Looking over at Nico, his mysterious aura was overwhelming. You wanted to know more about him. He seemed to have a lot of experience with pain. You were about to ask him about Mythomagic, but then he stood up and headed for the door.

"Woah, you didn't get any of Chef Valdez's specialty!" Leo called out as he reached the door.

"You call that pasta?" Nico asked. He almost sounded like he was growling. "Don't ever raise my hopes like that."

Nico left the room without any further interruption. As the door closed behind him, Leo giggled. "Never joke about pasta with an Italian."

"Come on," you looked at Leo. "If you knew about his distaste for Mac & Cheese, then you shouldn't have told him there would be pasta."

Leo shrugged. "You're right, I shouldn't have lied. But, I didn't know what else to say in order to get him to come to dinner."

As you lied in bed, you stared at the ceiling. As you thought about the day and whether or not Hunter was someone you should trust, a thought crossed your mind. You considered sneaking around the ship and get some fresh air. But, you weren't sure if sneaking about would help you with your mission of earning the trust of the crew members.
