JIMIN'S POV.

She almost let her body fall in air, I went and grabbed her at the right time making both of us to fall on our back. She groaned in pain and hurt. She Wiggled away from me and stood up angrily.

"Why? Why did you save me? Why didn't you let me die? I if would've died today, everything would've come to end". She sat down holding her knees together, crying so hard.

I didn't know what to do, I went near her and placed my hand on her back and caressed it slowly to relax her. She was freezing, I removed my hoodie and gave it to her and walked away from her giving her privacy.

She slowly got up and walked towards me. Her face swollen and bruised. She came near me and all of a sudden, she hugged me tighter. I was confused by her action and stood still. I didn't hug her back, I did nothing and let her hug me.

"I know it'll be confusing for you, as why I hugged you all of a sudden, but I really needed this one. There's no one for me to hug and say that everything will be fine. I'm sorry to hug you all if a sudden". She said and nuzzled closer to my chest.

On hearing this I felt so sad for her, having no one to support you during your worst times is like hell. I know and can feel her pain. I hugged her back even more tighter giving her the comfort she needed. I did hesitate, but she deserves a warm hug if that makes her better. After some minutes we pulled back and looked into each other shyly. And I felt that she was better than before.

"Let me introduce myself. I'm Y/N. I work as English literature professor in Seoul university". She said calmly ignoring the pain that she has within herself. "I do know you very well Mr. Park Jimin". I smiled at her words.

"You can call me Jimin. And if you don't mind, can I ask you something?".

"Sure, go on please. Before that why don't we sit and talk?".

"Yes, come on". And then we sat down the bench that was in middle of the terrace and sat there comfortably. I wet my handkerchief with water and gave it to her so that she can wipe her wounds clean as there was no first aid box or anyone to help in the high skyscraper company.

"You can ask me Jimin". She said softly. Making me to look down in hesitation.

"Well... it's that why did your family members beat you up?".I asked an looked down immediately.

"Jimin Ssi, please don't be hesitated. I'm actually married and now I'm divorced. It's my husband and his mother who thrashed me because I'm not capable to get pregnant and become a mother. It's been 3 years since I got married. Not even a single day went peacefully for me. Everyday there will be fights, thrashing, slashing, ill fights between both of my families just because I didn't get pregnant. I'm just so done and was no longer able to tolerate it. Today morning me and my husband got divorce, but then all of a sudden, he came to my home by 9pm and ripped the hell out of me. And I ran off. Then you followed me and saved me. Thank you for saving me Jimin Ssi".

"It's ok Y/N, I've lost many people in my life. It pains to see someone die right in front of me. I knew I could help you. That's why I came after you and saved you. Life may be so cruel and tough, but we have to be ready to face everything and stand strong that's what life is". I said and took a deep breath.

"I knew what happened to your wife and your parents Jimin Ssi, I'm so sorry for your loss. You didn't deserve it. you deserve more happiness and love. And to always be happy". She said warmly making me smile.

"So, do you Y/N, you also deserve all the love in this world and should be happy too... even my wife Kyung Mi had the same problems as you. She was tortured by my family down to the core because she didn't get pregnant or to get conceived. They didn't let her live-in peace. At least now I hope that she is in peace and safe in heaven than down on earth". I said looking up with tears streaming down my face.

"I'm sorry Jimin Ssi, we woman face a lot of issues. That many people fail to understand. Even though we get good understanding husband, their family won't accept us. For me, both my husband and his family are against me giving no support to me. These three years has been a hell for me, but do you know what? I'm so happy now relieved that I'm divorced and out of that toxic relationship and marriage life. I'M FREE NOW !!!!!". She said shouting the last part with lots of happiness and peace.

"I'm happy that you are doing fine now. You really made the right decision to move out of that toxic life and to start a new life of your own. Love yourself and be happy. Your happiness matters". I said cheering her up.

"You too Jimin Ssi, one day you'll also find your happiness one day, and you'll never be sad after that. That's what your wife wishes to I hope so". She said softly making me nod in response.

"She always wanted me to be happy and so do the boys too.
Your wife was so lucky to have you Jimin Ssi, I hope I'll get a husband or boyfriend like you again in my life and to be honest no one will be like you, you are unique".

