15- "Back in Australia."

This will be a long chapter so please bear with it.

                                                              JAMIE

"Big brother." Andrew cried out and hugged me tight. "I missed you so much." He wailed.

"Shh! Andrew...You're a big boy now. Stop being so dramatic." I comforted him. "I missed you too." I said and kissed him on his forehead.

Andrew helped me in carrying my luggage and loaded it on the back of the car as we stepped outside the international airport. It was already night time here. I took a look at the various tall blonde men and women around mostly wearing shorts or skirts and loose tank tops, speaking fluent English  while only a few Indians could be seen including us. I squinted my eyes away from the bright street lights that surrounded the city before me.

"Yeah this is it. I'm finally here at last." I smiled with satisfaction.

Andrew fetched us a taxi and thus we got inside. Andrew is five years younger than me. Even though he might look like a wimpy kid, he is quite talented especially in sports. I looked at the similar streets and shops outside the car window. Nothing has changed since last year. Glad to see that.

"Is anyone else home?" I asked Andrew, casually.

"Nah, It's just me." He chuckled.

I let out a small breath. Well I did informed my parents about my arrival earlier.

Our house is situated in a small district near Brisbane. It's a two storey house with four rooms, two rooms on the ground floor along with a living room and the other two rooms on the first floor, a kitchen, two common bathroom- toilets and a small garden outside the house.

As expected there was no one home. It wouldn't hurt to show a little gratitude, right? After all it's been a whole year since they've seen me.

Afterwards, I and Andrew had our dinner silently. I want to spend my time with him, but I was dead tired after a long twenty hour journey so I excused myself and went to sleep quickly. I woke up  in the afternoon, the next day. Too lazy to do anything, I lied down in my bedroom the whole time and waited for Andrew. Instead, I was surprised by the sudden visit of my Mom in the evening followed by my Dad.

"Oh Jamie, my baby. It's so nice to see you." My eccentric mother pulled me to a close hug.

"Yeah Mom, it's nice to see you. Now get off, you're suffocating me." I said, trying to push away.

"Good evening son. It's been a while. I hope you're doing well." My Dad addressed me with his deep voice.

"Yes, I'm doing well Dad." I gave a quick reply. My father always addresses me like this whenever we meet. He hasn't changed a bit.

Just then Andrew arrived along with... Oh my God! With an extremely cute brunette in a not- so-cool situation.

"Da-Dad and Mom too... Just when did you...?" He panicked unable to even finish the sentence. I  suppressed my laugh.

"Andrew, don't you think it's too early to bring a girl home?" My father scolded him.

"You're already at that age huh?!" My mother chimed while checking out the girl. "What's your good name dear?" She asked her.

"Um! You've misunderstood the situation. She's just my classmate." He said in a frustrating voice but the girl started talking to our mother making Andrew uncomfortable. My father was nowhere to be seen.

Ah! He is my brother after all.

I and Andrew prepared dinner together. We also ordered some roasted chicken from the nearby store for the occasion. Although my whole family was having dinner together after a long time, there was this awkward silence, like we were totally strangers. I and Andrew tried having a conversation but no avail.

"So you finally decide to join me son? You took the right decision." My father finally spoke of what seemed like hours of dreadful silence. My father just HAD to bring that up, didn't he?

"In your dreams Dad. I only came to pay a visit to my hometown. I will assist you if I can. Hope you don't mind my intrusion." I said, trying my best to be polite.

"I don't need an assistant Jamie. I want you inherit my business. I think I already made that clear to you."

"And leave my college? No way in hell." I said grumpily and grabbed another bite of meat. He definitely did made it very clear to me, by nagging me constantly on my phone and by sending me dozens of e-mails. And no, he didn't just stop there. He was almost close to expelling me from my own damn college. Man, I really don't want to waste my precious food on this argument.

"You're right dear. You don't need to listen to this man who only thinks about himself and his stupid business." My mom interrupted.

"Mom!" Andrew shrieked. Oh no, not right now please, I beg you. I mentally prayed but it was too late.

"Oh, you think I'm controlling him? I'm just setting a secure future for him, something a responsible father would do. Unlike a certain someone who just wanders into the streets as a profession." My father said raising his voice.

"Says the one whose small little empire is about to close down. Look at yourself first before commenting on me, you snoring old man." Mom exploded. 'Snoring old man.' I covered my mouth with my hand suppressing my laugh. They sure can be funny sometimes.

