Love The Way You Lie pt 2- Skylar Grey and Eminem

Jimin swayed between his feet, crashing to the wall in lightheadedness out of no where when his vision just blurred out. Even the glass of water on his hand slipped past his finger tips, crashing to the wooden ground in dozens of pieces.

Shit, even after eating a bowl of ramen that Jihyo made him, he still feels like shit.

Well what can he expect? Not like he's going to, or his body, feel better with just a bowl of ramen.

Jimin shakes his head to the thought and glances to the multiple pieces of glass on floor. Without pondering his annoyance so much, he moves carefully to the side and gets the cleaning utensils. Quietly he cleans up his mess, irritated as it is, and having this shit is like a poke of a wooden stick to his damn skin.

He's not as angry as he should be, or would like to be at the moment. Yeah, annoyed yes, but not raging. What happened with the press is already something he expected to happen, but what he didn't like was how Jeongguk was also involved when it regarded to Jimin's own back story.

Reporters are too nosey, and if that worked in getting into Jeongguk's head to have a negative effect for the following practices than he will be damn sure to provide a message.

The last thing he needs is for Jeongguk to fucking drop him because of a few mean words.

Angrily Jimin throws away the broken glass, just about ready to watch the performance today from the tape Jackson sent him but a knock on his door catches his attention.

Ugh, please don't let it be Jihyo again. He's already eaten enough as it is. Well enough for his body to handle.

Even though he'll just throw it up afterwards.

With great dread, Jimin drags himself to the door. He makes sure the silk olive green robe on his body snuggles well around him to not reveal too much skin, before grabbing the door knob and opening it.

And who he saw was someone he clearly did not expect at all.

His grip on the door knob tightens, eyebrows furrowed, "Namjoon?"

The dirty blonde haired male stands there, hands in his pea coat with eyes finding Jimin's own icy gaze. He looks presentable today, even his hair is styled nicely back to reveal more of his facial features. Looks like he just came from a business meeting but after knowing him for some time now, Jimin knew that's just his typical style when he faces the public.

Out of all people, Jimin clearly didn't see his presence being the last face he'd see tonight.

And he's not going to deal with him either.

So Jimin's face twists hideously and goes to slam the door shut, but Namjoon only places a firm hand against it.

"We need to talk."

Jimin rolls his eyes, "Look, I don't fucking care about what happened to us-"

"It's not about that," Namjoon bellows, teeth gritting together, "It's about Jeongguk."

His hold carefully falters from the door, just for a split second.

Jeongguk?

What now about Jeongguk?

He already made his statement clear at the dorm, what more is there to say?

Jimin groans heavily, leaning against the door, "Listen, whatever family issue you both have is not my business. Him and I are just fucking professional, not like it's any of your business."

"I know," Namjoon repeats, his hand dropping from the door, "But I'm getting worried about him.... And I think you'd have a better understanding from where I'm coming from."

Jimin didn't want to talk to him.

He really didn't, especially if it involves skating and the whole press issue after his performance. The last thing he needs his someone lecturing him about how to behave in public, or what he should avoid expressing while performing.

However he knows Namjoon isn't here about that specifically. If he knows how Jeongguk's mindset is now after that disaster with the reporters, it could be helpful for Jimin know so he can pan whether or not he should be mentally prepared to fall during practice and possibly having his anger get explosive as it usually does. Or for some good news.

So, with a heavy burden on his shoulders, Jimin let's Namjoon in.

The two move from the door - where Namjoon removes his coat and shoes - to the kitchen now, where Namjoon is sitting on the barstool by the island while Jimin pours him a glass of wine - well more so for the two of them. He purposely pours himself more because he damn well knows he's going to need it.

He sits on the barstool beside his ex, fighting everything in him to not break the wine bottle to pieces in his hand to Namjoon's stare towards him. Most specifically to his smooth legs that are crossed over the other, the robe barely doing any justice as it slides back -

"Here," Jimin mutters, sliding the glass to him, snapping Namjoon from his gaze. The man hums back drily but then notices the glass, nodding as a thanks and takes a sip.

Yeah, focus on that instead.

Jimin narrows his eyes to him, but takes a large gulp out of his wine.

Good wine for horrible company.

