Rules
1. Give the roleplayers time to reply.
One thing I hate is that many roleplayers don't give their fellow roleplayers a chance to respond. Then their comments make up about 50% of the roleplay, and no one will want to continue. Give others the chance to reply before you reply. If someone tags you, boohoo. That's life.
2. Proofread your responses.
I cannot stress this enough. Please make sure that everything in your comment is grammatically correct: Proper puncuation, proper word usage, correct spelling, etc. Whenever I see a response that is not grammatically correct, I wince internally. So please make sure that it's proper and correct. I will understand if you have health issues and is affected in a specific way, so don't worry about this rule.
3. Be active.
This is the most important rule of all: Be active. If you are not active for 24 hours, you will be tagged. If you do not respond, you will be kicked out of the roleplay and asked to never participate again. If you tell me that you have a reason, I will listen. But if you do not have a reason, you will be kicked out.
4. Censor swear words (or use substitutes).
There will be many triggering actions in this roleplay, which is why I'm requesting that swear words are either censored by asterisks (i.e. "****") or substituted for a different word with the same meaning (i.e. arse). The entire word, if using asterisks, has to be blocked out. No exceptions with letters to give a clue to the word. If using substitutions, you can choose any word but not the swear word itself.
5. Don't get butthurt if I reject your form.
Because I'm running this roleplay, I have the right to reject your OC. So don't start crying or get mad at me because I did. I'll explain my reasoning to you in the comment chain or over PMs. But don't get butthurt because I didn't want your OC.
6. Don't control other characters.
It's not fair for a roleplayer to not play their OC. Unless the OC is offered up to someone, you do not control other OCs. That's just plain rude.
7. Be detailed.
Have a reponse that's 2-3 sentences long. I'll not accept a response that's only one sentence. Be detailed in descriptions so I can imagine outfits and characters.
8. Have fun.
This is the final rule. Follow these rules, and we'll be okay. Break these rules, and you'll get three warnings.
The first warning is verbal, telling you to follow the rules.
The second warning is probation, meaning that you cannot roleplay with the users until 24 hours have passed.
The third warning is where you are told to exit the roleplay and remove the book from your library and reading lists.
