Hello lovelies, I'm so sorry for the late post. It's back to school so eyy, I've been so busy lately. I will be posting one chapter every month. Again I'm sorry.

Shennie POV

I was feeling restless, I don't know why I found it hard to believe Lenti's explanations but I trusted him so much. He can't do anything that could hurt my feelings right?

I was still standing with Lenti and Octavia just went to her puppet friends. I took Lenti to were I was sitting with my girls. They greeted each other and then we set down. I really loved this soul, I just said to myself. We spent about 30 minutes together, we were talking about random things and we were so happy.

"I'm going to use the bathroom babe, I'll be back soon, okay?", Lenti said getting up.

"OK, I'll be waiting for you", I said with a grin on my face.

"Sure", he said walking away.

I was now chatting with Mikayla and Britney while I was waiting for Lenti to come back. We waited and waited, there was no sign of any Lanton coming. I was getting worked out, was he with Octavia again? Could it be possible that he is....?? No Shennie!! Don't think like that, Lenti is not like that.

I was tired of waiting for him now. I've been sitting here for about 45 minutes now.

"I'm going!", I just said out of the blue, standing up from my seat.

"Hu-huh?", Micky asked blinking rapidly.

"I'm going to look for Lenti, I can't just sit here", I said taking one step forward.

"I'll go with you", Micky said as she held my arm.

"I'll just stay here, looking after the bags", Britney said as she took all our back-bags closer to her.

"OK, thank you girls", I said with a puffy face, Micky and I walked away.

Everyone was busy with something but my eyes were only hunting for Lenti. In our process of finding him, I met Lenti's Pri-School classmate called Gerald. He had grown up to be a handsome guy, I must say.

"The first lady herself", he said giving me a handshake. He always called me that even back then.

"You haven't changed I see", I said smiling and returning the greeting.

"Some things never change, even your beauty didn't change at all", he said giving me a smirk.

"Haha, so funny, this is my friend Micky oh Mikayla", I introduced the both of them to each other.

"Hmm, I see, you only rank among the beauties", he said hand shaking Micky, he was a sweet talker that one.

"By the way have you seen Lenti anywhwere?", I asked moving my head from left to right trying to search for him.

"That's the other issue I wanted to discuss with you, Mikayla can you excuss us for some minutes", he said so serious and his face had turned red already.

"It sound serious, talk to me", I said with a focused gaze.

"Hmmm, did you break up with Lenti?", he asked raising his eyebrow, wtf is he talking about?

"No, why would you think so?", I asked raising both my eyebrows.

"It's just Lenti has been talking about a girl who's not you nowadays", he said hesitantly, this couldn't be true, right?

"What, what girl are you talking about now? I'm the only girl in his life, don't joke around with serious things like this Gerald", I said turning my head to the left, trying so hard to not overthink.

"I'm not joking Shennie, I always supported you guys and I even envied to have the love you guys had, I just thought that I must tell you this sooner rather than later Shennie", he looked so sincere while he was telling me this.

"It must be a misunderstanding Gerald, Lenti could never do such a thing to me", I stattered, trying so hard to get a hold of myself.

"It can't be a misunderstanding cause he told all his friends that he has a new girlfriend", he said with so much convidence but I just couldn't believe him. I had to ask Lenti myself.

"Do you perhaps know the name of the girl?", I asked so anxiously.

"Hmmm, something like Oct-Oct something, I can't remember", he said trying to remember the name but as for me I already knew who it was. The she devil herself.

"Octavia!!?", I gushed out with so much anger that Gerald jumped a bit.

"Shennie! OMG take it easy, yes that's her name, Octavia", he said touching the base of his neck.

"Don't you think I know that? Let's go!?", I screamed at him and be just followed my lead.

I walked towards the girls toilet, I just wanted to go there and digest everything. I was still in denial of the fact that Lenti could do such a thing to me. As I was walking so fast, something caught my eye. It was Lenti and Octavia sitting with Octavia's friends at the netball court. I just looked at them with a dead stare but they were so far that Lenti didn't see that I saw them. I tried to ignore them and walk away but as I took a step forward, holy shit!!!! I just couldn't believe what was happening right before my damn eyes.

