Jason's pov

I hoped my note reached Thalia and Piper. their going to kill me the minute I step foot in the suite.

Oh, did I mention were in Canada? It's where Klarie and Xilver are from. From different cities though (don't get me started where they were born).

I woke up at 3:00 am for some reason. I had no dreams, but I guess I got bored. How does that even happen? On whatever reasons, I took a shower, put a white T - shirt on and black jeans and headed out.

It was a cold morning today, a few people were already busy, going to work, driving, and whatever mortals do. But then I forgot, it was autumn.

I then I started walking, looking at the mortals. I never asked, who's life is harder? Ours as demigods or mortals? I knew something had to go bad.

That's when my sister's Grey Ferrari came running up. One look at the driver I knew immediately who it was.

"Athena." I said

She smiled and gestured at me to come with her and tag along wherever she's going "I don't normally tolerate men, but It's wise to let family in." she glared at me "Hop on, we have to talk. Maybe I'll bring you back to your hotel."

Athena's pov

"Okay. I hate monsters but where are we going? Where are you taking me?" my little brother asked.

I laughed "To eat of course, dad wants me to tell you something.". Before I could go all History Professor, the cafe I was planning to go to showed up. "While eating of course."

After ordering a breakfast meal good for two, Jason got the nerve to ask me why am I breaking the rules of not showing myself to demigods. "Well Jase, dad allowed me to bend the rules so I could talk to you." I said "Your friends, Sophia, Dawn, Drew... their not safe."

"Why not?" he asked .

"Hogwarts is full of magic, magic often includes secrets, to be known, to protect and to destroy are their uses. Now You know who, is back. He's channeling the works of magic, forgotten and lost no less. Khione, you do know she has a sister right?" I asked

"No." he replied.

I sighed. This was stressing me out.

Thalia's pov

After a good breakfast of eggs, waffles, bacon, rice and orange juice. I decided to stay in the suite instead of joining the rest of the demigods swim.

I was watching TV when Jason came in the room.

"Jason! Omg! Why did you go out so early? We've been worried! You ungrateful - " I couldn't finish what I said when I saw Jason's expression

"What happened? Tell me everything? " I demanded, instantly pulling Jason in a hug.

"I don't wanna talk about it," he said "I'm going to sleep... "

"Are you hungry? I bought food from the cafe. It's still hot I'm sure."

"You have a drachma? I need to call someone." he asked

I never said no to my little brother, so I gave him my emergency drachma, in case of instant calling.

Jason's pov

"You're telling me," Sophia was saying "That were not safe in school."

"Yes."

She put a finger to her DADA textbook "Snape has noticed magic here is getting weak." she looked at me in disgust "Catch some sleep Grace. I'll handle this."

"Thanks a lot Fifi."

"Don't call me Fifi!" was what she was saying before I swiped the IM off.

I sat down in my bed. Thinking of what Athena said to me during our breakfast trip.

"Either you or your sister, won't be coming back alive."
