Chapter 25

Author's POV:

Colours drained from all of their faces as Neerav stood there with bloodshot eyes. Shrishti's heart is beating fast like its participating in some marathon. Aru tried to fake smile but she cant as her brother is tearing their soul.

             "Umm bhai... it's nothing Actually me and Shri are trying to make Arjun a fool." Aru said. Neerav looked at her with raising eyebrows but nodded his head as he got what she is saying. Without saying a word he left looking at Shrishti.

             "What the fuck was that Shri?" Asked Arjun looking at his sister. "Bhai I am apologising to her but she is not listening to me." said Shrishti. Arjun looked at Aru who is looking at him and his  sister with narrowed eyes. "Is that a way to apologise? What the hell happened to you Shri?" Asked Arjun in a harsh tone.

               "Sorry bhai. I know it's wrong but.." "No buts... apologises to her". Arjun rudely cut her off and ordered her to apologise to Aru. "I am sorry"  saying this Shri ran away from there not even glancing at both of them leaving the couple alone......

           " Look who is doing that. The person who is responsible for everything now is making his sister apologise to me. Is it true Sinha? That you changed or
..... is this any stupid game of yours? If it is then I am sorry I am tierd while playing these sick games of yours. So yeah dont you ever try to make me a fool again. I am not the naive girl anymore....." Aru said.
     
                    After saying the things she wanted to, she turned around to leave when he stopped her by holding her hand. He too turned. He pulled her towards himself and made her look into his eyes by lifting her chin up.

                   "Look into my eyes and tell me. Do you really hate me? Do you really hate me to that much that you will walk away from me?" He asked in soft voice he never used. "No. I dont hate you. Infact I love you so much." She said. He felt so happy that she still love him even after whatever he did to her. He want to hug her, kiss her and want to do things to her but her next reply came as a slap to him. "But now.... it's all gone. It's all gone into thin air. I hoped that you changed but when I came to know about your true intentions behind this marriage the love I have for you is reduced. Infact I started to loathe you now." Saying this she went away while he looked at her retreating figure.

             After the discussion about the marriage and everything they all had dinner in the Sinha house itself. After dinner they chatted for a while and decided to go to their home. When the Mehtas are leaving Arjun went with them upto the gates. While Aru is leaving he held her hand and said "the acting is not my choice. It's the my circumstances. The love for you is not the circumstances it's me. I dont care you believe me or not. Even if I want to hate you I cant. Dont ask me reason because I too dont know." Saying this he left her hand.

              After reaching home Aru went to her room. She is in her thoughts when her brother knocked her door. She asked him to come. He entered her room and went towards her. "Are you okay?" Her brother asked. "Yes bhai. I am fine. What made you think that I am not fine?" She asked him.

                "Common doll. I know you. You cant hide your feeling infront of me. Is he troubling you so much? If he is then call off the marriage." He said to her. "He is troubling me? Yes but calling off marriage is big no bhai. Because my heart is saying that we will be together. Leave about me. How is everything between you and Shri?" She asked. "Nothing much. Okay I am leaving." Saying this he left. She never understands her brother. She sighed thinking this.

               Few days passed and everything seems to be fine. Finally the day came where they have to leave for Aru's hometown for the upcoming  marriage and two days only left for that. They all reached the town and the Sinhas arranged a place where they will be staying for all the rituals.

              The Sinhas place is 2km away from the Mehtas. Aru is glad that they are not staying with them. All the required rituals started at both houses. Both couples friends too came and are having fun. But what about the people who are getting married? Are they really cool with this alliance? No one cared.

              With pain in hearts and smile on face they decided to fake their emotions and love towards their partners. Even if they want to express they cant because of their parents. The pain or the thoughts  aren't leaving their minds and hearts. But still they have to do that because of their loved ones. They cant help and they had no choice. They just hope that everything will be fine in their lifes. Little did they know that what kind of storm is waiting for them.....
