A shriek rang through your ears, shaking you out of your dreams. Your eyes shot open and you saw the sky above you. "Why am I outside? I hardly ever go outside," you ask yourself.

You were about to sit up, but a sword interrupted you. It pointed at your neck, becoming a bit threatening.

Holding the sword was a girl with narrowed, gray eyes. You could see her chest heave breaths of air, indicating the shock she hid. Her arm held the sword steady and her chin was held high. If it weren't for her screech that woke you, you would have thought she was completely calm.

"Identify yourself," she demanded. Her voice was strong and firm like one of law enforcement.

You laid speechless on the floor, unable to remember where you were. Then, you recalled laughing at an online book "Demigod X Reader: Interactive" as you skipped over the Terms and Conditions and continued on to Chapter 3. Back then, you considered it a stupid book, but then you realized what you signed up for.

"I really hope I didn't just join a cult," you thought.

"Who are you?" the intimidating girl demanded again, moving the sword closer to your throat.
