They see you cry for the first time
Ben: You were trying to get to your dorm before anyone could see you cry. What Jane and Audrey had said really hurt your feelings. 'Looks like Y/N's just the bad girl infatuation.' Audrey sneered. 'Yeah; he'd never make a villain a queen.' Jane retorted. You'd had enough. You got up and stormed off, leaving them to the wrath of your sister and friends. You suddenly bumped into someone, forgetting to pay attention. "Princess?" Ben's concerned voice asked. You got off of him and helped him up, before trying to walk away. Ben stopped you in your process. "Uh uh Princess. Now what's the matter?" he asked. That's when you broke. You collapsed to your knees and began sobbing. Ben felt his heart break; he didn't like to see his princess cry, let alone know someone made you cry. He scooped you into his arms and held you, carefully avoiding everyone until you two reached his dorm. He continued to hold you in his arms as he sat down on his bed. "Princess tell me what's wrong," he mumbled into your hair. You looked up with teary eyes. "Ben why me? Why're you dating me? I'm a villain; nothing more and nothing less. I'm rotten to the core. Why would someone like you ever make someone as evil as me a queen?" You mainly told yourself. Ben made you look up at him and he looked deep into your eyes. "Y/N I promise you that you're not a villain. You and Mal aren't your mother; I'm certain. I'm dating you because I love you and I could never imagine my life without you. And I plan on making you my queen one day; and I wouldn't want anyone else ruling Auradon next to me than you." Ben said, drying your remaining tears. You smiled as he held your face in his hands. "There's my princess." He said before kissing you gently. You kissed back and smiled as he did so. You knew it was fine as long as you had Ben next to you.
Carlos: You couldn't stay calm under pressure. No one except Ben knew. The thought of you being a horrible queen nagged at your mind; people expected you to rule like your mother. But you couldn't rule like Belle and that made you panic. What if people thought you weren't a good queen? What if you weren't meant to be queen? The thoughts kept swimming around in your mind that you started having a panic attack. You were crying hysterically and hyperventilating. Mal and Evie saw this and Mal went to go and get Carlos while Evie stayed with you. "CARLOS!" Mal shouted. Carlos came out looking annoyed. "What Mal?" he asked. "Y/N's having a panic attack." Mal said. Carlos ran till he was at your side. Evie had moved and walked out with Mal, letting you two have some time alone. "Baby it's me; it's Carlos. Look at me baby. Right at me." Carlos said gently. You saw him and you felt him take your hands and put them in his. "Breathe in deeply with me baby. Imitate me." He said putting your hands on his chest. You began imitating him until you could breathe on your own. Once you calmed down, you snuggled into Carlos's arms. "Now that you're calm you wanna tell me what's wrong?" He asked. You nodded. "Everyone expects a lot out of me when I become Queen of Auradon; they want me to be like my mother. What if I can't rule like she did? What if I'm a bad queen? What if I do something stupid?" You said. Carlos rubbed your back reassuringly. "Baby you shouldn't have to worry about what others think; it should matter what people who care about you think. And I think you're gonna be an amazing queen. You're gonna make the right choices for Auradon and do what you think is right. Just remember Ben, Mal, Evie, Jay and myself will all be with you every step of the way. You have nothing to worry about." He said smiling at you. You smiled and laid your head on his shoulder. "How'd you know what to say?" you inquired. Carlos chuckled. "Well I learned from the best." He said giving your head a soft kiss. You giggled and kissed him softly. You were now relaxed and no longer worried.
Doug: You were freaking out because you had a test in physics and it's your worst subject. Also it's a major part of your grade and you didn't understand the material. No matter how hard you tried, no one would tutor you. You got frustrated and once you got to your dorm, you started crying. Doug walked in and got concerned. "Butterfly what's wrong?" He asked. He came over because you two had a project for chemistry. You looked up at Doug, clearly upset and frustrated. "I have a huge test tomorrow in physics but I don't understand the material. No matter what I do, no one will tutor me. I've tried talking to the teacher but he wouldn't listen to me. I can't fail this class Doug." you said fidgeting with your fingers. Doug sat down next to you and held your hands. "Butterfly that's okay. I'll tutor you. I'm very good at physics and I'll try and get your teacher to explain the material in a way that you can understand. I promise with the help I can give you, you most certainly won't fail physics." He said kissing your nose. You giggled and smiled. "There's that smile I love." Doug said as you wiped your eyes. "Thanks Dougie. You always know just what to say to make me feel better." You said kissing his cheek. Doug chuckled. "As long as it keeps you smiling, butterfly." He said.
Evie: Audrey was making fun of you...again. But this time she took it too far. She started hitting you and kicking you. Once she was done she left you alone in the bathroom, crying and bloody. You picked yourself up and made your way to Mal and Evie's dorm, knowing they'd both be there. When you walked in, Mal shrieked a little by your appearance. Evie was shocked. "Dove what happened to you?" She asked. "Audrey." You answered. Evie got mad. And I mean mad. "She's about to get a taste of Evie." She said about to leave. You stopped her. "E, no. Please." You begged. She couldn't say no to you. Mal got out her spell book and used it to fix your wounds. As for the slap mark, Evie got you an ice pack. Suddenly, you started crying. Evie took you into her arms, rubbing your back and rocking you and herself back and forth. You calmed down when she did this. "Okay dove. Tell me what's wrong." She said. "Audrey's been making fun of me for years. For being southern, having one half of my family being royals, and now it's for dating you. She said that no one loves me and no one will love me." You said sadly. Mal scoffed and Evie shook her head. "Don't mind Audrey; she's too comfortable on her high horse. It doesn't matter what your background is, it matters who you are now. That's what you told me when we started dating." She smiled. You smiled back. "Thanks E. I love you." You said kissing her cheek. "Aw I love you too dove." Evie said hugging you. "And Y/N just remember I can always get you revenge on Audrey." Mal reminded. "No thanks Mal." You declined. She shrugged and you just laughed, Evie joining you.
