*Neville POV*

"What are you doing here?" He asked the moment he saw that I am the one who knocked on his door at midnight.

"Shh! Just move back and let me in." I said glaring at him and he followed my words.

"Thank god! No one saw me otherwise I had to give some explanation for which I am not in the mood." I said and smiled looking at his shocked face.

"What are you actually doing here?" He asked folding his arms.

"Just a minute." I said and slowly opened my robe.

"Shut!" I heard his voice and smirked placing the robe away.

"How is my new attire?" I asked twirling around in my dress which I know I shouldn't wear while coming to India.

"Nev!" He whispered and started moving towards me but I shook my head stopping him.

"You are going to sit there while I am going to sit here." I said dragging a chair and sat leaning to the door.

"If our seating arrangements are like this, then why did you wore this?" He asked settling down.

"To give you a last glimpse as you wish for traditional wearing bride for your whole life. So, I wore this." I replied shrugging.

"Are you saying that she will not wear these for me?" He asked raising his eyebrow.

"No! I am not saying that at all." I said and he gave a surprised look.

"Look, suppose a person has one type of habit in a category doesn't mean that it will be the only one. Like if you like scrambled eggs doesn't mean that you will not like poached egg too." I said and he chuckled.

"So, she may do something which is not shown in her nature in the beginning." He stated and I shrugged.

"Like she may actually wish to be with her mother even though she shows she doesn't want that." He added making me glaring at him.

"What are we talking and what are you saying?" I asked standing up and moved to take the robe.

"All I am saying is you should try again to talk with your mother." He said calmly and I shook my head before starting to cover myself.

"Stop!" He whispered walking near to me and held my head while I am shaking with frustration.

Why did he bring her topic here while I was trying to... I don't know something regarding which I felt confused before and even now.

"Look at me." He whispered and I did after which he pressed his lips to mine.

"Do you really think you can take my anger away this easily?" I asked still staring at him.

"Why don't we try and see." He whispered and started kissing me like really and not just tracing mine with his.

"You sure can." I mumbled when he stepped back smiling.

"Anytime?" He asked and I nodded grinning.

"Nice top!" He mumbled and then realized that he is playing with its end which ended near my ribcage.

"See how much hard work I am doing to help you." I said shaking my head and he laughed squeezing my waist making me glare at him.

"Now, I have to go." I said finally wearing my robe which he is tugging away from the past few minutes.

"I was thinking what weight should she be for you to lift." I said when I felt not to leave from his presence.

"It doesn't matter as it seems I am strong." He said smirking.

"Really? Then prove it by lifting me and put me out of your room. I seem to have gained some weight with the change in everything." I said and waited for him.

"You could say that you want to be in my arms right." He said lifting me up.

"Maybe! What will you do about it?" I asked challenging him and he shook his head placing me down outside his room.

"You are good at it." I said to which he frowned and cleared his throat.

"Regarding what?" He asked rubbing his face.

"Lifting!" I replied chuckling and walked away only to crash into someone.

I glanced at the person only to feel a little shock but I covered it up before walking away from my mother.

I lay on the bed and drifted off in to sleep smiling to myself.

"What?" I asked glancing at my mom who didn't stop staring at me from the time I walked down for breakfast.

Now everyone left for their respective works and she too walks inside the kitchen everyday along with aunt but not today.

"Do you have anything to say to me?" She asked making me frown more.

"No! Why would I have anything to tell you?" I asked back.

"What is happening between Yash and you?" She asked and I stopped myself from giving her a shocked look.

"I don't have to say anything to you." I said standing up and started walking away but she stopped holding my hand.

"If there is then forget about it." She said in a way warning me off.

"Who are you to say anything to me? You don't want to be my mother, right?" I asked taking my hand away.

"You don't know what will happen, Neville. Trust me on this and don't let any disturbance occur in this house." She said making me frown at her.

"If I have to trust you then be like my mom and not some stranger leaving the promise. Is this promise that important than your daughter from whom you stayed away for so many years?" I asked holding her hands.

"Make it worth that I didn't do a mistake by coming here." I added to which she shook her head with tears.

"I... I can't." She mumbled while I just stared at her.

"So, I was not wrong." I mumbled letting go of her hands and stepped back.

"You shouldn't have made me give importance to my emotions. And then I may would have accepted these words." I said turning away and rushed out of the house to be somewhere alone.

"Nev!" Someone shook me making me come out of my stare towards the playground.

"What are you doing here?" I asked knowing who is it without turning towards him.

"You could come to my room anytime you want but I can't come to the park if you are here." He asked making me turn towards him.

"Will you do me a favor?" I asked in a serious tone.

"Sure!" He replied immediately.

"Be a girl for a few minutes." I said and he blinked a few times at me.

"What?" He nearly screamed.

"What I am trying to say is be my best friend Nicole for a few minutes." I explained and he nodded turning completely towards me.

"Nicole!" I mumbled and burst out crying before leaning my head on his shoulder.

"My mom is a mean woman, Nic. She doesn't want to show her love but is more than ready to warn me so that I will stay away from my happiness. What have I done to her, Nic? I was a wold child and may be even caused her a few problems but is this fair at all." I said and felt him rubbing my shoulders.

"No one loves me here and there is no reason for me to stay here. I am coming near you and we will go to those desert while eating desserts." I added and felt him tightening his hold around me.

"But I love you." He said making me frown.

"How do you know that she says that every time after my emotional burst out?" I asked controlling my tears.

"You are not going anywhere." He suddenly said moving me a little to look directly at my face.

Then I remembered that I gave out my general dialogue I always give saying I am leaving the place near nic but how can I explain to him that I am not going to leave because of her when I am here for him.

"Why should I not leave?" I asked instead making him frown at me.

"Because I love you and I want you to stay here." He simply said while I stilled in my place.

"Is this love for the things I showed so called under the name of helping you? Then trust me that is not under love but under another four letter word." I said moving away but he didn't let me.

"That four letter word which if I am not wrong was there from the moment we first met. You don't know how much I know you and vice versa. If the feeling of something important lost happened just by hearing the words of you leaving then I don't know what else I need to make sure of my feelings." He said caressing my cheek.

"So you really love me?" I asked coming out of my shock.

"Yes! Now never say that you will leave the house." He said in a warning tone.

"Well, seems like I can't because I too think I love you." I said making him raise his eyebrow.

"Think?" He asked and I laughed before hugging him feeling sure of my feelings hearing his words.

Guys written from mobile while travelling too so I don't know how many mistakes are there as I written it directly....
Don't know when will be the next one as need time to settle properly in hostel and college...

I really wished to complete it before joining so as it can't the updates will be slow and really slow