They continued their argument, talking about something like being irresponsible to us, and shit about their profession leading them to the reason why they even married in the first place? I don't know the exact details but their marriage was arranged in a hurry by their parents. My grandparents from my father's side died early while I barely know about the grandparents from my mother's side. It's a situation like this that make me think I should avoid arrange marriages at all costs. In the end, we just took the food with us and went to Andrew's room leaving them on their own.

"I'm sorry Jamie." Andrew apologized feeling down.

"Alright, now why are you apologizing?" I raised my brow and looked at him with concern. "It doesn't matter does it? I'm just glad to see that you're doing okay. Look you even bought a girl home today." I joked.

"Come on. She's just a friend. But... you could say that I have a crush on her." He said getting embarrassed all of a sudden.

"Who would not with such a cute girl like her?" I poked him on his cheek.

I was skeptical about going to India last year due to Andrew but it was he who persuaded me to go even though he would be left alone here. While I was away, I would contact him from time to time to make sure he was alright. I even asked Mrs Fynn who lives on the same street to look out for him. Mrs Fynn is a nice lady who knew us well so there was no problem. In the past when we would get bored from staying our house, she would let us stay in her house and play with her little kid sometimes.

I stayed in Andrew's room and we talked for a long time making up for the time we lost.

"Wake up son." My father patted me on my back hoping I would get up. After what looked like the twentieth time I let out a loud groan and stood up.

My father told me to get ready to accompany him on his work. If I refuse him he would have stayed in the room all day trying to persuade me; never letting me take a step outside my room or even locking me up. How do I know this? Because this has already happened before. Why did I stay in my house on purpose? Because if I happened to stay at my friend's house he would find me anyway and would cause trouble for them as well. My mother was right: he always gets what he wants in his own selfish ways.

I got ready and was surprised to see my mother still in our house making something for herself in the kitchen. Normally she would be out of the house the next day either for work or mostly to spend time with her so called friends.

"Andrew do you want to eat omelette ? I'm making them right now." My mother shouted over the noise of the omelette baking on the pan.

"Yes Mom. Thank you." Andrew said getting surprised that mom asked him in the first place.

My father went to her and whispered something in her ear and she nodded. So they made up last night. A typical family scene.

"What are you smiling at?" My father frowned at me.

"N-nothing Dad." I said and turned around. Come on Jamie you don't need to fret over little things like this. I reminded myself.

We went to Dad's office. I was greeted by some of his employees. I used to come here before to help Dad so they knew me well. Inside his cabin Dad showed me the results and graphs of how much profit his IT company has obtained. I kind of understood why he was being so desperate in wanting me to work with him. The results were devastating. If this keeps on going, his little business will shut down over the next two years. I watched him closely and saw slight wrinkles near his eyes. This sure has taken a toll on him.

"Have you ever planned out a backup job or something?" I asked feeling sorry for him.

"No." he said in a low voice.

"Thought so." I sighed.

"Jamie, I know you don't like this but please." he pleaded.

"But Dad, I know so little about your work. What about that friend of yours Mr Dixit? You used to-"

"He betrayed me. I made a big mistake in making him charge of it. I don't want to risk it again. That is why I'm asking you son. You saw it yourself didn't you? Our production rate has been really low this year. Please do this for me. Just for one and a half year until it becomes stable again." he begged.

One and a half year, are you kidding me?

"Okay, I'm willing to help you as much as I can, but only until I'm here. No Dad don't speak another word. I don't want to argue all over again. Either accept as it is or else I'm going." I said it bluntly.

Dad let out a huge frustrating sigh and agreed in the end. For the next few days, I dedicated my time working in his office often coming home late. There were quite a few employees than before so the work was overloaded. I had to odd computer jobs related to software. I had little knowledge about his work but my father took the time to explain me things I didn't understand. Afterwards he went out of town for a few days while I took charge of his office.

                                           ...............................................................

"Ah! My shoulders are stiff from all this work." I said while patting my shoulders with my fists. It's only been ten days but it felt like a month to me. Dad arrived today and was so impressed by my management skills that he gave me the weekend off. "Finally I can have a decent break." I yawned. As I entered my house I heard some noises inside. And before I even knocked the doorbell, they came.

"Neal and Akira! But how did you..?" I gasped and smiled at the same time.

