We had been in that house more than one week, and we did not face any trepidation in that house. Perhaps, our prayers have worked, and we decided the return home. I guessed that I developed a soft corner for Jeanina, and one evening, I proposed her, and to my surprise she accepted it. I did not know that she loved me. Jeanina utters, "I'll be glad to become your life partner under the guidance of our God." I answered, "I never know that you'd accept my proposal, but thank you, I really thank you from the bottom of my heart." I chortled, as I was happy, and to be honest I was a bit wound up, but I was confident in God, that my proposal would be accepted. I promised to marry her, and I knew that I will marry her, and be with her till the end of the times. There were no uncanny incidents in that house, and I assumed that the reeks that plagued this house has been subsided. I guess we were gallivanting around this house for no reason, perhaps, the evil in this house had vamoosed away. We were not admonished, as it was a perfect silence before the storm arrives, and we all will be in a fray. The house was a Shum.

I never knew that the evil will lob this house again, and it will all be vitriolic again.

We decided to leave the house after few days, but that was a pivotal point when we must face the loathsome thing in this house. One night after dinner, we were at hall chinwagging, and William revealed to the Benjamins about my affair with Jeanina. The Benjamins were happy to know about it, and they surprised us by saying that they have found a house at Bruk's Falls. This was a real surprise for us, and they are ready to move with us, they showed us the photos of the house. I remember Mr. Benjamin has been out for two days for his business tour, and there he cracked the deal for the new house too. That was wonderful moment of my life, all of them are moving to my home town, and that awe moment. I remember distinctly the last night at that house, we were packing our bags to get out, the Benjamins were too packing their bags, and along with them. Jeanina's brother has whipped up sandwiches and fruit juice, but it was flavoursome. I inhaled all the dishes kept on the table, as I was too in a hurry to leave this despondent house. I was a tad scared, as I feared for the security of my friends, The Benjamins, and my sweetheart Jeanina and her brother. I did not want moreish of foods, and my eyes were not bigger than my stomach. I was stuffed.
