This happens before the Hashira Training

It was a little bit into October in the Taishō period in Japan and everyone seemed to forget about Halloween.

Zenitsu's POV:

I was reading a book when I remembered something, Halloween's soon and I got an idea of what we should do, I got up and put the book away then I found Inosuke, Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya in the backyard of the Butterfly Mansion talking about something and a ran up to them, exited to tell my idea.

Zenitsu: "guys guess what!"

Inosuke: "what?"

Zenitsu: "Halloween's soon and I have an idea of what we should do"

Tanjiro: "what is it?"

Genya: "yeah what is it?"

Zenitsu: "we should turn the Butterfly Mansion into a haunted house!"

All(except Zenitsu): "..."

Zenitsu: "...what?"

Tanjiro: "did you even ask Shinobu yet?"

Zenitsu: "...no"

I should of probably asked first before telling them

Inosuke: "idiot"

Zenitsu: "Hey! I'm not an idiot!"

Inosuke: "yeah you are"

Genya: "Inosuke you can't really be talking"

Inosuke & Zenitsu: "are you calling me/him an idiot!?"

Genya: "I thought that was obvious"

Inosuke: "I'm not an idiot!"

Zenitsu: "yeah! He's not an idiot! How dare you call him an idiot!"

Genya: "you're both idi-"

Tanjiro POV:

I put my hand over Genya's mouth to get him to shut up.

Tanjiro: "let's not start a fight"

After they stopped I decided to ask Zenitsu something, my hand was still over Genya's mouth to keep him quiet at the moment.

Tanjiro: "Zenitsu?"

Zenitsu: "yeah?"

Tanjiro: "if we end up being able to make the haunted house, does that mean we would have to get costumes?"

Zenitsu: "yeah probably"

That sounded like fun, I hope this idea works, I still had my hand over Genya's hand and I think he just licked my hand so I removed my hand and looked at him, slightly blushing.

Tanjiro: "Genya! Don't do that!"

He stuck his tongue out at me, rude but kinda funny and cute.

No one's POV:

A couple weeks later they got their costumes and they had supplies to turn the butterfly mansion into a haunted house and of course they got Shinobu's approval over this.

Inosuke was Frankenstein:

Zenitsu was a Ghost:

Genya was a devil:

Nezuko was Susamaru:

And Tanjirou was a witch:

Everybody was ready to set up the haunted house but all they had to do was wait until Halloween to get it ready.