Octavia raised Lenti's chin and she kissed Lenti's damn lips. This was not happening to me, I felt so weak. I was trying so hard to fight the tears that wanted to come out. I felt a heavy chest and heart, my throat became dry instantly.

"See I told you Shennie", Gerald said as he pointed his damn finger at Lenti and Octavia.

"Ugh...hh", I was just stattering.

"Pull yourself together now Shennie, it happens in life", he said holding my shoulders and I just threw his damn hands away.

I went to the toilet holding back so many tears. I saw Britney in the toilet taking pictures with her phone, I just ran to her and I hugged her so tightly. She was totally confused.

"What-what's wrong Shennie?", she asked as she brushed my hair with her cute fingers.

"Le-le-le......", I couldn't say even one word, I was so devastated, that's when tears started flowing down my cheeks just like a river.

"Shennie you are scaring me now, tell me what's wrong?", she mumbled with a concerned look.

"He-he is ch-e-a-t-i-n-g on me......", I stattered in between tears of pain and heartbreak.

"What! Wait, wait, wait. You mean Lanton, is cheating on you?", she asked with a raised eyebrow and I just nodded my head.

"That son of a ....... , how dare he!!?", she yelled so angrily and the girls in the toilet were just looking at us as if they were seeing a drama movie, MXM.

"I don't know what to do now Britney, I'm out of words and action. I couldn't believe it at first but I saw it with my own eyes Britney, my eyes can't deceive me. He was with Octavia sitting there like the perfect couple, smiling amd laughing!!", I cried some more, I didn't care about the girls in the toilet.

"Hush...hush.. Munchie, I have something in mind let's go", she said dragging me out of the toilet.

"Britney! What are you doing?", I screamed as she kept dragging me.

"Where did you see them?", she asked with a straight gaze.

"At the netball court", I said softly, trying to read her mind.

Britney just kept on dragging me, I was telling her to stop but she just turned a deaf ear on me. We went to the netball court and Lenti was no longer there, there was only Octavia and her friends.

"Where is Lanton!?", Britney commanded for an answer and the coward girls were so scared.

"He went to the soccer side", this was Fiona saying as she shivered asf, Britney looked a little scary I don't blame them.

Britney didn't say anything, she just dragged me again to the soccer side.

"Shennie! Britney! Wait for me!!", this was Micky shouting at us as she ran towards us.

Britney kept walking, she didn't even wait for Micky. We saw Lenti standing with a guy from his class.

"Can we talk", Britney demanded with a focused gaze.

"Hmm, ", Lenti was just confused, his face was disgusting me.

"Now!!", Britney yelled at him, you could swear that she was the one who was cheated on.

"What the hack is wrong with you!!?", Britney shouted at Lenti.

"What-- what have I done?", he said softly, MXM as if he doesn't know what he has done.

"OK, ohk, Britney let me take over now", I said as I looked at Britney with a puffy face.

"Ugh, what's wrong with you guys, you couldn't even wait for me", Micky said as she breathed so fast.

"Excuss us for some minutes", I said as I grabbed Lenti's hand so roughly and I took him aside.

"What's wrong babe?", he asked with puppy eyes, MXM, how I hate the effect he had on me.

"Don't babe me Lanton Johnson!", I gushed out with visible veins on my forehead, when I called him by his full name, he just knew that he was in hot soup.

"What!", he grimaced.

"I saw Octavia kissing you at the netball court Lenti, you told me that you guys didn't share any sort of relationship. You lied to me, you cheated on me. You scumbag, I hate you Lenti, I hate you so much!!!!", I was screaming at him, just saying whatever that came straight from my heart.

"NayNay, chill chill, you didn't see properly", he said touching my cheeks and I looked away.

"OK, let's assume for a second that I didn't see properly what about what you told Gerald huh?", I asked pushing him backwards with all my strength.

