I have not been in writing mood lately, I apologize. I feel like I just lost it all. I hope I can pick it back up after I am officially done with college at the end of the year.

The boxed opened to revel a silver tooth.

"This tooth once a upon time was in use by me. Don't ask, it has been a millennia, I think." She handed him the tooth that was part of a leather necklace.

He nodded his head as he took the necklace from her. "How does it work?" Putting on the necklace.

"It can summon me."

"How do I do that?"

"I don't know......." An awkward air filled the room.

"You great grandfather stole the tooth from me.....I showed him my tooth and he took it*sighing*next thing, I notice he has it on a necklace, the nerve of him. But, he chose me instead of thousands of others. I was glad it was him.... Now! It is time for bed."

"But-"

"No, buts if I am going to teach you, you are going to need all your strength." His face brighten up, nodding his head he then left for bed.

Sighing she turned her head to the elderly man. "You have aged."

"Could that have nicer."

"I guess that could have been, but where would the fun be in that."

"True, and it seems you have forgotten that I am half."

"Still you should not have aged like that."

"And what about you?"

"I'm not suppose to age."

"Nether do we."

"You are not exactly 'they'."

"True. What about him?"

"No, but he has some powers."

"Are you okay?" Seeing the sadness in her eyes.

"Yes."

"Lies" She sighed in defeat.

"Do you still?..."

"Yes, I still do. I still blame myself for you fathers death."

"But, you--"

"I know!" She used tone of authority. Noticing what she did, she widen her eyes for a spilt second she opened her mouth to say something.

"It is no ones fault." Stopping her from speaking. "Is there something else?"

"Yes, I do believe a three way battle is about to happen."

"Between?"

"The Celestial Children, The Shrine Deities, and The Shadows."

"And you think he is in the middle?"

"Well The Shadows seem to have a slight interest and I have no idea why, they are going after Yugi. The others most likely are going to careless about him."

"Unless there is a great use for him." She nodded her head, and he sighed.

"Well it might be best if I too go to bed now."

"Yes, seeing that you are old now."

"Shut up." The both giggled. He left for bed leaving her to her thoughts.

The morning shown every bright through the boy's window. Everything felt like it was a dream, forgetting that the necklace was still on. It swayed with him, as he swayed down stairs to get breakfast.

At the sight of the black tipped with bronze hair brought the memories of last night back. The sound of a face being slapped made the girl's head turn. To see Yugi having his hand in his face.

"Felt like a dream?" He nodded his head.

"After you finish eating I'll get you started." By the time she informed him, he was half way done. Giving her his biggest smile. He stood up to clean the dishes. Sighing she sat down. Coming back like a giggling school girl he sat down. All she could do at the sight was smile.

"Ok, where do I start?....oh I know. Let's start with Celestial Children. Celestial Children are beings that control the Shrine Deities...no let's put it this way...Shrine Deities are like there pets. Or..."

"The spirt that fights for them. That kind of thing?"

"Yes! Of course not all Celestial Children control Shrine Deities. Nor all Shrine Deities have an 'owner' lack of a better word. Celestial Children can walk here freely, we can't."

"We?"

"Yes, we, I am a Shrine Deity. We can not be here without a Shrine."

"Oh"

"Get what I'm telling you so far?"

"Yes."

"Good, Shrine Deities are spirits or sprites, Celestial Children are more like.....spell casters"

"Question. Why can I summon you when I am not a Celestial Child."

"I was going to get there. Anyway, your great grandfather was a Celestial Child, a full one now mind you. Your grandfather is half, your father was quarter, and you are none."

"Then why..." At a lose for words.

"Compared to a Child you are powerless, and I mean powerless. But, compared to a human you are gifted."

"Ok."

"Before you learn spells you must learn how to control you energy to make the spell. But before any of that you must go to school."

He looked at the clock and freaked his was going to be late for school. Grabbing his bag he took off for school.

I did not go to bed like I should have, but I stayed and listen. The three way fight was not around me, it was about her. I wish we knew of his eyes sooner. His affect on her was strong, to this day I wish I was stronger.