"We have our own ways to know. You should be glad that we're visiting you despite the fact that you've been ignoring us the whole fucking time." Neal complained.

"Yo hotshot, you think you can forget about us while coming here? We won't let you." Akira said in his usual English- Australian accent.

"I didn't forget about you two one bit." I said and gave a bro-hug to both of them. "I wanted to meet you two so bad but I was so busy with Dad's work, sorry." I explained to them.

"Again with that huh?!" Neal sighed.

"Okay suckers, stop whining and start walking. We are gonna have a blast tonight." Akira said already stepping outside.

"Impatient as ever." I chuckled.

"That's our Akira for you." Neal said after me and we laughed.

We went to Akira's mansion first. Yes it's a mansion. Akira father owns a chain of restaurants called 'Shangri-la' which is one of the best in the city and has 12 branches around the country. So yeah he's fucking rich. Akira had already arranged a exiquite party before coming here. Many of my school friends were gathered. It was really nice catching up with them. We all had a huge feast sitting in grand twenty-five seater dining table and had mocktails after.

"So how's my cousin doing?" Neal asked me when it was just the three of us sitting in the wide balcony.

"Zen is doing just fine. He told me to say Hi to you." I gave him the message.

"Tell him to do that in person." Neal said while swaying his hands at me. I nodded and turned to Akira who was busy talking to someone on the phone.

"Hey Akira, this is no time to be flirting with your girls." I rolled my eyes and encouraged him to come.

"Ah! yes... okay." he said on the phone before ending the call and tugged it inside his jeans pocket.

"Guys come with me downstairs. I wanna show you something." He said with a wide grin plastered on his face.

"Oh! It must be that." Neal said making a 'duh' face.

"What?" I asked curious but no one answered me.

"Holy cow!" I exclaimed at the marvelous thing that stood in front of me.

"Meet my baby." Akira said proudly patting the red car.

"That's a BMW series 6. When did you buy it?" I said unable to hide the excitement in my voice.

"Last month. My father bought it for me. Come on let's drive." He motioned us to sit inside.

We were travelling on the outskirts of the city, reaching the hilly area. It was midnight and the cool breeze was gushing through us as the car had no rooftop. I couldn't help but stare at the lavish car. It was so spacious and comfortable inside, I could drive in this all day. Each of us started talking about our college days. Although Neal and Akira live in the same city, they study in a different college. I mentioned about how Zen resembled Neal in many ways : Simple, reserved, boring but a caring person.

"Forget about Zen, tell me how girls are like in India?" Akira asked with a playful smile in his face.

"Hmm... Not as sexy as the girls here but some of them are really beautiful and cute. How do I put it? Indian girls have their own charm. And also..." I said coming closer to his ear so that Neal won't hear us.

"They have this huge busts. I mean you can really see them." I grinned making an evil face

"Heh, really? You're lucky dude. I'll make sure to visit India someday." Akira smirked.

"I can hear you jerks." Neal rolled his eyes at us.

"Oh sorry saint Neal for hearing our vulgar remarks." I pretend to apologize and Akira laughed. Neal gave a smack at both of our heads. He did that whenever we made a funny remark on him.

"By the way I saw your girlfriend's photo. She's cute. Are you still dating her?" Akira asked.

"No, we broke up." I said feeling like deja-vu all over again.

"Seriously you two, don't you get tired of this shit?" Neal remarked. Akira and I sighed at the same time.

"Don't blame me. Atleast I'm a gentleman unlike this guy who has no track of his girls that come and go in his life." I said to Neal pointing towards Akira.

"I have variety in my life unlike you suckers." Akira stated proudly. Suddenly he started to hum a tune while tapping his right hand fingers along the steering wheel. Strange! He's been doing that for a while now which is weird since he rarely does that.

"What's up with him?" I whispered to Neal.

"Don't you get it Jamie? He's happy that you're here. Do you realize how long it has been since we have hanged out like this together?" He cursed me.

"Oh you two are gonna make me cry." I said starting to get tear-jerked and hugged Akira from behind.

"Get off, you asshole. You're gonna crash my baby." He said trying to keep his car in the right track.

Man, I love them. So glad to know that they treat me the same way as back then and nothing has changed between the three of us. We all met each other in seventh grade and have been friends since then. They have been with me through thick and thin. I realized that even if I meet more people, make more friends, no one will replace these two. Being with them makes me realize the reason we are best friends.