"Ge-Gerald?", he acted so confused, what a drama king he was.

"Did you or did you not propose to Octavia? Yes or No", I yelled at him and I was stealing son people's attention but I didn't care less.

"No ofcause NayNay, I could never do that", he mumbled with shifty eyes, I just knew he was lying but my other part was still trusting him a bit.

"OK then, I'm going to ask Octavia myself", I said walking away, Britney and Micky came closer to us and the look on Micky's face was so not good. Britney must've told her what happened.

I was half way to the netball court, where Octavia was she I felt strong hands touching my arm.

"Don't do this please", Lenti begged with a runny face.

"You said that you were innocent right so there's nothing to fear right? Let me go and ask her. I just wanna tell you that if she say that you proposed to her then consider it to be our last day as a couple and I'll never look back at you ever again!!", I yelled with so much emotions, but I meant what I said.

I just went to Octavia, my worst enermy. I just couldn't stand her.

"Hy Octavia", I said rolling my eyes.

"Hy ", she replied with so much attitude, MXM.

"I just wanted to ask you something", I said disgusted with the thought of me asking her something.

"Ohk", she said as she typed on her phone.

"Hmm, did Lanton ever proposed to you?", I asked swallowing so hard.

"What's with you Shennie?", she yelled at me.

"Ai, take a chill pill, gosh! Did he or did he not?", I asked giving her a straight gaze.

"Yes he did so what!?", she said clicking her tongue. Her words just cut me deep down my heart. I couldn't understand why Lenti could do such a thing to me? What did I really lack?

"Ohh, cause he is my boyfriend", I said with a low key voice, I felt ashamed.

"You, Vinly hell no! You lying bitch!", she screamed at me.

"Don't ever call her that", Lenti said with so much anger at Octavia. Was this also part of his drama?

"I've seen and heard enough, Octavia you know what I don't blame you at all, I blame this jerk. You guys can do whatever you want, wish you the best!!", I walked away and Lenti just looked at me as I went away. He didn't expect me to do what I did, but I just felt like it was the right thing to do.

I left everyone's jaws dropped, everyone was just looking at me as I walked away. I wasn't raised as the violent type, so I just did things as Arti's daughter. I kept cool.

I felt so betrayed, I felt a sharp pain piercing down my soul. If agony was a person then I would've been that person. Feelings of dispair hit me so hard that I felt my world shutting down. I was too hurt that I didn't shed a tear. What a world we are living in? Full of dishonesty people and infedility.

I walked to the gate, I just wanted to get out the school. I wanted air at this point.

"Shennie!! Shennie!!", I heard Britney and Micky's voices behind me and I stopped. I really needed them that moment. They came running to me and they were carrying holding my school bag, Micky was holding the right arm of the bag and Britney the left arm. I don't know where I was going without my bag. Confusion!

"I think we should go to my place since it isn't that far away from school, is it okay with you?", Britney suggested and I just agreed. I had no option cause if I went home too early, it will be suspicious and mom would bombard me with so many questions, so it was the only option.

We went straight to Britney's house, we were silent all the way. I needed the silence after all. We arrived at Britney's house. I didn't have any energy to even check it out, I just wanted to take a quick rest. Britney opened their door and she took me to her room. They both removed my shoes and they tucked me in bed so nicely. Trust these two to over do everything, I was just heart broken not hands broken. Anyways I really appreciated their priceless efforts.

I zoned off for some minutes but in a few minutes I found my eyes wide open with a huge numb on my throat. I felt the urge of releasing all the hurt I was feeling. I'm someone who usually bottles up everything but this time I wanted to release the pain.

Britney and Mikayla came back to check on me and they found me wide awake.

"Are you OK?", she asked so worriedly, running to the bed.

"I can't.... believe.....", I statterd and that's when rivers of tears started flowing down my cheeks and my t-shirt was socked wet.

I've never cried the way I did that day, the pain was unbearable. Britney and Mikayla soothed me in every way they knew but I just couldn't stop crying. Luckily there was no one but maids at Britney's place, or else it could've been so embarrassing.

