Sasuke frowned as the time ticked by. His focus was on the door to Hinatas room.

They were just a tad bit late and unlike anyone else, he might sort of have a time management issue.

He just liked to arrive on time... most of the time. He wasn't to fond of tardiness.

"Don't get your panties in a twist nii-san!" Hanabi giggled.

She was wearing a formal pink dress that went down a little down her knees. Sasuke rolled his eyes at his sister in laws form of talk.

Unlike her sister who was more careful with her wording, Hanabi could care less on what came out of her mouth.... sometimes.

Unladylike or ladylike Hanabi always said what's on her mind regardless of who was around.

Sasuke was about to ruffle her hair just to make her mad but she quickly dodged it, seeing his hand coming from her peripheral vision.

"Nii-san don't you dare! I was tortured enough with my hair today and don't plan on doing it again!" Hanabi frowned playfully.

Sasuke shook his head trying to contain a smile. They had gotten close for the past months Hinata now at a stable 8 months pregnant was having emotional roller coasters.

Sasuke frowned at what happened just last night.

Hinata had been looking at old academy photos, thanks to Kakashi Sensei providing them for her, and cried her eyes out when there had been one of Sasuke sitting under a tree with a blue lunch box beside him, from what he could tell.

How Kakashi had managed to take that photo without Sasuke remembering was beside him.

Hinata was inconsolable but when Kakashi had escaped stealthy to avoid his wrath or for making her cry/avoid trying to console the crazy crying pregnant lady, either way Sasuke had been mad to find her in such state when he had found her crying that evening.

Flashback———————

Sasuke walked out of his study to stretch his legs as he was finishing up his report on his mission.

He had just arrived that morning and collapsed as soon as he had arrived back home, Not bothering to shower or change.

After he woke up that night he had taken a shower and Hinata was still up finishing up the party favors for the early baby shower that was tomorrow.

They- and Sasuke means Ino and Hanabi had wanted to know the gender of the baby and Hinata wanted it to be a surprise.

So after weeks of pestering her, they finally convinced Hinata to have a reveal party for the baby.

For one month they had been planning like crazy, unlike Hinata who was trying to calm the girls down from spending to much on the party, Sasuke had told them to go all out.

When he had said that- he wouldn't go broke for one big party and it was fine with what ever they got,

just to escape from so many questions on the planning of the party! He could care less how the tables would be arranged or for how the napkins should be folded,

it was like he had just dropped a chest full of gold infront of Hanabi and Ino.

So afterward they had both left to tell everyone, so everyone knew the gender except the parents so they could all get gifts and all of that.

As he walked down the hall he heard crying, he froze and instantly speed walk towards the living room where the crying was coming from.

Hinata sat on the couch clutching a photo to her chest and crying.

He instantly walked to her and knelt down looking at her in almost panic.

"Hinata what's the matter." He asked bewilder at her crying face.

He had seen her cry many times recently and he hated each time she did. But it wasn't as severe as this.

Hinata looked into his eyes and her face contorted in a hurt face and her eyes instantly swelled with tears again and fell.

"S-Sas-Sasuke!" Hinata wailed and hugged Sasuke.

"Hinata are you hurt? Is something hurting."

Hinata shook her head in a no matter but continued to cry.

He looked around trying to find any clue as to why she was in this state. His eyes landed on a photo album beside her. He flipped it open with his hand and he raised an eyebrow it had all of the teams in here from the academy.

Team 7-8-9 where the main ones he saw. He finally got to the last page and he saw pictures of just his team mates mostly of himself and Naruto arguments or mad faces at each other.

He smirked it felt like when ever they were together that's all they did. Just fight it out, and talk at the end of each fight.

He sighed and waited until Hinata finally ended her crying. She snuggled and moved back away from Sasuke, she took deep breathes and wiped her face with a tissue.

Sasuke raised one eyebrow as she glanced at him tiredly from all the crying she had just done.

"You ready to tell me what's wrong."

Hinata nodded biting her lip. She flipped the photo over for his view she was previously holding onto for life on her chest.

Sasuke looked at the photo and his eyebrows furrowed, not understanding what exactly that meant.

