Chapter 8

Izuku's POV

"Villains? Are you serious? No way in hell they would ever get in here!" Kirishima yelled, his eyes shifting to each villain that moved closer.

"Thirteen, what about the trespasser censors?" Momo asked, grabbing onto Manami. She looked at her hand, before looking back at the villains, still growling.

"Of course we have them, but..." Thirteen only trails off, overwhelmed by all of the villains. Then, Todoroki stepped in, going next to me.

"Are they only here or around the entire school?" He asked. I couldn't stop thinking about how they got here, keeping my eyes on all of them.

"Even if they got past the sensors, then they must have someone with a quirk specifically for that. A separate area where a class is supposed to be today... They may be fools, but they're not dumb. This attack was planned with a specific intention." Manami told us, looking at how they approached. They were walking pretty slowly, it was pretty weird.

"Thirteen, prepare for evacuation, and try to reach the school," Aizawa said, before looking at Kaminari, "Kaminari, use your quirk to try and reach the school." He said, gaining a stuttered "Yes Sir" from the boy.

"M-Mr. Aizawa, you're really gonna try to fight them all? Even if you can erase all of their quirks, Eraser Head's style is erasing and capturing!" I said, worried for our teacher.

"You can't be a hero if you only have one trick." Aizawa told Izuku, before walking down to the villains. "I'm leaving it to you, Thirteen." He told her. With that, he immediately began to fight the evil, giving us time to run.

I immediately turned and ran the other way, noticing that Manami looked a little uneasy. Why, I had no clue why. Maybe she was worried she'd have to fight family? Who knew, all I knew was that we had to get out of there.

"Are you KIDDING ME?!" Kirishima yelled, making me look ahead, only to see the one who was with the other 2.

"Greetings. We are the League of Villains. Forgive our audacity, but...today, we've come here to UA highschool—this bastion of heroism...to end the life...of All Might, the Symbol of Peace. From what I read, he was supposed to be here. Has there been a change?" He asked. I was shaking in my spot, before I saw Manami stomping forward, Ink surrounding her hands.

"KUROGIRI, YOU BASTARD!" She yelled, ink completely surround her body. I could tell she was furious.

"Ah, what do we have here? Manami Hamadashi? I didn't know you went to this school." He replied, leaning down to look at her face.

"Manami, you know him?" I asked her. She nodded, not taking her eyes off of him.

KUROGIRI | QUIRK: WARP GATE

Can create and manipulate a dark fog that acts as a portal. Whenever he produces a mass of the dark fog, it transports anything it comes in contact with to a nearby location. His quirk is coordinate-based, so he can teleport as long as he is aware of where he's going.

"This means that Shigaraki is here with you too?" She asked, Thirteen grabbing her arm as a warning.

"You know me, I never disobey my masters orders." Kurogiri told her. She scoffed, getting into a protective stance. I wanted to run up so bad and tell her to stand down, but with her being this mad, it isn't the best idea.

"So then what's that...thing...you've brought with you?" she asked again, referring to the creature beside the other guy that was here.

I could only think of what could happen after...

Manami's POV

"That's the finished product of what we have been working on for so long, and what you've helped us accomplish. However, it doesn't matter since I'm here to toy around with all of you." He said. I heard a small click, two at different pitches. One was Thirteen, uncapping her finger so she could use her quirk, and the other one...

"BAKUGO DON-" I was too late. Both Bakugo and Kirishima jumped to get to Kurogiri, but they both miss. The villain tsked, before throwing a smoke bomb, blinding our vision.

"Oh no, that's no good. But, this is UA. Students that go are elites, am I correct?" Kurogiri asked, creating two portals. "My job is to scatter and torture you all." Kurogiri said darkly, before all of us were whisked away into his portal. I felt like I was falling, until I hit into something, sinking.

Oh God..

Water.

I immediately tried to swim up, but my body was already drifting away into nothingness. Before long, I wouldn't have a physical form anymore, and after that, there would be no Manami. I gulped, before feeling two arms quickly grab me, and pull me up out of the water. I was then placed on the ground, where I started coughing, feeling some of the ink that was in the water surrounding me go back inside my body.

"Are you okay, Hamadashi?!" Izuku asked me. I tried sitting up, but sadly couldn't. My body wasn't in its physical state yet, which meant that I couldn't technically stand.

