"It would only send you back to the underworld." He informed the fool creature.

"It would not if you turn the human, instead of drain it." Syluss told him with a look of seriousness that could kill a human.

"Why do you want to possess a human?" Romerio asked wary of the demon's intentions.

 After all he was an underworld demon. He knew in the place where his soul used to be, that no good would come of this. Just like the last time, when he tried to rescue his beloved Katrine. He tried most often to never think of her it was maddening to him. 

She was not his first love, she was his soul mate. She loved him, even after the turn. She could not turn herself from his side, even at his worst moments. She like many people at that time had suffered a life threatening illness. His painful memories hitting him hard and fast.

He loved her so much that he tried to turn her and failed, miserably. The monster within him took over; she did not have a fighting chance. She was dead, drained of all life within minutes. He could not live with himself. 

                     He searched the worlds, with the connections he had made. He eventually found that she was in the underworld; she did not make it to a nice place. He tried to bargain with the demons for her but he could not get them to budge. They refused to release her. She was sent to the underworld for loving an unnatural creature. Romerio shook the thoughts away.

"I have business to take care of, a few things to look into." He replied to the vampire.

 Romerio just stared at him for a long while. Syluss tried not to show how much he needed the vampire. Syluss was a demon.  He was not to show weakness to anyone.

"I will get back to you." The vampire replied after a long pause. He then disappeared back into the shadows.