"It's a picture... of me-."

Sasukes eyes widened as Hinatas eyes filled with tears again. She sobbed and clutched the photo and looked at it.

"B-But you were s-so alone. If I-I had not b-been so s-shy and scared I-I would have sat beside y-you that day I-I gave you m-my lunch and r-ran like a c-coward!"

Hinata cried silently and dropped her head no longer being able to stare at him.

Sasuke started to recall back to his academy days and after thinking he finally remembered that day.

He didn't pay attention but as everyone else ate he had sat under a tree. He didn't have a lunch he hadn't ate a lunch for 3 weeks then. He remembered the shy Hyuga walking up to him and handing him a packed lunch and running away once she had placed it beside him with a squeak.

He had remembered her looking like a mouse running from her pray. Sasuke had tried not to eat it but he had been curious about it and since he hadn't spotted her again, after a few minutes of glancing at the lunch he had finally opened it and ate silently.

He never bothered to look at her again and now that he remembered he hadn't even remembered to return her lunch box.

It had been a light blue box. He stood and sat beside her and leaned back  against the sofa staring at her.

"You really are something Hinata."

"B-But I s-should have do-."

"Hinata look at me."

Hinata took deep breaths and looked up at him. He leaned forward and took her chin in his hand softly.

"It doesn't matter."

"B-."

"No it doesn't matter even if you had tried I would have pushed you away. I would have been an asshole just so you could leave me alone. That's all I wanted was to be alone. You did the right thing back then. Besides don't you go thinking that it would have made a difference, I was to set on revenge."

Hinata sniffled and I smiled as her eyes closed tiredly.

"Come it's time for bed."

Hinata had only nodded and had stood along with Sasuke before he had tucked her in, he had placed a chaste kiss on her lips which had surprised her and that blush on her cheeks was the final thing he saw as he walked away.

They had made it to a progress to kiss once a while, sometimes a kiss on the cheek when he left. This was the first time he had made the first move and he had decided it wouldn't be the last.

Hinata stayed up in a trance remembering the feeling the second kiss had left on her lips and mostly oh her. But after a while she finally dozed of.

End of flashback——————

Sasuke looked up as he heard soft footsteps and his eyes widened at Hinata.

She was wearing a blue dress that fell all the way to the ground. Her big belly was suppose to be the main focus but she was so beautiful all Sasuke could do was focus on her.

Her face ya skittle to no makeup and her hair was all piled at the top of her head showcasing her slender neck, collarbone, and shoulders.

A beautiful diamond necklace and earrings adorning her. Sasuke thought about how she should be showing of the jewelry instead it felt like the jewelry were showing her of. Sasuke finally gave up trying to describe how Beautiful she looked, he just could find one word to describe her.

"Do I look ok? Not to big I hope.."

Sasuke and Hanabi turned to each other in a are you serious look.

"Nee-Chan you can't be serious!! You look beyond gorgeous I mean come one look at those jugs!!"

Hinata shrikes and covered her chest,

"You know what I'm n-not going."

Sasuke squinted his eyes at his sister in law who just shrugged and giggled.

"I'm not lying nii-san!"

Sasuke quickly caught Hinata by the wrist and swiftly turned her around.

He stared at her and she stared back but after a few second she began to blush and he finally let go.

"You look beautiful."

Hinatas face went up in flames at his whisper.

"Really."

Sasuke opened his mouth to put her at ease by assuring her again but Hanabi interrupted them.

"Nee-chan nii-san as much as I love to see you love doves live on each other we are suuuper late!!"

Sasuke didn't look away and stared at Hinata as she calmed her red face down.

"Hn let's go." Sasuke asked Hinata and she could only smile at him.

She knew he had a time management issue he was trying to make sure she was alright even if it meant them arriving late.

She nodded with a gentle smile.

"I'll just grab a shawl and we can go!"

As Hinata walked away, with a groaning Hanabi behind her saying how she's coming with her or else she'll take forever again, Sasuke smiled at their retreating form.

He sighed stuffing his hand in his pocket and leaning on the wall.

They were going to be late and he decided he didn't mind at all this time.