"I don't want to take so much of your time, so I'll be direct," Namjoon says, making Jimin perk an eyebrow to his little boldness, "We both know Jeongguk well, I'm sure you know a lot more about him than anyone out there does. Although I'm glad he's experiencing new things with the figure skating program, as you know with the two of you doing it together is going to become an issue."

Here we go.

Alright, it's coming, Jimin can see it already.

"I just want to informs you that Jeongguk suffers from really bad anxiety and PTSD, being the main reason why he's mute and has speech deficiency. One small thing he sees it as such a big deal, and it gets to his head easily because of flashbacks and so on," Namjoon explains, "I just don't want him to get hurt because of this program he's doing."

Jimin shifts in his seat, digesting the new information about Jeongguk's speech deficiency and current state. He never thought or would've guess that Jeongguk has PTSD, anxiety yes but not PTSD. Now this just adds a new perspective to him.

Guess they're more alike than they thought.

This brings more into clarity why he gets into those sudden panic attacks, especially when he talks. Moments of hysteria with this distance from the world, believing he should handle his issues alone.

Something happened, and whenever he talks it's like a negative trigger to his body.

To stay silent.

What happened to him to be like this?

Could it be related to his hearing?

This small hint of unease strikes Jimin to the questions, but he didn't show it of course. Lately he has not been the same when it involves the hostile behavior around Jeongguk as before, and it's all not due to the fact that he has grown a sensitive nerve to him, but because unlike anyone else Jimin had met; Jeongguk works hard to be good at what he does.

Despite the odds of not being able to hear without the aids and speak properly, he still works his ass off to be someone he wants to be; unlike everyone Jimin had as a damn partner.

Yeah, Jimin is an asshole. A narcisisstic, explosive heated jerk. A primadona with high standards and an icy heart with zero tolerance to anything. He doesn't like people, at all. Even himself at times. Jeongguk knows all of this. He knows it well because or the small amount of time they've had together, he was able to witness those small sides of him, and despite all of that he still stayed and calmed him down when he was about to get into his episode back at the hotel.

When he got hurt, he was there to make sure he ate and felt comfortable.

To catch Jimin even if he would lose his grip during practice, just so he wouldn't fall.

Retouched his make up after his collapse.

Did him a favor by making a hickey on his neck, not knowing this but really did save Jimin the trouble from being approached from some familiar men at the ballet academy.

Fanned him air even though he was a whole crying mess by how scared he was.

Protected his image when Namjoon got too impulsive at the hotel for New Years.

He's done many small things for him, that he shouldn't have done yet still did. Jimin's had partners who was just professional, but never someone who was this compassionate.

After what happened at the hotel room, maybe he did start to get more cautious about the ravenette. As in, making sure he was in a clear conscious. Jimin did feel a bit unease around him though, just because now it feels like there's this tension around them whenever they're together. But Jimin doesn't take these things to heart.

But he's noticed though that Jeongguk has been a bit more... Jittery around him? Maybe nervous? But he's clearly in a trance after their moment, probably something inexperienced for him. Not like Jimin really cares for when it comes to those types of sensual emotions that Jeongguk is likely feeling.

To be blunt, if Jeongguk wants to have sex, by owe means. Jimin just likes being professional with his job, that means dividing personal life and work life. So if they do end up finding themselves in a tempting position, Jimin just hopes Jeongguk won't let that effect his performance. Whatever Jeongguk is feeling, which is probably the fresh new experience he's ever had, will come to pass sooner or later, that's why Jimin isn't over here thinking so much about it.

But.... This is the first time he'll ever consider being sexual with a partner, and that perhaps says a lot. It's safe to say that Jimin's attention has sparked up in regards to him in that way, and it's something he can't shrug off. The two already starting that flame between their relationship and obviously it won't be easy to erase that temptation from his head.

That's why if Jeongguk wants to do something, he'll have to be the first to initiate it. Jimin is being generous enough because Jeongguk is a straight man and is timid when it comes to those things, but despite that Jimin knows after the hotel room Jeongguk's curiosity has sparked. Even if he won't admit to it.

And Jimin won't stop him if his temptation gets the better side of him.

So he clears his throat when snapping back to focus on the conversation, sitting up right, "Okay, how is this my business?"

"I want you to drop the program."

Oh.

Wow...