"You know I was about to consider coming here, due to my Dad issues but a certain someone helped me change my mind." I said nostalgically.

"Then thank that certain someone for me." Neal smiled.

"It's good that you came because I was planning to send some of my personal guards over there to kidnap you." Akira said calmly. That thought itself is creepy and knowing Akira, he might have done it. I make a mental note to thank Ayu for this.

We talked some more about life, our past days, friends and girls.

"Oh I forgot to remind you bro, Laura was asking for you." Neal informed.

"Hmm... Okay." I mumbled softly. I don't get how all these people knew I was here. I don't even remember telling anyone. My eyes were starting to get heavy and it was hard to keep them open anymore.

"Hey how about stopping by somewhere? I'm hungry." Akira asked both of us but I didn't answered.

Akira asked me again but then Neal told him that I was lying on the backseat, fast asleep. Although I wasn't entirely.

"He must be tired from working non-stop." said Neal

"Working hard for his old man.... that's rare." Akira remarked. I wonder why myself?

Akira pressed a button and the rooftop of the car was closed making me feel more comfortable. Neal and Akira were talking about something I couldn't hear. I planned on being awake all night but my body just gave up and I fell asleep.

I stayed with them till late afternoon the next day and then returned home. It was only Andrew and no one else. I sighed.

"Thank you little bro. You told them about me didn't you?" I asked him.

"Yeah and I also requested Dad to give you one day off, but now you have three more days left." Andrew grinned.

"That's really considerate of you." I beamed at him and then cleared my throat. "So Andrew, um! What are your plans for today?"

"Don't worry about me bro, I'm going to a friend's birthday party so I'll be fine. You go ahead." He said understanding my intentions.

"You are such a kind person. I promise I'll make it up to you. How about tomorrow? We'll go anywhere you want to go okay?" I said while patting his shoulders.

"Sure. But the money will be on your side." he winked.

                                         ..................................................

I followed the directions written on the scrap of paper given to me by Akira.

"I hope this is the right address." I said to myself and motioned the taxi driver to stop. I went inside a small bar at the end of the street. It was dark in there. There were mostly middle age men drinking and some teenagers in groups. I was having a hard time searching for that person. Finally I settled down on the front desk and waited while playing temple run on my phone.

I saw a blonde bartender passing by and ordered her a drink.

"Which one would you like sir?" She frowned. She seemed to be in a bad mood.

"Any special drink around here?" I said being as polite as possible.

"Ah! That would be Classic XYZ drink."

"Okay give me the one you mentioned." I said passing a smile at her which made her frown even more. Oh no!

The girl poured the drink into the long slender glass while I studied her posture closely. She was wearing a light green lacy top and blue shorts. She looked sexy as hell.

"May I ask why you seem to be in such a bad mood?"

"I'm not so obliged to share my problems with strangers." she glared at me.

So I'm outcasted as a stranger now.

I took a deep sip of the drink and asked her in a business like way. "Do you happen to know a woman name Laura? I heard that she works around here."

The woman flinched at the mere mention of Laura's name. She rested her hands on the slab and leaned her body to face me closer. I could smell her floral like scent and caught a glimpse of her slightly exposed chest. I gulped trying to maintain a straight face.

"Sir, There are many Laura around here. It's a common name so I'm unable to help you unless you specify her last name." she said in an intrigued voice.

A playful smile spread across my face. "Well I'm sorry but I won't tell you her last name." She told me she hated it.

I came a little closer to her and placed my hand across her cheek. "There's only one Laura I know, the one with a dark blonde hair, blue shimmering eyes, small nose, beautifully tanned skin and those wet red lips." I said tracing her features with my hand as I described her. I pressed her lips with my fingers and she kissed it softly. "And there's a mole right around here."  I said sliding my hand down at the side of  her neck and stopped right where the mole was. Her breath hitched a bit and her cold expression softened. Ah! Finally.

"You're late you know." She pouted and walked over to hug me. "But atleast you came." she added.

"I'm sorry. I had a reason." I said while embracing her and told her about me working for my Dad. We walked outside after she requested the owner of the bar to give her the day off. We walked down the footpath, where old buildings stood, facing the crowded roads on either side of us.

"So that's your new job now?" I asked.

"Only for a while though. Until I find a stable one." She said as a matter of fact.

"Okay, will you forgive me now?"