My sweet besties gave me a shoulder to cry on or should I say shoulders?😂 They tried to cheer me up in every way possible but they failed dismally. I smiled here and there but it wasn't genuine, I just didn't want to let them see that their efforts were going to waste.

"Do you want us to go back to school or you want to go home straight?", Micky asked as she was brushing my curley hair with her fingures.

"I don't know what to do?", I answered her looking down at the pink blanket. I was feeling extremely hurt that my mind was not functioning properly anymore.

"Ohk, we'll go back to school and we are gonna speak with that moron!!", Britney shouted as she did crazy gestures with her hands. You could swear that she knows kung-fu.

It was then decided that we will go back to school. We walked for less than 8 minutes and finally we were at school. Micky and I waited outside the school gate whilst Britney went inside, I don't know where the hack was Gabriella, maybe with her second boyfriend? Yea, that must be it. That's Shorty for you.

Micky was embrassing me all this while, we were waiting for Britney to come back. She was taking too long and Micky said that she was going to look for her too. She left me watching videos on youtube on my phone, just to keep me company.

The videos weren't helping at all, I don't know what came over me but I just told myself that I won't see that bastard's face today. I immediately took my bag and I plugged my purple ear phones in my ears, I was playing Adele's songs. I first played " When we were young" and then "Someone like you". I just kept playing Adeles playlists as I was walking down to the bus station.

I didn't realize it but I was crying all the way to the bus station. My tears were just rolling down like rain, I was a walking zombie. I felt my legs getting weaker and weaker. At this point I just wished I had a car to pick me up.

I got to the station I found a bus, I quickly got into it and I set at the edge of the seat where the breaze would touch my skin and cool me down a bit. The bus left and I paid my fare, I was sitting next to this blondy haired girl and she wanted to start a conversation with me but I just blocked her. I wasn't I'm the mood at all.

I just looked through the window giving her my back. I tried so hard to fight the tears that were on their way out of my eyes, but I couldn't fight them. The heart wanted to cry so I let it be. I cried in total silence cause I didn't want to get anyone's attention.

The bus finally stopped and we were finally there. I climbed off the bus and headed home fast. I finally got home and there was only my mom and the maids. Cherry went out with Paris and Vinneter at the mall.

I greeted my mom wearing a fake smile and I went to my room. I threw my bag on the floor and I just threw myself on my queen's bed. I cried myself to sleep.

"Shennie, ....... Shennie", someone whispered patting my shoulders.

"Ugh, mom I'm not going to school today", I said yawning opening my eyes slowly.

"It's Micky hey!", she half shouted at me, MXM what was she doing here so early in the morning? And why was it too light outside in the morning? I just couldn't understand.

"What are you doing here so early in the morning?", I gushed with my eyes wide open.

"You are going crazy now, it's still in the afternoon. You just left without any track so I just came here to see if you got home safely", she said as she set down on my bed.

"What!!! It felt like I slept for a whole night", I screamed shockingly.

"And what are you doing with school shoes in bed baby sis? Hai, you are not serious", she exclaimed removing my shoes and loosening my tie.

"Thank you", I mumbled as I looked down.

"Hey, hey munchie. Don't stress yourself with anything ohk. I'm here with you aren't I? And I'll always be there for you, don't worry yourself about things that you do not have control over. If it was meant to be it will be love", she really spoke like a grown up with senses. I had to take the advise with both my hands.

I took her advise and she spent about an hour at my place. My mom served us food
and we ate happily. I was not good but I was trying my best to be. Micky finally went home and I was left with my spinning head. I tired playing the piano but first time in history it didn't mend my broken heart.

Did Lenti mean all the things that he said? Should I stay of should I go? I wanted the truth. Was it gonna be me and him against all odds or was it broken for life? Did I have the strength to fight this battle, what if I was going to fight a losing battle? I don't know what tomorrow holds anymore, I used to think that he was my soulmate my only love but now I think I was living a dream.
