Background: Ki Bum was born in the middle of a divorce. His father had been having an affair and his mother was running the family into irreversible debt. When he was 5, Kibum moved into his grandmother's house. From there Kibum often listened to his grandmother's stories about her own marriage. She was madly in love and she and her husband were perfect examples of achieving ultimate happiness with someone. After her husband (Kibum's grandfather) passed away his grandmother created a scrapbook which recounted dates and experiences of their times together.
