The night after the so called 'dream' I went to school like normal, after school I watched TV with my siblings; Linnea, Orianna, Alexander and Caleb.

I hated having a huge family, it was always loud and honestly I just wasn't up for it.

Plus, we were all close in age, I was fifteen, Linnea was sixteen, Orianna and Caleb were eighteen and Alex was twenty two.

You see that day wasn't anything special, but the next day sure was.

The day after that it was Alex's wedding. He was marrying a girl named Leah whom he had been dating for six years.

You could tell they were in love, just by the way they looked at each other.

Their wedding was great, I was happy for them, I mean Leah's really cool!

That night we were staying in a hotel, I slept in a room with Linn.

She was fast asleep when we got back to the room but I took my time, reading one of favourite books again.

Then I heard a knock on my door. While walking over to the door, I thought 'why would anyone be up at this time off night'.

When I opened it there was a maid. She asked "hello, dear, could I have a private conversation with you" while eyeing Linnea.

Not being able to say no I nodded my head. She gestured for me to follow her downstairs and that's what I did.

The maid looked lovley, really, middle aged, black hair, dark skin.

She kept walking down flights of stairs until she finally stopped and walked in a door that read 'supply room'.

She walked in and I followed, looking around. There were shelves and shelves of supplies for everything and I was in the middle of wondering how long you could last in here when she interrupted my thought.

"Did you have a weird dream in the last few nights Cassandra?" I was astonished and probably gaping at the women who knew my name when I hadn't told her and knew that I had had an odd dream.

She sighed "did you or did you not have a dream?" She repeated, I nodded not able to find my voice. "How did you- I started.

"Know that you had a dream? know your name? I know everything, I'm a witch. And your, my dear, have been exposed to a demon."

"ha ha ha so funny, now can I go?" "But I'm serious!" She pleaded.

I made a confused face "your crazy, lady!"

And with that I ran up the stairs to my room and all but forgot about the encounter with the lady.

I realize now that that was a huge mistake.
