So ever since I moved to (insert state here, I'm not giving that out! Heeheehe) I had this friend. She and I were really close during elementary but we drifted apart during middle school. We both learned to accept that we just didn't get along very well anymore and that was okay, we could meet other people. But I'm moving again now so I had to go to her house and say goodbye. My brother has a bunch of Lego toys and stuff that he's outgrown so we were going to give them to my old friend's little brother. On our way there I could tell it was going to be awkward, we haven't even talked for a year! 

My mom was completely chill and she just handed the stuff over. She then talked to her parents and they acted like no time had passed at all. My friend was left with me and she immediately hugged me, I wasn't expecting things to get really emotional or anything so I wasn't prepared for the hug and I just awkwardly patted her back. She went on and on about how she was going to miss me and how her life was going. She also acted like she knew me, she said I had a pink room and I had tons of social media-I don't have either. I'm only on gmail and Wattpad.

 She's a lot shorter than me so every time she hugged me my head was way above her and her head reached my waist, it was really awkward!!!! She wants me to hang out with her before I leave. I feel like she should've acted this kind earlier. She kind of ignored me at school and she immediately went with the popular kids instead of me. I'm not saying she's mean because she's really nice, it's just that I feel like she's trying to make up for not hanging out with me earlier when in reality I don't think we're that close anymore...jeez I feel bummed now, I'm sorry! I was glad to see her one last time though! It was just really funny how I awkwardly sat through the entire thing, her little sister acted the same but she was even shorter! I'm too tall for this stuff...-_-