Harry: Uma had to inspect you to see if you were bad enough for her crew of pirates, since Harry suggested it. You didn't know what she'd be looking for; you were a nervous wreck. You couldn't think straight and the next thing you knew you were crying on the floor of the VK's old place. "Lass? You up here?" Came Harry's voice. "Yeah." You called back, trying to hide the sadness in your voice. When Harry saw you, he was worried. "Lass what's wrong?" he asked sitting next to you. "What if I'm not bad enough to be in Uma's crew? I'll always be the girl from Auradon. She won't care; she hates everything to do with Auradon and that includes me." You said gesturing to yourself. Harry chuckled. "Lass you don't have to worry; Uma is willing to put her hatred of Auradon aside to meet you. Just be you, and no matter what happens I'll be there." Harry said kissing your head affectionately. You smiled. "You're right Harry. Now let's go; don't wanna keep Uma waiting." You said as you both got up. "I'm right here." Came Uma's voice. You paled. "U-Uma." You stuttered. "Listen Y/N, Harry's right. I'm willing to put my hatred for Auradon aside. And don't worry, I don't need to inspect you. You're gonna do just fine in my crew. First lass." Uma said smiling. You smiled and let out a breath of relief. All that worrying over nothing.
Jay: You had nightmares every now and then but none of them were this bad. You were having a sleepover with the VK's in Carlos and Jay's dorm, and you began having a nightmare. Mother Gothel had escaped from the Isle, and came back to Auradon. There, she killed your grandparents, your parents and your friends, saving Jay for last. Then she lunged at you, making you scream in fright, causing you to wake up in a cold sweat. You walked to the bathroom, slid down the wall and began crying softly. You thought no one else was up but Jay walked in. "Babe you in here?" He asked. When he saw your frame he sat next to you. "Babe c'mere." He said inviting you into his arms. You happily accepted the invitation and laid your head in his lap as he started playing with your hair. "I know something's wrong; will you tell me?" Jay asked. You nodded and explained to him what your nightmare was about and how badly it scared you. Jay hugged you tighter. "Babe I promise she won't come near you. She's on the Isle and you're here. I'm here. And I'm not gonna let anyone hurt you. I promise I'm gonna protect you no matter what. Now let's get back to bed and you can sleep with me." Jay said. You nodded as you two left the bathroom and laid in bed. Jay wrapped his arms around your waist protectively, nuzzling his nose in your neck. "Night babe." Jay mumbled. You yawned and smiled. "G'night Jay." You said before you went to sleep, this time without nightmares plaguing your thoughts.
Mal: It's no surprise that you and Doug were the smartest kids in school. But people liked to take your knowledge to their advantage. They'd bribe you to do their homework or intimidate you into doing it. You couldn't stand it; hence why you were skeptical about people. But you had no problem trusting the Isle Kids; you knew they were good right from the start. Especially Mal. One day after school, Chad had pulled you aside. "Listen nerd, you're gonna do my homework for me. And if you don't, I will tell everyone that you've been sleeping with Ben behind Mal's back. Get the picture?" He growled. "No." You said stubbornly. He chuckled. "Now you're gonna get it." He said. He pinned you to the wall but you were quicker. You slapped him across the face, punched him in the nose, and kicked him where the sun don't shine. You then ran until you found your girlfriend Mal. "Hey cutie I was about to go looking for--what happened to you?" She asked, noticing you had a bump on your head and a hand mark on your cheek. Everyone (the VK's, Doug, Ben, Lonnie and Jane) all looked at you in shock. Ben got you an ice pack for your head and Mal put it on your bump. "You wanna tell us what happened?" Jane asked. You knew she was concerned; it's part of being a sister. "Chad. He threatened me that if I didn't do his homework, he'd tell all of Auradon Prep that I've been sleeping with Ben while dating Mal." You said, your voice breaking with each word. Ben was shocked, as were Jane, Lonnie, Doug and Carlos. Jay, Evie and Mal were mad and saw red. You knew they were about to go beat the crap outta Chad. "Guys please don't do anything to Chad. He's just a jerk." You said as the tears fell. Mal held you close, completely forgetting the ice pack. "Of course sweetheart." She said soothingly. Once you calmed down, you all went to the kitchen to raid the ice cream. It was a good day after all.
Uma: Some people were still judgmental about Uma coming to Auradon (Chad and Audrey) and they began to pick on Uma. "Oh no, it's Uma. Be careful or she'll steal your voice! But she's already stolen Y/N's voice." Chad sneered as he saw you and Uma walking together. You glared at Chad and walked up to him. "Let's get something straight Charming. You can spout all the crap about me you want. You and Audrey can do that. But dragging Uma's name into this is crossing a line. She's not like Ursula; she's proved that since she came here. You're so quick to judge." You spat. Uma came up behind you and coaxed you out of your state of anger. Once you two walked away, you felt the tears coming. "Baby girl it's okay." Uma said hugging you. You cried softly. "No it's not; no one should be okay with that. How can you be okay with that? He doesn't know you like I know you. He shouldn't judge just because your mother did what she did." You explained. "I know baby girl. And please don't cry; I hate seeing you cry." She said. You nodded and dried your tears, making your way back to campus holding her hand. Uma always knew how to make you feel better.