How.... Direct.

Jimin just blinks to the statement, head tilting slowly to the side from the sudden blow, "Me? Why me and not ask your brother?"

"Because he will still want to pursue it," Namjoon says, eyeing the wine in the glass, "Even if he knows it's not good for him."

Oh how much Jeongguk would hate this conversation.

He hates people seeing him as a child, it's amusing.

A small chuckle perks Jimin's lips, taking a larger gulp of his wine than earlier, "He's not a child Namjoon. I'm pretty sure he can point out the wrong and good."

"Do you?" Jimin grits his teeth together, especially with Namjoon's intense gaze watches him in accusation, "Because the last time I checked, you were busy shoving two fingers down your throat after one of our dates-"

The glass on Jimin's hands slams against the edge of the counter, an impulse that didn't even flitch Namjoon's eye. Even when Jimin shoots up to his feet, glaring murderously to the other male's eyes.

"Don't start, this is about Jeongguk, not me or us," He growls, hands balled to his sides, "Get out."

Namjoon closes his eyes, dropping his head in displease, "Jimin... I'm sorry okay-"

"I don't fucking care!" Jimin roars, shaking in rage, "Get the fuck out!"

Namjoon suddenly shoot up from the chair, grabbing Jimin by his forearms and pins him back against the island. Jimin slaps his hands off angrily, resulting with Namjoon grabbing his face with both hands just so he can fucking look at him.

Jimin purses his lips, glaring to Namjoon's transparent stare, "I'm warning you."

A small smirk twitches Namjoon's lips, leaning closer to his face, "Do something."

It felt like Jimin's ego was being nudged, and there's nothing more he hates than having someone challenge him. Oh how lucky Namjoon is that he's Jeongguk's brother and that the ravenette is sensitive to shit because if it was for anyone else, that glass on the counter would've ended up on Namjoon's body a long time ago.

Why can't Jeongguk be a fucking asshole? Complicating shit as it is without even being here!

So with every fiber in him, Jimin stayed still with a deep scowl on his face; letting Jeongguk's teary doe eyes in his head ground himself from bashing his said brother's head against the counter.

Namjoon eyed him carefully, glancing from his eyes and to his lips. Jimin knew what he was going to do, and unfortunately he was not fast enough to stop him because Namjoon fell for the temptation and his lips crashed with his.

It's been a while since Jimin has been kissed before, Namjoon being the last person actually before their break up. His lips felt familiar and warm, but it still didn't gave Jimin a sense of anything; Just a simple kiss.

Not like it he ever gave him that feeling in the first place.

Namjoon was into it though, leaning more to Jimin's face and kissing him deeper to get a reaction but Jimin stayed posted because like hell was he going to give him that satisfaction. The dancer has has lost strength, exhausted from his day today, so not like he could've easily pushed Namjoon away if he wanted too.

Besides, if he were to than he would be afraid he might end up in prison for attempt of murder. Perhaps that was a sarcastic note, who knows.

Not only that but if Namjoon starts acting like a crying little bitch again by Jimin's rejection, most definitely Jeongguk will have a reaction for his brother's sadness. The last thing they need is for the press having more to talk about if Jeongguk and Jimin fail on executing a good performance due to their lack of cooperation, and for Jeongguk to then possibly have a negative trigger because of it.

The thought annoyed Jimin, it really fucking did that Jeongguk is becoming such a big damn problem that Jimin is now making sure to not cause him issues; more than he already has.

And damn Namjoon for always putting his problems onto someone elses shoulders as a bodyguard. He would've been out a while ago now.

Just..... Go along with it.

That's the only thing that came to Jimin's head, something that will keep Namjoon happy and Jeongguk from not being stressed.

Just go along with it.

So, Jimin flutters his eyes defeatedly and kisses the man back slowly. Namjoon got into it quickly, kissing him so profoundly as though it's something he's desired for. If only Jimin could feel the same, but he remains empty like the ice bitch that he is.

Namjoon is a good man, without a doubt, but him and Jimin are just not compatible with each other. Namjoon is too soft sided, taking things way too easily to heart. One slip up and he's already running off crying like he's done so many times before.

No wonder Jeongguk doesn't like Jimin, surprise he's tolerating Jimin's existence this long enough.

