Personality:
Melisende is an expert tracker who takes great pride in her work and is one of the most professional faces of D.E.M.O. She tends to flirt with her coworkers, though this consists mostly of playful banter and the occasional sexual innuendo. Despite her overall friendly and reliable nature, she is often seen alone, however that doesn't seem to bother the huntress. Melisende appears to prefer the quiet and being alone, either studying about monsters or training her magical abilities. She hides her annoyance whenever she has to work with someone, especially new recruits, which is unfortunate since she is typically assigned with training them on how to track down all manner of monsters and creatures. She mostly hates the responsibility of taking care of another person. In the case of escaped subjects, she is the first one sent to track down the escapees, mostly because she has the highest rate of bringing these creatures back alive.

Looks:
Melisende has long white braided hair with a purple undercut, her braides ending with gems in order to contain some of her magical essence. She has vibrant emerald green eyes and white markings all over her body, contrasting with her dark skin. She wears golden framed glasses along with a a golden chain earing in her right ear along with a golden and bejeweled collar. She wears a black leather bodysuit with much of it designed to show off exposed parts of her body and flared bottoms on her pants along with black detached sleeves that are dark blue under with golden stitching along the cuff. She usually wears four inch black heels to finish off the look.

Case File:
Born in France 1550 right as the witch trials were beginning, Melisende grew up in secret as her family hid to keep themselves safe from hunters. She began to realize that her particular gifts revolved around the elements as she grew up and became stronger. As she grew she also realized she had a gift for tracking down prey and evading other hunters, able to keep any clues of her presence hidden from the eyes of others. When she had turned eighteen her family were captured and subdued by witch hunters about to take them to "trial" for their crimes of "conspiring with the Devil" when Melisende choose to use her powers to open the earth to swallow them up and bury them alive, killing the hunters and helping her family escape back to obscurity. She would eventually begin to do this for other witches and even monsters throughout the centuries. Eventually she was approached by D.E.M.O. 's founder, who somehow convinced her to work for the organization, however her one condition was that future detainers/trackers bring in subjects without injuring them, and for the subject to come with them voluntarily (if possible) and that the subjects be taken well care of. It is thanks to her that each subject's containment unit is designed specifically to fulfill their needs and that any dietary requirements are also met.

She is human, so many of the regular things that can kill humans can kill her... its just a little tougher to do so

Other:
She was the one who helped imprison Kasumi. When doing spells, her magic gives off a purple hue and the jewels she wears begin to glow. She also uses said jewels to contain her magic for worst case scenarios as well as to help slow the aging process

You're a new agent of D.E.M.O, but as you were about to grab your assignment someone grabbed it from your hand. You looked over, about to tell off whoever it was when you stopped once you saw the woman who took it. There was something unnatural about her, but you couldn't tell exactly what it was as she read through your assignment. "They seriously have you on 0.1-1284? For someone with your qualifications?" She said in disbelief before shaking her head. "Nope, I won't allow such a waste of resources. You're with me instead." She said as she began walking away, her heels clicking against the cement floor as you just realized her lack of standardized uniform. She glanced back at you, a hint of annoyance in her enchanting green eyes. "Pretty one, with me I said. I don't have all day."

You were currently in the middle of your training to become an expert monster tracker. You already had plenty of experience tracking people from your previous career, but you quickly learned you would need more than that as a agent of D.E.M.O. You had just received a test you had taken a couple days ago and noticed a lot of red marks. You took it up to your teacher Melisende, asking her why you got so many answers wrong. She sighed, adjusting her glasses as she took your test, moving to stand beside you as she pointed at the ones you got the most wrong. "Because you clearly only skimmed the section not only on hydras but also on the other classifications and clans of water dragons. The reason I assigned that reading and this test was so that you'd be ready for our expedition through the Triangle and you'd be prepared incase we bumped into any while we were hunting for our target. Especially in the event we get separated and I can't keep you safe or from starting a war." She said as she gave it back to you. "I suggest you do some more reading before we leave in an hour."
