It starts pouring cats and dogs outside. Naaz remembers that she had kept her clothes to dry in balcony. She quickly runs and takes all clothes but before she enters inside, she slips and falls. Sid rushes for her help and picks her up in his strong arms and make her sit on the bed and keeps the clothes on the table.

Sid: Shehnaaz are you hurt?

Naaz: Nahi, shayad thoda sa chot laga pair me bas.

Sid: Mein dekh sakta hoon?

Naaz nods and he lifts salwar up a little and indeed she has got a cut. He asks for the first aid box and gets it. He cleans the wound with Dettol on which Naaz winces, he blows some air to reduce the burning sensation and then carefully puts a bandage on it. Naaz is lost looking at him all this time with adoration. By the time he is done, Naaz sneezes. That's when Sid notices that she is drenched in rain, and asks her to change. He gives support to her to pick the clothes from cupboard and drops her to the bathroom. Naaz is still sneezing. Once she comes out, Sid looks at her, her nose is fully red and eyes watering.

Sid: Tumhe toh sardi lag gayi.. chalo main coffee bana deta hoon..

Naaz: Arey, I am fine.. Aaachoo.. Main banaungi coffee.. Aaachooo..

Sid: Wow!! Dikh raha h that you are perfectly fine.. Aaachoo.. aachoo..(teasing her) Waise mujhe coffee banani nahi aati.. (He smiles) But you can instruct me how to prepare it..

Naaz: Ok..

She takes 2 steps limping when Sid signs her to wait and picks her up in his arm and walks to kitchen. Naaz is hesitant and blushing while holding him around his neck. Her hot breath is touching Sid's chest which he can feel even with his t-shirt on. Her hand around his neck and the breath is driving him mad (but our sakht launda is good at controlling😉)

He makes her sit on the kitchen platform and Naaz instructs him on how to prepare coffee. He drags a chair inside the kitchen and they both sip on coffee..

(Itna Hot Chef ke haat se khaana khane se pehle, chef ko hi khaa jaane ka mann karta h 😝)

Naaz: Waah!! Shukla ji, bahut badiyaa coffee banayi h aap ne..

Sid: Haina, Ms. Gill? This is the best coffee, I've ever had in my life.. (Smiling)

Naaz: Yeah, right! Mine as well!! Waise bahar baarish ho rahi h, agar aise mausam mein coffee ke saath kuch mirchi pakode bana dete toh maza aa jata, Shukla ji.. (teases him with her tongue out)

Sid: Zaroor!! Aur kuch Ms. Gill?

Naaz: Kwaishe toh bahut h, aapki capacity ka pata nahi, Shukla ji..

Sid: Meri capacity bahut h, but abhi tak kisine aazmaya nahi, Ms. Gill.

Naaz: Achcha ji?? Toh kabhi mauka mile toh zaroor dekhenge!!

Sid: Challenge kar rahi h?? Mujhe challenges jeetne mein bahut maza aata h.. Kabhi kyu? Abhi aazmalo!!

Naaz: Wow!! I like it!! (Bites her lower lip)

Sid notices her lips and can't hold the urge of kissing it. He leans on Naaz and kisses her lips. Naaz get shocked at his act, she takes sometime to register what's going on and then closes her eyes. (As shehnaaz says "Aakhein band karne se feel aati h"), she gets the feeling and she reciprocates the kiss. They share a passionate kiss just when her phone rings. They both leave each other's lips and look down. Sid passes her the mobile and picks up his coffee to finish it.

Naaz: Heee.. Hello Mumma..

NM: Hello Naazu, kaisi h beta?

Naaz: theek hoon mumma.. aap kaisi ho?

NM: Main theek hoon. Kya kar rahi thi betu?

Naaz: (remembers what she was doing, but woh thode hi bata sakti h😝) Haan Mumma, woh Coffee pee rahi thi..

Sid smiles from inside thinking about the encounter.. Waise "Coffee Peeni h" is not a bad code word for a kiss he thinks!!

Naaz: aap bolo mumma. Kyu phone kiya tha aapne?

NM: Arey haan beta, woh hum log parso shaam aa rahe h tere paas..

Naaz: Achcha? Ok Mumma.. See you!!

NM: Bye Naazu (disconnects)

Naaz sips on her coffee quitely, not knowing how to speak with Sid after what happened. Sid decides to break the silence.

Sid: Mom ka phone tha? Kya bol rahi thi?

Naaz: (still keeping her eyes glued to floor) Haan, unhone bola ki woh parso evening aa rahe h.

Sid: hmm.. wow!! That's great!! Aren't you excited?

Naaz: I am happy but I am just occupied with what will be their opinion on our marriage.

Sid: Even I am bit concerned about that.. (cups her face and looks into her eyes) but everything will be fine. They trust you and you trust them. They know better!

Naaz looks into his eyes and she hugs him tight and he hugs her back. They stay in each other's embrace for sometime assuring each other silently that they will be together forever. Sid eyes fall on cuppa noodles in the corner.

Sid: Bhook lagi h?

Naaz: (pouts and nods) haan

Sid: mujhe bhi!! Ek min, main kuch banata hoon.. usse pehle tumhe tumhare bed pe chodke aata hoon..

Naaz: Par aapko toh kuch banana nahi aata h na?

Sid: Just wait and watch baby!

He picks her up and drops her to her bedroom. He goes back to kitchen and heats some hot water, pours it in 2 cup noodles pack. And puts it on a try and brings it to her. She looks at it with smile but before they eat, the power goes off. Naaz holds Sid by his t-shirt and Sid asks her to relax. He turns on the flash light on his mobile and asks her for the candles.

He pulls out the candle from the side table and lights it. They have their first candle light dinner together silently while glancing each other in between.

Sid's POV:
Best evening! Kabhi socha nahi tha, power cut hone par bhi kabhi itni kushi milegi. Pehli baar electricity department walo pe pyaar aa raha h. Common si noodles se bhi itna swaad aa raha h. Shehnaaz, jald hi hum apna proper candle light dinner enjoy karenge. I want you in my life forever!! I never knew that after Aish, I can ever love someone but I've realised that only you have that aura to make me relive the moment of love!! Yes, I love her!! But kya usko bhi mujhse pyaar h? Shayad haan!! Puchunga par uske mummy papa ke approval ke baad.

I tuck her to her bed, throw those used noodles cup in the bin and kiss her on her forehead before leaving her house.
