THE PANDORICA OPENS
P A R T T W O

WITH EVERYTHING ON THE HATING EARTH now turning on the doctor, and every single thing he has faced in his life coming to him, I lay on a rock in the middle of Stonehenge, waiting for river wondering if I should unalive the doctor or unalive myself, neither sounding like a positive outcome to this problem.

It wasn't until I heard a bunch of mental clashing and banging did I arose from my laying position to see none other than Rory williams.

Wait

"Rory?" I muttered under my breath and he smiled

"Alex."

I don't know what come over me or why I started to cry but I did, my eyes filled with water and Rory took me in his arms.

Overcome with happiness my arms draped around his neck and I squeezed him tightly.

"How are you." I questioned after I let him go

"I don't know, one minute I was dead, the next I was here."

I wiped my tears using my hand and smiled at the Roman once again, then realising he would probably want to see Amy a lot more than just watching his younger sister in law cry

"She's down here." I said leading him to the tomb of the pandorica

"But he careful, big bad box and big bad cyber man by the looks of things how did that get in here." I mentioned entering the tomb and seeing a cyber man knock against a door.

The cyber man turned around to face the both of us and he started walking towards us, not before Rory took his sword and plunged it through his chest

"Who are you?" Amy said and Rory took off his helmet

"Hello Amy"

And she fainted, Amy fainted.

Rory caught her and placed her on a stone slab

"I can't believe you've made her faint." I said and then another Roman comes in

"Sir, the man's coming around"

"What man?" I asked

"Any" I heard the doctor shout

"How did I not see him on the floor?" I questioned to myself as the doctor burst through the door

"She's fine doctor just unconscious." Rory answered

The doctor scanned Amy using his sonic "she's sedated that's all, half an hour she'll be fine."

He put it back in his pocket

"Okay, romans good." The doctor said patting the Roman on the shoulder

"I was just wishing for romans and a 2 hearted human great good old river, how many?" The doctor said looking between me and Rory

"Two hearted humans or romans because I'm pretty sure I'm the first." I smiled and Rory looked at me confused

"Long story, different doctor." I said and Rory just answered the doctors question

"50 men up top, volunteers, what about that thing." Rory pointed to the cyber man

"50? Your not exactly a legion."

"Be grateful they came." I said as I looked over my sister

"Your friend was persuasive but it was a tough sell."

"Yes I know that Rory, I'm not exactly one to miss the obvious." The doctor said "but we need everything we can get, ok, cyber weapons." The doctor said as he pulled out some gun from the corner of the room

Me and Rory looked at eachother because he was clearly missing the obvious

"This is basically a sentry box to headless wonder here was a sentry." The doctor said hitting the cyber man with a gun that was pinned up against the door by the sword

"Probably got himself duffed up by the locals. Never underestimate a Celt."

"Doctor." Me and Rory said

"Hush I'm thinking." The doctor continues "why leave a cyber man on guard? Unless it's a cyber thing in the box, but why would they lock up one of their own? Ok, no, not a cyber thing but what?" The doctor said dropping the weapons, storming between me and Rory

"No I'm missing something obvious, Alex, Rory, something big, something right slap in front of me I can feel it."

"Yeah I think you are." I said as I looked at Rory

"I'll get it in a minute." The doctor said picking up the guns, throwing them over his shoulder and walking out of the room

"Give him a second." I said to Rory, hearing the dropping of the guns and the doctor making his way back with cautious steps

The doctor came face to face with Rory the Roman and poked him

"Hello again." The doctor said

"Hello."

The doctor put his hands in his pockets and looked at me then back at Rory

"How you've been." The doctor asked

"Good yeah good." Rory said as I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms

"I mean, he's a Roman." I said and the doctor turned and flicked my head

"Ow."

"Rory I'm not trying to be rude, but you died." The doctor said

"Yeah I know, I was there" rory replied

"You died and then you were erased from time, you didn't just die you were never born at all, you never existed." The doctor said

"Erased? What does that mean?" Rory asked and I widened my eyes

"I'm not going to be here for this." I said existing the room swiftly

Just as I exist the pandorica rings turned green, like it was opening

"Doctor." I shouted and the doctor came running out, standing by me and sonicing the box Rory not far behind him

"WhT is it, what's happening?" Rory asked

"The final phase." The doctor said "it's opening."

Me and Rory sprinted outside to the commotion of the romans and the sky filling with starships and creatures

"Hello Stonehenge, who takes the pandorica, takes the universe." I heard the doctor voice ring through the air

"Who gave him the power to do that, I want the power to do that." I said to Rory

"But bad news everyone, cause guess who, ha." The doctor yelled into his somehow microphone and jumped up onto a rock

"Listen you lot, you're all whizzing about, it's really very distracting, could you all just stay still a minute because I am talking" his voice rumbled

"Now the question is who got the pandorica, I do. Next question, who's coming to take it from me, come on, look at me, no plan, no weapons and my only back up is a little girl with a bit of cyber training."

"I'm not little." I mumbled crossing my arms, sulking like a little girl

"Something else, I don't have anything to lose, so if you're sitting up there in your silly little spaceship, with all your silly little guns, and you've got any plans on taking the pandorica tonight, just remember who's standing in your way." The doctor jumped down from the rock and pulled me up with him, hand in hand he raised mine with him

"Remember every black day one of us have ever stopped you, myself and Alex pond, and then, do the smart thing, let somebody else try first."

The doctor let go of my hand as we watched all the spaceships fly away

"That'll keep the squabbling for half an hour." The doctor said throwing Rory the makeshift microphone

"Come along pond."
