Charlie is honestly sweet but is also naive, can be easily manipulated as well because he honestly just wants to please people and make sure they are happy after years of being unhappy himself. He is also quite docile from time to time as well and will get sad if you get mad when around him because he feels like it's his fault and then will try to cheer you up so you don't stay mad. Charlie will also get even more upset if he is unable to cheer you up which will cause him to go and sulk in his room.

Said owner ended up kicking him out because he was no longer considered a pup since he's 25 years old, so he has been living on the streets ever since then.
