Backstory
No one truly knows what kassidy is. It didn't matter to her parents as they were the same as she was and they lived far from humans in the rain forests of South America.

Kassidy is the youngest child in a family of four. She has an older brother and was raised with both her parents. When Kassidy was 7, humans found the cave that her family lived in. They cut their way through thick walls of webbing to get to them. Her parents fought well but the humans guns were stronger. They killed Kassidy's family.

They were going to kill her too, but one of them had a better idea. They kidnapped Kassidy and sold her on the black market to an owner of a circus. He was more than happy to buy Kassidy and add her to his freak show.

The circus doesn't treat her well, ever since she was a young child they would jeer at her, hurt her, training her to obey at their shows. Kassidy was too young to fight and gave in, doing tricks and letting herself be shown off like some animal.

She got used to it, learned that if she played along they wouldn't hurt her and would give her all the food she needed. They would still call her names and harm her mentally but Kassidy could handle it. She was a scary monster to them. Humans are pathetic.

Kassidy knows humans find her terrifying. If they were going to scream and attack her every time they saw her, she'd give them a reason for it. Kassidy, when first met, is rude and violent. She doesn't truly attack people but she will threaten them or make false attempts as if she was going to.

Kassidy has not spoken a word to the humans since she was taken years ago and so they believe she cannot speak. She's kept in a tall but not very large cage in the circus.

Personality
As stated above she's aggressive and rude. She's stubborn as well. It's best to avoid her when she's in a bad mood. She'll warn before she attacks but if you get her mad enough to attack, run.
If she decides she likes you she's protective and nice. She's always quiet but she is able to talk. She can learn to care and love if you gain her trust. That is the challenging part though.

Likes
Kassidy likes freedom.
She likes feeling cared for and misses her family dearly.
She likes her hammock she sleeps in which is made out of webs and she likes to sleep. It's best not to wake her if she decides she wants to sleep in.

dislikes
Kassidy hates the circus, the trainers and the animals. She hates being a freak show, she hates people who come to see the circus.
Overall she is very unhappy with where she lives.
Most of all she loathes an employee named Jason whos job is to keep her under control and 'deal with her' when she causes trouble.

Other
Kassidy had venom. If she spits her venom on your skin it causes a nasty burning sensation.
If she bites you that burning will spread throughout your whole body and cause temporary paralysis.
It takes more than a dozen bites to kill the average sized human.

You got it. Odd you really don't have all that many qualifications. You thought this job would be highly sought after.

Kassidy was the name of your animal. They warned she was big and could be aggressive. An elephant or a lion maybe? You weren't sure but you'd already signed the papers to agree to this job.

No. When you arrived at the cage you were met with a giant spider lady. She was asleep at the moment, lightly rocking in a hammock. She heard you moving around and opened her eyes though. She got to her feet, towering over you. What do you do?
