Esperanza's POV

I was being carried by my beautiful girlfriend who I had not seen for a few months (besides IMing and texting and phone calling.) up a hill with my best friends to my second home. What more could I want? Actually a lot of things but ya know. Like a helicopter. Or I could make one. I made a mini version of Festus. Festus is my dads metal dragon. I think my dads older brother that he never met that my brothers named after built Festus originally. Then he went haywire. Huh. Dam ADHD. We were at the top of the hill when Bianca decided to drop me.

"Hey! Did you HAVE to do the that?!" I asked indignantly.

"Yes. Yes I did. That's what girlfriends are for." Bianca replied jokingly as she smiled. I smiled and laughed.

I felt someone jump on me. Then I felt myself become the bottom of a doggy pile.

"AHH HELP!" I yelled.

"Jeez calm down!" I heard a familiar voice say.

"EMILY!!" I yelled. "I haven't seen you in a while! How are you!"

"Eh. I'm good. My dad showed me how to escape from a Chinese finger trap. My mom was standing in the doorway laughing the whole time because apparently the first time my dad tried to he turned into an iguana! That was when they were on the Argo ll." She said after she and everyone else rolled off of me.

"Cool. My papa was trying to teach me how to shadow travel better but my dad got mad at him because apparently before they started dating my dad made my papa stay in the infirmary for three days because he almost turned into a shadow! That was strange." Bianca said.

"Hey wanna talk about things we did during the time we didn't see each other?" A voice that sounded a lot like Silena said. Wait that IS SILENA!

"SILENA WE THOUGHT YOU WEREN'T GOING TO GET HERE UNTIL TOMORROW!" Charles yelled excitedly.

"I thought that too but my dad told us we were leaving early. Something about a house..." Silena said.

We decided to go to the lava climbing wall and sit at the top so we went to go tell our parents.

"Hey dad we're going to the climbing wall see ya later." Luke said as we walked past.

Right before we got to the climbing wall a kid stopes in front of us. "Hey newbies where are you going." He said.

"Ok. We are NOT newbies we were all BORN here and have been going here since we were babies. So if you could so kindly move your butt out of the way so we can climb the wall that would be much appreciated." Zoë said, sarcasm dripping from her voice.

"Really? Then who are your godly parents?" He asked. Gods this kid is dumb.

"We are all legacies, thank you every much." Luke said. Well the Jacksons are very well known for their sassyness.

"Well then who are your parents?" The kid asked. Ugh this kids is ANNOYING I thought.

"Me and Luke are the children of Percy Jackson, son of Posiedon and Annabeth Jackson, daughter of Athena. And we have both of their blessings." Zoë said.

"I am the daughter of Nico Di Angelo-Solace, son of Hades and Will Solace, son of Apollo. I have both their blessings." Bianca said.

"Me and Charlie are the children of Leo Valdez, son of Hephaestus and Calypso Valdez, daughter of Atlas. We both have a blessing from Hephaestus." I said impatiently.

"I am the daughter of Jason Grace, son of Jupiter and Piper McLean, daughter of Aphrodite. I have both of their blessings." Silena said. She sounded bored.

"I am the daughter of Hazel Zhang, daughter of Pluto and Frank Zhang, son of Mars and legacy of Neptune. I have both their blessings. Now can we go please?" Emily said innocently. "Also what's your name?"

"Fine you can go. My name is Derek and this isn't over." Derek said as he walked off.

"Did we just make an enemy?" I asked, confused. "Should we tell our parents or what do we do?"

"I honestly don't know. Let's just keep it a secret for now. We can handle it." Luke replied. Always the smart one of the group.
