Mal

This morning, I woke up and got dressed. I know, it sounds boring. But don't worry, it gets better. Anyway, I got up and got dressed. I picked out a pair of blue jeans, a blue tank top, and a yellow jacket. Since I'm going to be the queen of Auradon, I decided to wear Auradon's colors. Then I went to the bathroom to curl my hair and to put on makeup. I put on black eyeshadow and cherry red lip gloss. Ben came bye to pick me up an hour later. But during the time that he wasn't there, I looked at my engagement ring. It had an ice blue diamond in the center with small purple diamonds surrounding it.

"Hey Ice Princess, open up." Ben called from outside.

Evie woke up. "Mal, what's going on?" She asked me, still tired.

"Ben and I are going to tell my other family that we're engaged." I explained.

"Okay, be back soon." Evie said, clearly delirious from sleep.

I quietly opened the door to let Ben in. He was wearing almost the exact same thing I was wearing, but with a blue long sleeved t-shirt and no jacket.

"Beasty, you woke Evie up." I said, making a joke.

"That wasn't my intention Ice Princess." Ben said, also jokingly. Ben and I started calling each other pet names last night. He calls me Ice Princess and I call him Beasty. It kinda worked out like that.

"You know, you're going to get cold, right?" I asked him.

"No, I'm not going to get cold. You're going to get warm." Ben said.

"Yeah sure. When you get cold, let me know. I have my spare drachma's that we can use to buy you a coat." I said. I know that he'll eventually cave in though.

I woke up the portal and Ben stepped through before I did. Then I stepped through. Once I got to the other side, I stumbled and Ben caught me.

"You okay Ice Princess?" Ben asked me.

"Yeah, just stumbled Beasty." I responded.

"Oh my goblins! Why is it so cold!" Ben asked me.

"Do you want me to buy you a coat?" I asked him.

"Yes mam."

So we went to the camp store and bought Ben a coat. Percy and Annabeth walked up to us once we got out.

"Hey Mal, this is an unexpected suprise." Percy said.

"What brings you here?" Annabeth asked.

"I have something to say to the family. Frank and Reyna are at Camp Jupiter, right?" I asked.

"Yeah, so's Jason, Nico, Will, and Leo. Why are you asking?" Grover asked once he walked up behind Percy and Annabeth.

"I need to tell them something. Do you mind going on a little feild trip? I only ask that you get Piper and Coach Hedge." I said.

"I'll go get them. Be right back Ice Princess." Ben said as he walked away.

"Okay Beasty."

"When did you and Ben start callomg each other pet names?" Annabeth asked.

"Last night." I responded. We waited in silence for what seemed like hours until Ben came back with Piper and Coach Hedge.

"Everyone stand back." I said as Ben backed them up.

Then I turned into a dragon.

Ben

After Mal turned into a dragon, we all got on and she took off. Grover hasn't said much once we got on, mainly screams of fright.

Ugh, you guys are so heavy! Mal thought. I'm the only one who could hear her, thanks to our shape shifting abilities.

Sure we are.

You guys are.

Ha ha. Funny.

What did I say about the sarcasm Ben?

Sorry madam.

"Mal, could you ease up with the bumps a little bit!" Piper complained.

I need you to tell Piper that I'm doing the best I can and that I'm not Festus. Leo got ownership, remember? Mal thought to me.

"Piper, Mal's doing the best she can. She's not Festus. Leo got ownership, remember?" I said.

"How do you know about Festus?" Piper asked me.

"Mal talks about him all the time. Not to mention, she also named her pet dragon Festus in honor of the dragon." I explained.

Nice save. I heard Mal think.

"Thanks." I accidentally said out loud.

"Who are you talking to?" Hedge asked.

"Um, no one."

Nice save Beasty.

Shut up Ice Princess.

We rode Mal in silence for another hour or two. Mal and I thought to each other the whole time.

Tell everybody to calm down. That's Reyna flying up to us, not a monster. Mal thought to me. She sounded a little tired, but I didn't think much of it.

"There's a monster up ahead!" Piper screamed.

"Let's kill it!" Hedge said, shocker.

"Everyone calm down, it's just Reyna." I yelled as Mal started slowing down to a hover.

"What is that thing?" Reyna asked, pointing to Mal.

"My girlfriend." I said.

"And my sister." Percy added.

"We didn't have a ride here, so Mal had to transfigured into a dragon to get us here." Annabeth explained.

"Apparently she has something to tell us." Piper said.

"What do you mean by 'us'." Reyna asked.

"She means you, me, Annabeth, Piper, Jason, Leo, Hazel, Frank, and Nico." Percy explained.

"Also Poseidon and Tyson." I said. "Now can we please land. Mal's been complaining ever since we left Camp Half-Blood."

"What do you mean 'complaining ever since we left Camp Half-Blood'? She's been a dragon since we left Camp." Grover said.

"That's easy for you to say. I could literally hear her the whole way here." I said, realizing my mistake.

"How?" Percy asked.

"It's this thing that we can do. Kinda like your telepathy thing." I said.

Gonna.....pass out......soon. Must land. Mal thought.

"We better land now, or Mal is going to pass out, like right now." I said, driving Mal to the ground.

Once we landed, I yelled "Everyone off now!" Everyone got off as Mal turned back to a human. Good news: she turned back to human successfully. Bad news: she turned back into a human in midair. I ran under her and caught her when she fell back to Earth.