"Yes, I hope that you'll find someone, who'll love you for who you are and what you are. Until that you can be single and enjoy your life". we both chuckled together.

"That's true Jimin Ssi, I think I will be single forever. I don't think I'll meet someone like you or someone who understands me and accepts me for who I am. Let's see".

"Yah Y/N don't lose hope. Things will get better for you and you'll be happy". I said warmly.

"Let's see Jimin Ssi". With that I heard my phone ring. I excused myself from her and attended the call. It was Yoongi Hyung.

"Hello Hyung, what happened?"

"Yah! Jimin ahh, where are you? You left the company before us and when we all came back home you were not here. I heard Jungkook saying you went to the convenience store and you've not yet returned home? where are you? Are you safe?".

"Hyung, I'm safe and also, I brought food soju, kombucha for me, Jin Hyung, Jungkook and Taehyung. On my way back home... I saw some people beating up a girl. I rescued her from committing suicide... and I'm with her now.... Like I'm talking to her trying to make her feel better. I'll be in home within 10 mins Hyung. Don't worry Hyung, I'll back there soon".

"Ok Jimin ahh, make sure she's safe and come back home soon". Yoongi Hyung said with concern laced in his voice.

"Ok Hyung, I will be back soon". With that I hung up the call and went to her.

"I guess, the boys are searching for you". She said with soft smile.

"Yes, they are I left the company soon and decided to go home, but then I felt like to have some soju and stuffs. And I went to a convenience store and to restaurant to buy food for the boys. On my way I saw you getting beaten up. I encountered you and now we are talking without noticing the time. The boys are worried about me".

"You should go back soon".

"But, what about you? We didn't have first aid box to treat you wounds and also, I can't leave you alone in this night at this time it's dangerous here".

"Jimin Ssi, it's ok don't worry I've called my friend when I was running on my way to this high skyscraper terrace. And she's on her way here".

"I'm not going until she arrives and I'm not leave you all alone by yourself in here. Before that let's go down and wait for her".

"Ok then let's go Jimin Ssi. Oh, wait Jimin Ssi, take your hoodie". She said and started to remove it. I turned by back not to see her doing...

"No no, you can have my hoodie, it's so chill out here and you might catch cold".

"Jimin Ssi, but it's so chill, you'll get cold too. she said concerned.
It's ok Y/N ahh, you can have it so you'll feel warm and comfortable". I said convincing her to keep it. and turned to her.

"Thank you Jimin Ssi, let's go down". With that we both reached down waiting for her friend. Thankfully it was night time and there was not much crowd or else I'll be flooded with ARMYS. I'll be happy to see them, but still though I'm with a girl and they might get hurt.

We both saw a car park right in front of us. And the girl got out of the car and ran towards Y/N.
They both came near me...

"Thank you for taking care of her all this time and also for saving her from committing suicide. Thank so much Mr. park Jimin. I'm Chun Ja, her best friend".

"Hello Chun Ja, nice to meet you. It's ok Chun Ja, no mention...please take care of her and make her happy. And most importantly treat her wounds soon. Or else it'll get infected. Take her to the nearby hospital and aid her wounds and bruises".

"I will Mr. Park Jimin, thank you once again". With that they both got into the car and before her friend started her engine. Y/N slided her glass window down and gestured me to come near.

"Yes, Y/N ahh, what happened?".

"Thank you for saving me Jimin Ssi, it was nice talking to you...you gave me the comfort that I longed for days. You made me to feel warm and alive again. Hope I'll meet you again. Thank you Jimin Ssi".

"It's ok Y/N ahh. Be happy, love yourself and achieve more in your life. And one day as you said you'll find your happiness and never ever be sad and broken again in your life. It was nice meeting you too Y/N ahh. Always be happy. Stay safe. Stay happy".

"I will Jimin Ssi". With that her friend started to drive, they both waved at me and sped off. I just stood there and saw the direction the car went until it disappeared from my sight.

I huffed and turned around to see my bag missing. And so, I went to be convenience store again bought some soju, kombucha lemon flavor and went to the restaurant bought Naengmyeon and potato pancakes.

And then I sped off to our home and saw the boys waiting for me outside worried.