Well, if there's anything that could be right to what Namjoon probably have said about Jimin is that he's not a good guy. He's not a saint, or nice, or pure, or cares about other people's opinion.

And he owns up to it.

What else is there to do other than that?

Even to be a bit nice Jimin did try to feel something for him, anything, even now since Namjoon has been so persistent with him - There's just no love, not even lust. There nothing.

How unfortunate.

With that in thought Jimin began his attempts to pull back, but the hand on his check trails to his neck to keep him in place gently.

With a thumb accidently pressing against the hidden hickey right on his skin.

Jimin subconsciously jolts, whining a little to sting. That right there was an open access for his mind to wander to the memory behind the mark. The hand on his neck felt familiar, remembering the way Jeongguk shackled him against the wall and to his own accord bit the side of his neck to mark down his teeth, running his tongue feverishly against his skin.

Jimin could remember clearly how Jeongguk lips moved so hungrily against his neck, not caring if Jimin would shatter at any given moment through it but he only desired to complete what he was asked to do - Only to discover how badly he's always been craving it.

He didn't give Jimin the chance to even recollect his composure, pressing himself against his to the wall to trap him from moving. The growl he oozed out of his lips when Jimin kept moving to the overwhelming boosts of arousal he felt was like a direct like to his dick, never leaving his damn head that fatal noise.

And it's always there, in his damn head.

Fuck.

Aggressively Jimin kisses the man back, sighing to the other hand trailing from his cheek to his hip with a hard grip before trailing to his thigh. He's hoisted to the counter, not once detaching his lips to even stop for air.

Blonde hair became raven, long and thick through his finger tips. Gentle hands on his thighs became rougher, possessively running over his skin with finger tips dragging down true sensitive area. Shoulders thicker. Waist thin when Jimin wraps his legs around it.

And lips...

Lips.

Jimin teeth snags against the bottom lip, growling when he sucks it in his mouth and shoves his tongue into the man's mouth. Fingers clawed against his back, pulling him closer with this delirious need cruising his body in such a way he's ever felt before.

He was sinking into it.

And he didn't want to wake up from it.

"D-Don't stop," Jimin whines pathetically, head dropping back when lips roamed over his neck in tender kisses, "Don't be intima-"

Buzz.

Buzz.

A damn phone is ringing - Just why!

For fuck sakes!

Jimin's hold grew tighter, "Fuck the damn phone-"

"I need to answer."

..... Shit....

Jimin's eyes snaps open, breath hitching when he sees Namjoon standing in front of him with his phone in hand.

His face falls.

Shit...

Shit- What the fuck? - Dammit! What was Jimin thinking! He went over too much!

He was literally imagining- Shit!

Jimin got into a hypnosis of inability to comprehend what just happened, but when Namjoon leaned in for a kiss his face did turn away with arms dropping from his body.

He's had a long day, literally, no doubt his mind is playing tricks with him as a way to handle it. Or make sense of his desires.

But with Jeongguk? Seriously?!

He doesn't see him that way - Fuck, this is so weird!

No! Not Jeongguk!

Damn, Jimin really does need to get some rest.

Namjoon didn't say anything to how Jimin acted, only picked up the phone, "Hello-"

Jimin was far too into his self annoyance right now to focus on the way Namjoon's face coils, confusion, shock and to suddenly horror, "W-What? Jeon J-Jeongguk? Are you sure?!"

The second he heard the name Jimin looks up, now noticing Namjoon's paralyzed expression in complete distress with eyes tearing up to the voice from the other line, "O-Okay. I'll be on my way!"

Namjoon hangs up and immediately hurries away without even looking back to Jimin's unsettled expression.

Did something happen?

"What happened to Jeongguk?"

Jimin's voice didn't even sound like his when he asked this as he steps off the counter and stands in the living room, but he could feel his heart skip beats in a sink to how Namjoon adjusts his shoes so rapidly that it nearly falls from his hands a few times.

A pitiful grunt pasts his lips, looking at Jimin now with the hurt clear in his eyes, "J-Jeongguk is in the hospital. Apparently he o-overdosed on meds and - Fuck! I have to go!"

What...

Jeongguk.... Overdosed?

But how- What... Jeongguk?

Jimin nearly loses his balance, feeling like a brick was just slammed to his body so suddenly that took his entire breath away to the news.