"Mal, Mal! Are you okay?" I asked her. She look like she was asleep.

She woke up and said "Yeah, just tired."

I set her down and she almost fell while trying to stand up.

"You need your strength. Sleep in my arms while I carry you around."

"Okay." She said as she passed out. I carried her around Camp Jupiter and met up with the others. Jason, Nico, Leo, Frank, and Hazel were in an argument about something. They stopped arguing once I came over with Mal in my arms.

"Hey Ben." Nico said, then looked at Mal. "What happened to Mal?"

"She flew us all the way from Camp Half-Blood to Camp Jupiter without rest. She's trying to sleep to regain her strength." I explained.

"Wow. That girl is stronger than we give her credit for." Frank said.

"Yeah. Frank, can you let her sleep in your bed for a little bit? I don't want Ben's arms to get tired." Hazel said.

"Sure. If you don't mind Ben. You can even stay in there while she's sleeping." Frank said.

"Okay." I said as I followed Frank to his cabin. He let me in and I set Mal on the bed.

"If you need anything, come find me." Frank said as he left the room. Once he left, I tucked Mal in, and climbed into bed right next to her.

Mal

I woke up in a strange room. Ben was right next to me and awake. We were in a bed.

"Beasty, where are we?" I asked.

"In Frank's prateor cabin. He said that you could sleep here while you were passed out. How do you feel?" Ben explained.

"Better."

"Good. I told Percy to get your dad and Tyson so that you could tell them as well."

"Thanks Ben."

"Welcome Ice Princess. Come on, let's go tell your family about our engagement." Ben said, helping me out of bed. Once I got out, we went inside of New Rome and met everyone in the Senate House.

"What's this all about Maleficent?" Dad asked us after we all sat down. There wasn't enough room by the prateor chairs in the Senate House so we had to improvise. I sat on Ben's lap and Piper sat on Jason's. Everyone else found room where they could and sat down.

"Well. Um, Ben, a little help?" I asked.

"Last night, I asked Mal to marry me." Ben started.

"And she said no, right?" Percy asked.

"Percy, dear, did you not notice the ring on my finger?" I asked.

"Oh gods, you actually said yes?"

"Uh huh."

"Dad talk her out of this! She's to young to get married!" Percy exclaimed.

"Percy, the rules of marriage are different here then they are in Auradon. Ben has to find a wife by the end of the year. He chose your sister." Then Dad looked at Ben and me. "I give you permission to marry my daughter. I think that you'll be good for her."

"Thanks Dad."

"But she can't. She's to young."

"Percy, I'm as old as you are. You live your life, I'll live mine." I said.

"Okay. But why are you telling us about this. As you said, I'll live my life and you'll live your's." Percy said, clearly upset.

"Can you give Ben and me a minute to 'talk' over how we're going to say next?" I asked.

"Sure." Percy said, still upset.

He wants to propose to Annabeth. He's upset because he isn't allowed to marry her until he's 18. You get to marry me now. I thought to Ben. My brother may think he can't be readable, but I know him better then that.

Maybe we can do a double wedding. In Auradon they're considered married, but in this world they'll be girlfriend and boyfriend.

That's not a bad idea. I thought. Then "talked" to Percy.

Percy, I know that you want to propose to Annabeth. If you propose to her, you guys can get married in Auradon the same day Ben and I do. We thought about it, and we you guys can, if you want to.

Really?

Yes.

I have a ring ready. Can I do it now?

Go for it.

"Annabeth, I have question for you." Percy said.

"What is it?" She asked.

Percy got out the ring. "Will you do me the honor of becoming Mrs. Seaweed Brain?"

"What?"

"He's asking you to marry him." I explained.

"Well, if that's the case. Yes Seaweed Brain! I will marry you!" Annabeth said as Percy put the ring on her finger.

"What did Mal say when you asked her?" Coach Hedge asked Ben.

"She said 'Are you kidding me you giant idiot? Yes, I will marry you!' She said it in that tone of voice as well."

"That does sound like my sister." Percy admitted.

"Anyway, how are you guys planning for the wedding? It's in a month, isn't it?" Jason asked.

"Ben's Mom and Dad are planning it." I explained.

"Plus Mal has connections." Ben added.

"What 'connections' do you have?" Reyna asked.

"My best friend is the best seamstress in all of Auradon. She's not only making my wedding dress, but she's also making my coronation dress." I explained.

"Wait, coronation?" Piper asked.

"Oh wait, I forgot to mention that when Mal marries me, she'll also become the Queen of Auradon." Ben explained.

"Oh yeah. You're the King." Nico said.

"My sister, the Queen. Not a lot of guys get to say that." Tyson said.

"The main reason that we're telling you guys this is because I need some bridesmaids and Ben needs some groomsmen." I explained.

"So you're asking us to be your bridesmaids and Ben's groomsmen?" Leo asked.

"Yeah. So, what do you guys think?" I asked.

"With all do respect, your magisties," Reyna began. "Can we just be invited to the wedding?"

"If that's what you really want." Ben said. "Oh shoot, Mal and I have to go. The new VKs are coming to Auradon Prep today and we have to welcome them."

"Bye." I said as I created the portal. For some reason, I wound back to the one place I never wanted to see again: Prince Hans of the Southern Isles's house on the Isle of the Lost. Then I got nocked out.
