He's the leader of the Programming Club at school, Satan's best friend and later on reveals to bear a modern magic chrest linking to Sniper Tech, a rare, almost unknown and extremely uncommon skill. He appears in the Highschool Series exclusively.

Appearance:

Kenji is a relatively tall young man with messy and pretty voluminous light blue hair tied to a high ponytail, with some of it losely hanging down on the right side. His eyes are hazel-colored. He wears a black ear ring shaped like a paper clip in his left ear and a black choker with a round, golden pendant around his neck. He's usually seen wearing the academy uniform, consisting of a white shirt, an ashen jacket and pants of identical color. Alternatively, he wears a red and black pullover with white zig zag lines. 

Personality: 

Kenji is known to be an easy-going and chill person who doesn't think ill of other people or intends to mock or belittle them behind their backs. However, he does show displeasure about other people's obnoxious behavior. He hates privacy invasion the most. Other people looking through his phone or laptop are one of the only things capable of making him extremely mad. Nontheless, he is very open and willed to help anyone who needs assistance. He's also very intelligent, reliable, responsible and a multi-talent concerning work with computers, and mobile phones, mathmatic formulas, programming and, to a degree, even hacking. He proves to be the kind of person not caring about the origin of other people and solely judges their personality, not their looks or place of birth, leading him to accepting the fact Satan and Lucifer are demons. 

Past: 

Kenji grew up in Starfell with his big sister, but some time after she moved out, his parents divorced after Kenji's mom burned his book collection because she is a hardcore christian and thinks all books one is allowed to read are faith-related. She burned those books because she thought they were demonic and the reason why Kenji showed no interest in going to church anymore. He now lives with his Dad and enrolled at Starfell Academy while having a talent for dealing with digital devices. As this talent showed itself when he rebooted and re-arranged the school servers after a cyber attack and deleted several viruses, he was made responsible for maintaining the school servers. Parallel to that, he requested to open a Programming Club at school, which he received approval for. 

Relationships: 

To Satan: Satan and Kenji know one another since they both took a summer job as servers at the Ivory Gardens café. They became close friends there. As they reunited in the same class as Starfell Academy, they instantly picked up where they left off. When Satan was forced to reveal himself as a demon, Kenji didn't really care about what he was, agreeing to keeping it a secret. Satan on the other hand gave Kenji some of his blood after he was injured by one of the monsters to save his life (which in the end caused Kenji's chrest to reveal itself). 

To Lucifer: Although not interacting with Lucifer much, it's known Lucifer appreciates Kenji as a friend of his brother's. Kenji respects Lucifer quite openly, even kind of admiring his skills.

Magic and Abilities: 

Kenji has a Cyber Magic Chrest, giving him access to the Cyber Magic called Sniper Tech, which allows him to shoot any target over a distance of almost four kilometers with an accuracy of 100% with projectiles of pure energy. 

Skills: 

-Absolute Accuracy, the skill of allowing him to hit the targets 100%, regardless of what kind of object it is. 

-Fast Aim, a skill permitting the user to quickly and accordingly aim at moving targets and even adjust to their speed. 

-Movement Analysis, a skill allowing the user to analyze a target's pattern of movement from afar. 

-Distance Adjuster, an ability allowing the user to adjust the shooting range to how far the target is away. 

-Energy Projectiles allow the user to shoot and kill their targets and are emitted by hexagon-shaped holographs. 

-Infrared Scan, a skill allowing the user to locate and see the target even through walls. 

Weaknesses:

-Virus Magic: This form of Cyber Magic is able to infiltrate, alter and disrupt any other Cyber Magic Form, and Sniper Tech is no exception of that.

-Shielder Magic:Shielder Magic can ward off (weaker) Sniper Tech Magic projectiles.

-Energy Magic: As Sniper Tech needs mana to charge up and turns it into energy, Energy Magic users can extract or board this energy for themselves. However, Energy Magic can also provide energy.

-Kenji's chrest was activated by temporarily having demon blood circulating through his body when Satan donated some of his blood.

-Kenji is the second human known to be a chrest bearer. The first one is Fusaaki Osaka.

-Kenji's Sniper Tech suits his computer technical affinity.

-Kenji surpasses Tir'an in range and accuracy of the sniper technique.