"Yeah, since you were busy and the fact that you remember me so well." she winked. "But seriously your father is ruining your precious summer vacation. You don't need to do this, honey." She said in a babyish voice and clutched to my arm.

"Yeah I know but this time it's different." I said and placed my hand around her waist making her tickle a bit. She placed her free hand in mine and jerked it off.

"Please refrain from whatever you're trying to do." she said giving a death glare.

"You don't scare me Laura." I chuckled and pulled her closer. She moved her head from one side to another scanning the place.

"Mind telling where we are going?" she asked getting curious. I gave a sarcastic laugh.

"Is there even a need to ask?" I smiled and she opened her mouth wide.

"You cocky son of a bitch." she cursed under her breath and I grinned.

We walked some more until I stopped in front of a fine looking hotel and booked us a room. We walked upstairs together without saying a word. We finally reached the room and walked inside. I closed the door gently behind her and locked it. We made a short naughty stare before grabbing her and kissed her lower lip savouring it slowly.

Everything else followed in a swift motion. We were kissing each other vigorously against the wall. My hands explored all over her body, removing her clothes one by one while she did the same to me, kissing my lips in between. We laid down on the bed with me on top of her. I kissed and licked her neck first and further, savouring her body, while she touched me where I wanted her to. She let out a moan, unable to sustain her breath. Damn! Even her sexy moan turns me on.

After some time we were both lying naked on the bed next to each other.

"Are you asleep?" She whispered.

"No... I'm catching my breath." I said panting.

"Hmm-" she kissed my bare chest and lied herself on top of it her hot breath fanning against my neck. "You manage to make me feel so good, I almost forgot about it." she breathed.

"Is that so?" I questioned looking her in the eye. "Then I'll make you remember... every bit of it." I said my voice husky. She got up slightly now her being on top of me and then her eyes grew wide with realization. "Huh?! Another round already?"

"Ready for you anytime." I brought her face closer and ruffled her hair. "I missed you, my dear kitty." I whispered.

"Ah! That name... but I certainly missed you more." she said with eyes half open.

We were in the middle of our making love session when my phone beeped loudly interrupting us. I stretched my hand to reach the bedside table where my phone was kept.

What a terrible timing she has. I shouted mentally when I saw two messages from Ayu through Whatsapp. It said how I was doing and other normal stuff. Truth is, I didn't reply to anyone of them ever since I came here. I clicked on reply and stared at the blank screen. I don't know why but I just can't seem to decide on what to say to her. What am I confused about anyway? Just reply to her casually. I was spaced up on my own when I saw Laura sitting up and picking her clothes.

"Where are you going?" I asked bewildered.

"Don't worry honey, I ain't going anywhere. I'm just calling off some appointments I made for tonight. You can reply to that message for the time being." she winked.

"No I don't need to. It wasn't anything important." I said clicking the home screen button and tossed my phone aside.

I met Laura when I was in the tenth grade in a restaurant where she was working as a waitress while attending school at the same time. She is one year older than me though. She is half American, half Asian. It was lust at first sight for me. I used to come there almost every day in hopes of befriending her. Few months after we agreed on becoming sex friends. We didn't care if we were dating someone else I just avoided sleeping with her at that time, although I did ended up cheating on my girlfriend once. Yeah! She is that tempting to me. She had a tough life though. She lost her parents in an accident when she was young. One of her uncles took her as a guardian but made her work like a bitch. Her uncle's family was poor which is why they made her work part-time. But instead of wallowing on her sorrows she made a resolve that one day she will stand by herself by finding a perfect job and leave her family to live on her own.

"You know, I'm living on my own now." She said joyfully. We were seated on the dining hall of the hotel we were staying at, having our dinner.

"Seriously? Does that mean you left that freaky guardian?"

"Not completely. You see my college is far away from my house so I convinced him to let me stay at the hostel instead."

"That's great. Atleast you are away from them for now. Cheers!" I said and we clinked our glasses together.

"So tell me something about India? Um! What happened? You've been glaring over there for a while now." she said turning her head to where I was looking at.

"Ah! None of your concern. I don't think he will look at you now." I said turning away from the guy who was seated across, facing opposite to us. He has been gawking on Laura for a while now and I didn't like that.

"I love it when you feel jealous for me but he was just looking at me." She said feeling sorry for the guy.

