"I want this one." I asked the shop keeper and took a small popsicle before walking out of the shop and continued walking towards right which I am doing from the moment I left the Mom's house.

"Neville? Is that you?" I heard someone calling and turned to my left to see a jeep stopping beside me and Yash is in the driver seat releasing a breath.

"I have been searching for you since yesterday. I never thought it would be this tough to search you." He said getting down from the jeep and I rolled my eyes before continuing my walk.

"Where are you going? I was searching for you and finally found you." He said following me.

"So? Do I have to give any care for that information?" I asked, shaking my head and stared at the small shops with the items I already bought from other stores.

"Neville!" he said, holding my hand, making me stop and walked to stand before me.

"I am sorry about the incident day before yesterday." He said with a pleading look.

"Ok! Now, can I go? I need to finish all the shopping and leave for airport in the evening." I explained and tried to take my hand away from his hold.

"Are you leaving kolkata? But why?" he asked, tightening his hold on my hand.

"My work is finished here, right? I postponed their marriage for which I am here and now I can leave happily." I explained to which he groaned.

"We all are really sorry. Revu is also too much sorry and is crying for you." He said to which I frowned.

"Stop calling her like that before me. It is not at all nice to hear someone younger to call her like that." I said shaking my head.

"Ok! Will you come with me?" he asked, to which I shook my head in negative.

"Why should I come? I already got the answers for which I came here for. She is fine with only her daughter and doesn't need me to be in her life." I replied and tried again to remove my hand.

"No, no! You are completely wrong. She is feeling too much guilty for slapping you." He said pulling me to him while I tried to step away.

"Feeling guilty for thinking like that about me?" I asked to which he frowned.

"Same thing, right?" he asked frowning more.

"No! Is she feeling guilty for thinking bad about my intentions and not listening to me?" I asked again.

"Yes!" he replied, nodding.

"Good! Let her feel like that and I will never enter that house by which she will feel that forever." I said nodding to myself.

"That is evil." He said with a surprised look.

"Really? It is okay for any of you to say or do anything but I can't do something to react to the things that happened?" I asked, glaring at him and striked his leg with mine making him lose the grip on my hand and I walked away calmly ignoring his hiss with the pain.

After ten minutes I sighed in relief when I didn't hear anything from him and not even his presence. Seems like he just left.

"Where did you stayed in these two days?" I got startled hearing the question suddenly from my side.

"I thought you left." I accused him, to which he laughed.

"I was taking care of parking the jeep at proper place so that I can accompany you." He said shrugging.

"You are wasting your time. I have already booked my ticket too, but just stayed until today to see whole Kolkata." I said shaking my head.

"But I was the one who is supposed to show you all these." He said frowning.

"Do you really think I need someone to do anything in my life?" I asked, raising my eyebrow to which he smiled.

"No!" he whispered, brushing my cheek with his fingers.

"Do not disturb me! I need to go to so many places." I said moving away from his hand hiding my reaction with his gesture and continued my walk.

"By the way your dad wants to talk to you. Seems like they know the truth with the help of your step-mom and are repenting." He said after a few minutes when we stopped near a store.

"My step-mom helped for the truth? Wow! That is a surprise." I mumbled, feeling completely surprised with the words.

"Was she evil?" he asked frowning.

"No! She was just a mother for kate like my Mom a mother for Lakshmi. That's what Mother's do right? They just fight with someone who seems to be danger for their children." I said, staring at him and shook my head feeling the tears before rushing into a small garden.

"Hey!" I heard his whisper when I brushed my tears away before they can come out completely and then felt him hugging me to him.

"I am really sorry. I was selfish thinking only about Lakshmi and thought wrong about you." He said and I nodded understanding his position.

"I was never this emotional." I said, smiling at him and looked up to see him staring at my face.

"Maybe I am really awesome that you can't have any control over your emotions." He said smirking and I laughed.

"Hug me again." I said and moved to hug him, but he shook his head.

"We really need to step back otherwise some police uncle will catch us." He said and I stared at him with confusion but stood back.

"Really?" I asked and he nodded, to which I smiled and moved out from the garden.

"Did you have breakfast?" I asked, looking at a small hotel.

"I didn't have anything proper from yesterday." He replied, making me look at him in surprise.

"And I didn't stop eating from yesterday." I said, smirking to which he narrowed his eyes.

"Come on!" I said, dragging him towards the hotel and walked inside.

"You are really eating in these kind of places?" he asked in a surprised tone.

"These people will be more sincere in their work as they struggle everyday with their work. We need to support them sometimes." I said, shrugging to which he smiled.

"Where to now?" he asked, yawning and I glanced at the watch to see it is past three in the afternoon.

"Why don't we go to my hotel room and have lunch. I will pack my luggage after eating and then you can drop me at airport." I replied when we reached near his jeep.

"Sure!" he said reluctantly and I got inside his jeep.

"This is good! Try this." I said, gesturing to a curry.

"I have been eating these dishes from the time I was a kid, Neville." He said laughing.

"Whatever!" I said, rolling my eyes and finished my lunch.

"You did this much shopping?" he asked when I took out all the bags.

"Yes! They all are just amazing and I couldn't help myself." I replied, smiling and started packing one after the other.

"Do you really have to go?" he suddenly asked turning me around.

"Why should I stay here? I already went to many places." I replied, to which he sighed.

"Come with me to the house and you stay there for some more time. I don't want you to leave thinking bad about us." He said, holding my face with a pleading look when I turned to move away.

I stared back at him feeling my breath rise and wished to kiss him but stopped myself concentrating on his words.

"Do you want me to return?" I asked, to which he nodded.

"Will you be completely attentive to me?" I asked, smirking and he slowly nodded, making me look at him in surprise.

"You really want me to return!" I stated to which he nodded.

I closed my eyes for a second before hugging him, which completely startled him because of which he stumbled slightly but hugged me back.

"Ok! I will come with you." I whispered to which he laughed and hugged me even more tightly.

"Thank you! Trust me, you will not regret it. Revu... I mean your Mom will be so happy and you both can even bond with a little effort which will happen soon. I will make Lakshmi apologize to you too." He promised and I slowly nodded smiling at him.

"And I will make sure that you will have a wonderful experience." He added smiling more.

I just nodded, not wanting to disturb his thoughts. I really don't care about any of the things he is talking about right now.

I know what I want and I know I can never let something I wish to leave me. I will get it and that's all I am thinking right now. And that's all it is important for me! I thought, staring at the important person for me.

"Let's pack and leave. Everyone will be so happy except my Mom, of course." He joked and I laughed at his words.

Well, I don't care whether someone will be happy or not. You are happy right and that's all I need to make myself go to that house again.

I packed with his help and we both got into his jeep before moving towards the house which I have no importance of except the person sitting beside me.
