An event taking place in which the oldest vampire in the world, Dracula himself, will be brought back to life. With the help of his servent and third oldest vampire in the world, Valeri Rusmanov, his blood and ashes are all he needs to be revived and  send all of the people in the world to their knees, a sickening dictatorship that will not have an end unless Department 19 agents help in protecting the ashes, which lie in a highly classified, and very heavily guarded room in the deepest parts of Department 19 headquarters.
