Dallas is a flirt, that's a given from the moment you meet him since he will flirt with you regardless if you are taken or not. He has no filter as well and will say whatever he wants to say and even if he gets his ass kicked for what he says he's still gonna say it. The only time he will shut up and not flirt with someone is when he is sick or upset, though that is very rare since he tends to be a loud mouth half the time. Dallas has never been a normal child, his mother always gave him whatever he wanted no matter how risqué or mature it maybe since he was a mommas boy and knew how to get his way with her. Though that changed when his mother died of brain cancer which left him alone with his verbally abusive alcoholic father that had the open chance to tear down his sons self esteem now that his wife is gone. This caused Dallas to hate his father and then run away at age 16, doing some very risqué things in order to get money in order to survive in the world that he had run off into. That is until he managed to get a job at a bar when he had officially turned 19, though he lied and said he was 21 since they wouldn't hire him if he wasn't the legal drinking age.

°1° (Your oc's name) walked into a bar with a few of his friends and sat down at the bar itself, looking over the drink menus that were presented to them by a blue haired bartender. Once him and his friends ordered their drinks alongside some food they were made and served by the same blue haired bartender that was named Dallas according to his name tag that was on his shirt. (Your oc's name) honestly thought that the blue haired male was cute, but he didn't want to seem like he wanted to get into the other males pants so he didn't say anything as he talked and had a fun guys night out with his friends. However when the bill was paid and him and his friends were about to leave Dallas stopped him when he was attempting to leave his friends. The blue haired male gives (Your oc's name) a flirtatious smile, "Hope to see you here again sometime soon~" he said and then slips something into the other males front pants pocket before getting back to work. When (Your oc's name) pulls out whatever was in his pocket he sees that it is a coupon for one free drink and on the back there's a phone number with the sentence "Call me sometime, look forward to hearing from you hot stuff" on the back.