How did this even.... But he was just... What?

Namjoon has his shoes on, turning to Jimin with coat in hand, "Come with me."

Jimin just barely processed the words, staring at the ground now intensely but he somehow managed to shake his head slowly because he knows himself well. Thoughts upon multiple thoughts fluttered his head, flinching to the image of Jeongguk just passed out somewhere with a hand full of pills -

What the fuck was he thinking!

"I'm sorry Jimin but I have to go - Oh," Jimin couldn't even bother to pay attention to the shock of Namjoon's face when he opens the door, seeing Taemin on the other side just about ready to knock.

No, Jimin couldn't here them talking, hearing only the puncturing words of the press from earlier bombarding his head as though they were close to his face and against his ears.

"Are you okay performing with another man while knowing he's homosexual?"

"Jeongguk, would you consider yourself also being a fag-"

"You've been paired to skate with a professional and very controversial dancer in the industry. Do you feel comfortable with that fact?"

"What you're doing is an abomination and a negative influence to the youth! How can you be so disrespectful of the country's values!"

All those words. That criticism just being directed right to Jeongguk's face for the first time ever, who knows how that made him feel. He's not gay, yet there they were throwing such accusations to his face just for figure skating with another man - no doubt playing with the strings if his identity and his new found image to the crowd.

The more Jimin ran over that in his head, like a damn fucking spiral, the more he connects it to Jeongguk's overdose and the image of him just.... Unconscious.

This being the result of it.

Jeongguk couldn't handle it as he said he would.

Shit - What the fuck was this kid thinking!

Jimin didn't realize how badly he was quivering until he felt tender hands on his arms, smoothing over to relax him but all Jimin can feel is that ticking bomb in him clicking his head. Even if his body did feel weak and swayed in Taemin's touch, letting it slowly settle in that Jeongguk is in a damn hospital right now because he -

HE'S SO FUCKING STUPID!

With lips quivering, Jimin shoves Taemin's hands off him and storms to the kitchen.

"Jimin - WAIT DON'T-"

Jimin grabs the wine bottle and swings it against the wall aggressively. While hyperventilating, Jimin grabs Namjoon's glass of wine too and breaks it with a single hand clutching around it, throwing the pieces to the ground while not feeling the bits of it on his hands.

Everything was only red and a blur from there, like a nightmare he was forced to watch. Jimin knocked over everything that was on the island itself, throwing pans and plates against the wall with teary eyes and choked screeches past his throat in frustration. This explosive anger felt like drum in his body, detonating any single coherent thought to only erupt in series of curses and fists drumming against the wall.

He lost control.

"FUCKING IDIOT! WHY YOU ARE SO DAMN WEAK!"

"YOU WERE JUST EXPECTING TO WALK OUT OF THIS SO EASILY? HUH? SO DAMN PROBLEMATIC!"

"I FUCKING HATE YOU!"

Jimin steps back from shouting and assaulting the wall, wobbling between his feet with bloody hands gripping the sides of his hair, eyes squeezed shut with tears pouring out and a face completely coiled and red in desperation to hold himself together and not break apart like most of the things on the ground now.

Yet he starts crying, as he always does after his fit.

Because he then feels guilty.

What is he doing?

Why does this always fucking happen to him?

Why can't he just be normal with a normal temper! Dammit!

A broken and rusty cry splutters out of his lips from all his screaming, losing his balance to meet the ground but arms around his shoulders caught him just as the two drop gently to the floor.

Jimin continues to heaving in his tears, screaming to Taemin's chest with his body scrunching up in a small ball. There's so much pain on his hand from the glass and hits to the wall, but not as much as there is in his soul as manages to get a hold once again of himself.

Only left now with regret to what he just did.

Taemin frowns while he gently caresses Jimin's hair, fighting the tears because of Jimin's agonizing sobs as he grips him tightly as though his life depended on it. Just because Taemin witnessed Jimin's episodes before doesn't mean it doesn't hurt when his friend is emotionally distress; knowing well it's just something that's out of his control.

So he stays here, silently, holding him because he knew words won't just work with him while Jimin apologizes over and over again about his temper explosion.

Yet staying quiet, listening, and hold him is all Taemin can really do for him at this very moment.
