for my dessert!" Sid said, stroking my head. He was still standing next to me while I was seated on my chair.

"Well go ahead and have yours then" I said, taking another bite of the heaven! The melting chocolate from the cake got stuck to the side of my lips as I took another bite. Before I could lick it, I felt a soft and warm something licking it away, now sucking my lower lip. I felt a tinge of pain and a whole new level of pleasure as Sid bit my lower lip, softly though. It took me a few more seconds to realize that Sid was kissing me.

Before I could do anything else, Sid pulled pack and smirked, saying "There, I had mine" and winked at me.

Of course I blushed and looked down. He straightened himself and went and sat back his place, and resumed eating his pasta, while I slowly started eating my dessert. Is it bad if I say that I enjoyed his lips more than this cake? 

I finished my cake completely and looked up at him who was staring at me. 

"What?" I asked him, surprised. 

"Did you enjoy your dessert?" Sid asked. Let's tease him a little shall we?

"It was good....but would have been better if you didn't have your dessert in between" I said and winked. 

Yeah now he blushed, rubbing the nape of his neck. I never knew my husband could be so adorable!!

If only I could spread this chocolate over his caramel abs and lick them!!!

Yeah my mind is acting all crazy, all thanks to my husband's flirtings and this candle-lit dinner!

Before we could speak anything else, Sid's phone started ringing and he excused himself to attend the call.

A couple of minutes later, he came back and said "Um..my parents are going to come home tomorrow and stay for a week...is it okay with you?" hesitantly.

"Of course, Sid. I love them, why wouldn't I be okay?" I asked him, surprised.

"Oh shit! We have to move all my stuff back to your room!!" I said, getting up.

"Yeah...so...um...shall we call it a night? I'm sorry for ending it so quickly" he said, a gloomy expression on his face.

"I enjoyed it a lot Sid. Thanks for the date. It was amazing. And we had dinner and everything, so what else was left out? I didn't think it ended abruptly!" I said, honestly. Sid looked away and I knew something was up!

"Wait..what else did you have in mind?" I asked him, looking straight into his eyes.

"Nothing...nothing...come we'll leave" Sid said and again, lifted me up bridal style and carried me back to the car. Once he placed me in the car, he went back to the cottage and I looked at my surroundings.

It was a beautiful, small cottage surrounded by trees and a nice garden at the front! It looked like a posh locality, but I didn't know where we were. As far as I knew, Sid didn't own any cottage!

A couple of minutes later, Sid came back and seated himself at the driver seat and brought the engine to life.

"Sid...whose cottage was it?" I asked him as we left the place.

"That is actually our cottage, ancestral property. We used to go there during my childhood, but I've not been there in a long time now! I knew that you didn't know about the place so I chose it for our date. I'm sorry I couldn't show you around this time, but next time I'll give you a tour of the place 'kay?" Sid said, and looked at me.

"Sure...I really enjoyed the date today. Thank you so much Sid" I said.

"It's always my pleasure to keep my wife happy" Sid said, his eyes on the road.

Silence prevailed in the car as Sid drove - a comfortable silence though! A couple of minutes later I found my eyes getting heavy, and in no time I was fast asleep.

I was floating in the sky, warm air fanning my face - am I dead?? Am I in heaven?? Suddenly, there was a loud thud and I opened my eyes.

I wasn't floating - Sid was carrying me out of the car. The thud was the sound of him kicking the car door shut. 

"I'm okay, put me down" I said, startling Sid.

"No I'll carry you" Sid said as he resumed walking, carrying me in his arms.

"No Sidharth put me down" I said sternly and he sighed before putting me down.

We walked to our home in silence and he opened the door of the house. I walked in behind him as he shut the door. I stood in front of my room and waited for Sid to come.

"What happened?" Sid asked as he made his way to me.

"Thank you. I had a really nice time. You made my day Sid" I said, looking into his eyes.

"Well, according to customs, a good date ends with a kiss" Sid said, a mischievous smile playing on his lips.

"Oh yeah I forgot" I said and he looked taken aback.

Sid closed his eyes as I leaned forward. Time for some mischief eh?

I held tightly onto his shirt while he snaked his arms to my waist - to their rightful place. I could feel Sid's heartbeat increasing and I blushed at the thought that it was all because of me.

I stood at the tip of my toes and nibbled his earlobe. I could feel his heart beating hard against his ribs and I continued leaving wet kisses from his earlobe to his neck, finally kissing at the crook of his neck and I could hear his breath becoming uneven. I moved up again, trailing kisses along his stubbly jawline and finally kissed his cheek. I whispered "Thank you" into his ear and backed off. He opened his eyes in surprise and I grinned, which faded as I saw the mischievous glint return to his eyes.

Now what??

"So that was a kiss huh?" Sid asked, moving forward. Instinctively, I moved backward an hit the all behind me. Damn!

Sid smirked and closed the distance between us, caging me between himself and the wall behind me, his arms snaking to my waist. I gulped and looked down. Oh boy!

"You do realize that we're far ahead of that stage" Sid whispered into my ear, his breath fanning my neck and sending shivers down my spine. I can feel my knees going week and held onto his shirt tightly.

Sid nibbled on my ear lobe and trailed wet kisses along my jawline. He was moving upwards, towards my lips. 

Just then his phone rang and he cursed under his breath, making me giggle. He answered the call and I took this opportunity to free myself from his grip and ran into my room, shutting the door behind me
