The Doctor's Office
Dean dragged me into the doctor's office. "NO!" I kept screaming. I didn't care if I was making a scene. I did not like going to the doctors'.
"Cas! It's only a check-up. What's the worst it can do?" I considered this. My face turned into a grouch look and I sat in the chairs. The doctor came in and took a seat.
"Hey Castiel. How we feeling today?" I was about to answer when Dean cut me off.
"Not so great, Doc. We've got numerous marks on the forearm again... and I've been hearing him cry over the past few weeks." The doctor hummed.
"Have you been seeing any of the therapists I recommended to you?" I nodded. "Good. Have they felt like they've been working? Do you feel any different?"
"Not... really..." I mumbled, my eyes looked to the floor. I heard scribbling and saw the doctor writing down the notes.
"How long have these been happening? It seems like it's been longer since last time."
"Like....I don't know... three months ago?" I started to rub the back of my neck nervously. A thing I got from Dean.
"That seems like a really long time, are you sure?"
"I'm sure, Dr.Likan." The doctor nodded and put down the clipboard.
"Well as the doctor, and for your medical needs. I suggest taking anti-depressen pills. This can only solve your problem. I mean... the symptoms start slow and easy but eventually all you're gonna be with is stuck in this depressional state. I'll write you a prescription and you better make sure to tell one of your therapists about this." He wrote down on a side sheet of paper and ripped it out of his notebook and handed it to me. I stared at it.
Dean was just trying to help me. Being roommates with someone for a long time can show who you truly are. That day I got the pills from my pharmacy.

A couple months later...
I'm crying and running away. I couldn't bare to see the variety of texts I'd gotten. People all over campus were teasing me about being gay. I was set on a blind date that was really just a group of guys waiting for me so they can beat me up. I kept running. Then I went tumbling down on someone. I landed on top of them. We landed with a big thud.
"I'm so sorry." I said quickly. I looked to see it was only Dean.
"Hey, buddy, don't sweat it. Didn't I just see you? You were waiting for someone. What happened and are you okay?" I shook my head and stood up, offering Dean help. He stood beside me. He took me over to a bench and told me with sit down with him. And I did slowly. "What's going on? Hm? Tell me." He adjusted one of my hairs.
"Just- I got these cruel texts and instead of the blind date I was waiting for, I was met with buffed up guys awaiting for a punching. Specifically for me. I've been set up and I'm just upset. I mean- how could someone ever love the damaged life I run and have? No one wants to deal with a sack of shit like me. I may never find anyone as good ever again..." Dean placed a hand on my shoulder and I wiped my threatening-to-spill tears.
"Maybe you have someone in front of you that already loves you." I raised an eyebrow. I remembered that quote from somewhere. I was caught off guard when Dean took me in for a kiss. I immediately melted into it. His lips were soft. It was a slow, tender, passionate kiss. Dean pulled back with a awkward smile. "Sorry I-"
"No, Dean," He stared at me with confusion. "It's okay. I like you too." He smiled again. He was about to kiss me again when those baboons from the restaurant came about.
"There's Castiel! Oh he's got a lover too! GET THEM!" One yelled. The group came huddling over. People started to stare. Dean whispered quickly,
"RUN." He grabbed my hand and guided me through the fuss of people. We ran and ran. Finally when we lost them it started to rain. We kept running into the forest. I felt happy now. I chuckled into the air. Then made a laugh.
"Haha! This is the greatest day of my life!" I said, dancing in the meadow field of rain. I could hear Dean laughing. I felt a pair of arms take me in from my waist and Dean and I were dancing. Dancing in the rain. Maybe anti-depressen pills really did change me.
