; this is falconblood, just having stepped foot into the dark forest after his death, being approached by his parents, gargoyle and robyn, who reside in starclan. they express how disappointed they are in him.

; his death was deserved, and his parents show no sadness in it- the only thing they regret is leaving him and his sister to the clans. they believe he nevrt would have gone dark if they were alive.

; falconblood is surprised to see them, because he is one who does not believe in a clan filled with starry ancestors. he snaps at them, telling them that he would have rather died with his parents than being left alone in a strange clan with cats who treated him and his sister differently.
