Like I said last time, this book is apart of the Rick Riordan Presents imprint, but this book is based on Korean mythology. "The Last Fallen Star" is the second book based on Korean Mythology, and the first book in the Gifted Clans series, the second title being "The Last Fallen Moon" which is coming out in June.

On to the actual review: 4/5 stars

I really liked this book. I found it interesting how differently Korean mythology was handled as opposed to "Dragon Pearl". Not good or bad different, just different. Spoilers ahead. I'm glad that this exploration into Korean Mythology is closer to the PJ premise as in "the Korean gods are real, and running around modern day". I enjoyed the references to PJO, especially the Empire State Building one. Wait, does that mean that the "Gifted Clans" series and the Percy Jackson series is in the same universe? But that's a post for another day.

In conclusion, this was an awesome book, and I'm so glad I read it.
