After calming down, Y/N to reach her bag and got her laptop. "What are you doing, Y/N-chan?" asked Kuro. "I am trying to get some information on what's happening. I mean we can't go on with life of we don't what's happening to the outside world." said Y/N who seemed to be worried and irritated. She opened her laptop and entered her password. She went online and saw a lot of disturbing stuff at the trendy section. "What's this...?" she thought. She saw the news about people acting weirdly and having too many nosebleeds. Chills went through her spine when she saw that image of nosebleed."G-Guys... I think you should see this...." Y/N said.

"What the-" Kuro was shocked looking at the news along with Hyun Cha who looked really pale. There was even a video that showed a person got killed by a monster for views. "What has this world become?" Y/N asked. "Hey, click over there! The early monsterization symptoms." Hyun Cha said. Y/N clicked on that and it showed the symptoms.
"The following symptoms are blackouts, hallucinations, aggressive behaviour and a lot of nosebleeding..." Y/N read out. "Wait- that means...." Kuro looked at both of Y/N and Hyun Cha with a horrified look. "Oh no...." Y/N looked at Hyun Cha shaking. "Does that make us the infected?" Hyun Cha asked. "It's okay! I would be with you guys until you guys turn into one." Kuro said.

"It also says that the infected should be quarantine from everyone." Y/N said. "Is this some sort of disease?" Kuro said. "I guess so." Y/N said.

"Agh!" Y/N let out a grunt. "Y/N! What just happened to you?" asked Kuro who looked scared. "What do you mean?" asked Y/N. "Just now, you were mumbling some weird sh*t and your eyes were dark red." said Kuro. She then remembered a voice that was talking to her so she turned her head around the room to look for the source. "W-What are you looking for?" asked Kuro. "A voice." she said. "Where's Hyun Cha?" asked Y/N who actually felt quite concerned for the boy. "He went back to his room, why?" Kuro asked. "No reason..." Y/N said.

Y/N was looking at her window while Kuro was asleep. She stared at the ground that had dozens of creatures lurking. Then, she heard a sound of a child crying out. She looked at the source of the voice. She saw a man climbing down with his children up there at the window. "They lived at the 12th floor, huh..." she thought then she noticed a monster that looked like an eye down there. "Watch out!!!" she heard a shout which came from the next door, Hyun Cha. The man looked and got scared then fell down to his death. "Daddy!!!!!" the kids cried. Y/N felt so terrified and sorrow at the same time. The monster then decided to go for the kids. Y/N panicked as she didn't know what to do. Then, she saw a keyboard falling down from Hyun Cha's room hitting the eye monster.

Y/N was relieved at first but then the monster was going up to the boy's room instead. "Hyun Cha!" she cried then grabbed herself a baseball bat that Kuro owned since she was a baseball fan. "Why didn't I think about taking this earlier-" she thought then went outside to go to his room then broke his door. Then, she saw Hyun Cha who was tightened by the eyeball monster. "Leave him alone!" Y/N shouted then began hitting the monster's eye. It hissed in pain then released the boy from his grasp. The girl hit the monster repeatedly causing it to splatter blood on her and the floor until it began dying. "Stay there, you little sh*t!" she shouted at the dying monster. "I k-killed it...." she muttered lowering her bat down and trying to catch her breath. She grinned just by thinking about it. "Y-Y/N? Are you okay?" asked Hyun Cha looking at the bloodied Y/N. "Yeah, totally..." she muttered.

Then, the monster moved slowly towards Y/N. "I......It h.....urts..." it said before trying to attack the two. Both of them froze not knowing what to do next. Then, suddenly both of them heard a loud bang. The eyeball monster's head fell down as it slowly dying for good. Both of them looked out at the window searching for the source of the bang. Apparently it came from the left. There was a man who looked like he was in his late 40s till early 50s. He was rather chubby. He got himself a whiteboard which was written "Are you both ok?". The two nodded. Then, he erased it and wrote "Do you want to save the kids?" looking down there. The two went back inside feeling unsure on what to say.
"Saving the kids, huh?" Y/N thought.

You're playing the hero card, huh?

It's risky you know? And it might actually hurt you and you're friend.

Just no. You might actually just been making their lives miserable. All you know is that.

"Y/N!" Hyun Cha called for the girl who had snapped back to reality. "W-What just happened? You heard that too, r-right?" Y/N asked panting. "I don't know what you're saying but-" then Y/N interrupted and said "Let's save those kids!". Then, she grabbed her bloody bat while Hyun Cha grabbed his pole that used to be a mop.

Y/N went to her own apartment first to get Kuro. She opened the door and saw Kuro who was looking for something. "Kuro!" she exclaimed running towards her. "Oh my god! Y/N, what happened to you!? You're so bloody!" she said. "It doesn't matter! Grab something and follow me! Now!" she yelled leaving Kuro speechless.

She sighed as she closed the door waiting for her friend.