"I told you Laura, I don't care whom you're dating or flirting with. It's not my concern, however when you're with me, I will not tolerate any guy staring at you, forget touching you." I said with a serious face while she shook her head slightly smiling.

"Fine I get it. Now let's finish our food, shall we?" She sighed.

                                     .................................................

With a blink of an eye two months passed just like that. I had to divide my time between work and other things that included Andrew, hanging out with my friends mostly Neal and Akira and having my private time with Laura. As much as I hated doing my Dad's job I loved spending my time with others. Somehow I got more attached to people I knew here since I didn't have to see them for a long time including my parents. I even found my Mom less irritating than before.

I lied to my Dad about my departure date to India with a slightest possibility that he'd stop me. It was hard convincing him but at least he let me off the hook for now. I was standing in front of the airport alongwith my bags. Akira, Neal and surprisingly even Laura were there to see me off.

"Take care bro." Akira and Neal said and we punched our fists together as a sign of our friendship.

"You too and take care of my brother for me." I said making a sad smile.

"We will. Too bad your brother couldn't make it. He  should have skipped school it's only the second day of his new class." said Neal.

"No it's better this way. Him being here would only make things more difficult for me." I said. Besides I talked to him on the phone just now. I just hope he's not crying.

"Hey! Come here for a second." Laura hissed while grabbing my hand and took me to a corner where both of them were out of sight.

"What is it? I don't have much time." I complained.

"Kiss me." She said while closing her eyes.

"But... there are people around." I said getting embarrassed.

"It's just a damn kiss. Get over it already." She said getting impatient. She sure is bold.

"Okay." I gulped. I just hope those two aren't watching me right now. I tilted my head to hers and sucked her lips in one go. But instead of letting it go, she held me placing her hand at the back of my head and we kissed for atleast a minute or so, leaving me breathless.

"Howzaat?" She flushed and let out her tongue playfully. But then she watched the look on my face and started laughing. "Gosh! Are you that embarrassed? Your face is so red right now."

"I can't help it. I usually don't kiss like this in the open. Not my style." I said in a low voice and put my hand in front covering the lower part of my face.

"Then I'm glad you did it with me... Bye Jamie." she said giving away a sad smile and held my palm. Somehow I felt bad for her.

"Don't make that face little kitty.  I... I'll come back soon." I blurted it out of nowhere.

"Really, when?" Her face brightened up.

"Dad told me that he will be needing me to look after his office for some time so.... I might come in two months' time." I said in a calculating way.

"Your Dad is so considerate of you. I bet he misses you more." she said sarcastically.

"Yeah, funny thing is he only misses me when he is running out of business." I joked. We bid our goodbyes and I rushed back to them.

"Took you long enough, don't tell me you two... I could have provided a room you know." Akira remarked smiling playfully.

"Fuck off will ya." I rolled my eyes. Thank God they didn't see me. I took the two bags with me and stood in line with the other passengers. The two of them waited alongside me. I told them to go but they didn't listen.

"I know I'm asking a lot to both of you but um... Will you look out for Laura as well?" I asked hesitantly. They are sort of friends with Laura so it's no problem.

"You worry a lot about others Jamie. She can take care of herself." Neal poked on my head.

"I know that but I think she'll get lonely....please." I pleaded.

"Sometimes you just.....ah! Leave it." Akira said leaving me curious. My turned arrived as I showed the guard the necessary details (ticket and ID card) and went inside the airport.

"Hey Akira what you were telling me just now?" I shouted through the glass, loud enough for him to hear.

"Nothing. I was just ranting as always. I'll look out for her. Have a safe journey." He smiled and I thanked him.

"And those sweets were tasty. Make sure you bring them again next time." Neal grinned.

"Sure, why not? I would also like to see you play sumo wrestling when you get fat." I said making a fat man like face and they both laughed.

..............

Back in the plane, my thoughts drifted back to the two months I spend in my hometown. And then a thought passed my mind bringing me back to reality.

Why did I go to study in India?

Wasn't it because of my father? I wanted to avoid working for him and also wanted a change of pace in my life. I replied to my conscience. Did I get what I wanted? I still don't know the answer for that. It's only been one year anyway. I'll know it eventually.

                                  ................................................................

That was one hell of a workout chapter. I hope you like it despite the disappointment you must have felt with Jamie. I know this was long but I just wanted you to have a glimpse of Jamie's life in Australia.
