Magic
Dipper was laying on the bed reading about Magic. Magic that could possibly help free him from the chutches of Bill and bring him back home to his family. It was what any sensible person would do if they were in the hands of a dream demon hellbent on bringing humanity to it's knees. However Dipper wasn't a sensible human being...He knew that using magic just to escape would be a bad idea. A horrible idea that would only make Bill punish him for trying to leave the fearamid. It didn't help that Bill had more experience for using magic...Magic that he used to torture those who tried to stand in his way.
Torture that would break a person's body and spirit over and over again for all of eternity. Dipper wasn't stupid and knew that staying alive in this new era would mean staying on Bill's goodside. Even if it meant turning his back on humanity and falling his orders to a tee.Besides he didn't have anything out in the fearamid left. His forest friends were probably gone or have completely lost their minds to the weirdness that is spreading throughout the world. His "family" didn't care for him and only used him for their own gain and desires.
Sighing...He quickly started to read the first chapter of the book that he had. It talked about how magic comes from the soul and how emotions can effect the magic cast. For example, doing flame magic wouldn't have much effect on a person since it would only burn their clothes and only cause a slight burn to a person. That could change if they were angry since it would cause the fire to burn a human alive if they had a chance. Magic can also be used in different ways by different demons with dream demons having the most amount of magic of every other type of demon.
Dipper suddenly heard the door open and looked up. He saw Bill who looked angry. Angry because of something that Dipper couldn't comprehend..yet. So he just went back to reading his book to give him some space. After a while, Bill calmed down and looked at Dipper for a moment before looking away.
"Pinetree...Why aren't you trying to run away from me?" Bill Asked.
"I can't Bill. I have no where else to go besides the shack. The shack that is probably overcrowded with some of the townspeople and the remaining members of the Cipher Wheel. Besides I can't escape from a dream demon who has magic." Dipper explained.
"Good answer Pinetree. That's exactly what I wanted to hear from you so I can do this." Bill Said before he made Dipper fall asleep.
Dipper didn't know that he would look completely different when he woke up. He also didn't know how much he could change in the near future.