"I-I'll be fine. My body just needs time to reform." I said, clearing my throat.

"What do you mean?" Tsu asked me. I looked at my hand, seeing it still smeared.

"I can't touch water. Otherwise I drift away into nothingness. If I make it out of water, it takes a while for my body to force the water out and the ink in. That means that I'm pretty useless right now until I'm dry." I said, putting my hand into a fist.

"Just a question Hamadashi, but how'd you know who that guy was?" Mineta asked me. I sighed, signalling to Izuku that I wanted to sit up. Izuku obliged, pulling my back onto his knees so I was off of my back a bit.

"I have this ability that's part of my quirk called X-ray. It allows me to know everything about someone, their name, their quirk, even their strengths and weaknesses." I lied. They all didn't seem satisfied with the answer, because the next question I was given had made me realize that I couldn't keep the truth from them.

"So then how'd he know who you are? And what did he mean by you helping create that...whatever that was?" Izuku asked me, eyes slanted. I knew I wouldn't be able to keep this up that long. I sighed, holding out my hand, allowing a dragon choker with a ying yang sign in it's tail.

"Do you know what this is?" I asked, the charm hanging from in between my fingers. Both Tsu and Mineta were clueless, but Izuku knew.

"T-That's...That's the Villain Hamadashi's symbol...But h-how do you..." He trailed off, leaving me to explain.

"My father is Demon King. He's known for his quirk called Darkness. He can create darkness and give it to anyone who wants it, but they have to trade in something that he wants. The darkness can boost anyone's power, but they have to call upon it. It seeps from their body, and makes the person invincible, unless another Hamadashi is there when it begins seeping. Hamidashi's are able to stop the darkness, but for some reason it almost always makes part of my quirk go haywire. But that's beside the point." I said, looking at my hands.

"Long story short, I worked for my dad until Coldfront, my aunt, took me away from him. From that day forward, she taught me how to do good. It worked out for the most part. I'm still fidgety and alert at all times, and I also know almost every single villain that is out there. Not to mention that I can think and play the part of a villain pretty well too.

"As for that thing, it's called a Nomu. An amalgamation of sorts with multiple quirks making it almost a super-super villain. They're fed by my father's darkness too, which is what keeps them alive. And I used to deliver that darkness and would even test them to make sure they were strong enough." I said, before standing.

"Looks like you're all dry!" Tsu said, springing up next to me.

"So, wait; you used to be a villain?" Mineta asked me, shaking. I nodded, leaning back on the ship's railing.

"Yeah. I understand if you don't appreciate that or whatever. But I promise you, I fight for good now." I told him, smirking. He just stayed behind Tsu, still shaking. I looked back over to all of the villains in the water, trying to think of something.

"What's the plan to get out of here? I mean, we should really try to get back to the main exit." Tsu said, looking out. I looked at Izuku, seeing him think.

"Well, I think that we should tell each other what our quirks are, that way we can put everything together." Izuku told all of us. We all nodded, getting back down so the villains couldn't see us.

"Make sure to keep your voice down. They don't know our quirks except for mine most likely." I told them. Izuku then realized how I knew that.

"You're right, they have no idea what we can do, that's why they aren't attacking!" Izuku whisper-explained, holding his finger up in the air.

"Well, I can do anything a frog can do, like stick their tongue out far, and jump really high. I can also regurgitate anything that was in my stomach, but that's about it." Tsu told us, all of us nodding.

"My quirk is fairly complicated, but the basic part of it is that I can control ink." I told them. Then, we all looked at Mineta.

"I mean, my quirk isn't as cool as frog powers, or controlling ink, or punching things really hard, but I have these balls on the top of my head. I can pull them off and they come back almost immediately. They stick to anything they touch except for me, and if I pull too many off my head starts to bleed." Mineta told us, taking one of his balls off of his head, showing us what it could do.

"And I'm pretty sure we know what yours can do too, Midoriya." I said, ruffling his hair. He laughed a bit, pushing my hand away, before looking at his hand.

"Yeah, but the thing is that whenever I use my quirk, I always break something in my body. I still don't know how to control my powers yet." Izuku said, making his hand turn to a fist. I looked over the railing, before looking down.

"I think I know a way to get out of this sticky situation, but you all need to trust me completely."
