I'll explain that for my admin! There are actually two ways to explain this!

1. The meaning of that quote is that people who may act cold can actually make the happiest people better when they're feeling down!

2. This explanation is based off of a picture Admin edited! If I ever feel hopeless, Iceland can save me, even though his heart isn't as warm!

Admin: For example, in the picture, Denmark seems frozen in ice because of grief or sadness for losing Norway. You can see the little cross clip on the bottom! Anyways, Iceland is piercing the sword into the ice where Denmark's heart is. You can see the ice cracking in that area. Iceland is helping Denmark escape from the ice, or in other words, helping Denmark escape from the sadness. The usually cold-hearted Iceland is helping the warm-hearted Denmark. Got it? By the way, the art doesn't belong to me! I just edited the quote into it!
